I booked with R2R because I didn’t want to take my cat anywhere that could be stressful since she is newly adopted, and I’m happy I did!! Tracy is awesome! She is so kind and took great care of our Creampuff. It was our first ever grooming experience and we plan to always book with Ruff2Ritz!

Tracy was so sweet with my 6 year old fluffy kitty Russel. He had never been groomed before and i was terrified that he wouldn’t behave and the groom wouldn’t be able to happen. she was able to fully remove all of his mats and make him look like a handsome lion. Russel is so much happier now and i can tell that he feels better without all of that weight on him. I will definitely be using Tracy again as my kitties groomer. ❤️

Tracy came over my home to care for my cat and it was a great experience all around. She went the extra mile to put my cat at ease during his grooming session. Using calming music, I think aromatherapy? And an overall very cat friendly affect. You can tell that she is doing something she is passionate about. I highly recommend her service. My little guy is so clean and happy now. She has earned a customer for life.

She had her work cut out for her with our 18 lb. long hair cut. She was on time, efficient, understanding and very gentle. Cost was great. Experience was excellent. Will be using her again real soon.

Tracy was incredible with my Cisco. She is skilled, talented and knowledgeable. She was also very sweet with him. I love the way she talks to him. My little Cisco was a challenge. He has health issues with ups & downs, and I'd been waiting for him to feel better to get his hair cut. By then, his hair was such a snarly, matted mess he was getting very uncomfortable. I felt so bad for him. Poor little guy. He feels so much better now! I'm so happy to have found Tracy for him. She is heaven-sent!

Tracy came to give my rescue cat Blanche Deveraux her first ever grooming experience and Blanche absolutely loved it . I can’t blame her she got a serious spa treatment it made me jealous ❤️ We are going to make it a point to have her get treated like a Queen religiously !

I am so grateful that I found Tracy. She is a miracle worker. I have a 15 year old feisty feline who had never been groomed. With his age he is not able to groom himself as well as he used to, and after a traumatic vet visit I found out he had mats on his belly. I found Tracy through a google search and she responded right away. Although I was not able to get sedative in my cat, she assessed him and seemed confident that she could groom and de-mat him. What I thought would be impossible, Tracy went to work with her techniques and calm demeanor and was able to make my kitty feel better! I was so thankful! Although my cat wasn’t cooperative and howled and growled, Tracy was able to get the job done. And I am so glad that it was in my home and she was able to manage him with her techniques. Highly recommend her to anybody!

I wanted my long hair cat shaved for the summer, asked my vet - The Cat Doctor - and she recommended Tracy (Ruff2Ritz Grooming) to me. What a great recommendation. Tracy is great! Very organized when it come to booking the appointment, arrived promptly, and did a very thorough job cleaning, clipping nails, and shaving my cat. In addition to that, I could hear her talking to my cat and comforting her throughout the session. I highly recommend Tracy!

Tracey is incredible. She comes prepared with everything you need. I have a nine year old rag doll and I was super nervous to take him anywhere. She conveniently comes to your home and gets the grooming done in a timely professional manner!

Tracy is absolutely a cat whisperer! We just adopted a 1 year old Persian and she had several large matted areas. Having no experience with this, I called Tracy! Thank heavens. She is so calming and patient and now our Cali Rose is as beautiful as she was meant to be!

So Tracy was a treat! She came over to our house on time, had all her tools and goodies and let me sit with her while she did the shaving and washing. It was our cat Gatsby’s first time ever so he didn’t enjoy the whole process but she was so smooth and understanding and really cared about our cat! She did as much shaving as she could and gave him a nice bath which he loved. He smelled so good and clean afterwards! He was so ecstatic (which wasn’t expected) after his fur was shaved and he was so happy to be free and probably cool off a bit without all that hair! Would definitely go to Tracy again for her services. The only thing missing was a cute banana or bow or something ❤️ Thanks so much Tracy!

Tracey is amazingly sweet and gentle with our two geriatric cats. She always takes her time and gives them the perfect haircuts we ask for.

I am so happy with Ruff2 Ritz! My expectations were surpassed in the care and grooming of my big boy cat. He looks so great shaved and no longer has matted fur spots. I can't recomend them enough! I will definitely use their services again in the future.

I had Tracy here today from RUFF2RITZ, and she was wonderful with both my cats, one female and one male. We had a snafu in that my bathtub, while cleaning and setting up a cat spa last night, decided it was NOT going to do any draining. After two big bottles of drain stuff, still wasn't interested. So we changed to the stand alone sink in the garage. Neither cat had been groomed before except while "out" and Tracy was wonderful with both of them. They both did well until it was bath time. The male was just not having any of this . . . but mostly it was the depth of the sink in the garage really throwing them off. We will certainly be back, this teddy cut is so cute. Anyway if you don't mind paying the $27 travel fee, be sure to try her, you won't be disappointed.

We have a 13 year old cat that was very badly matted she came over to our home she was very professional did an excellent job I was very worried about how my a cat would react to being in the water but she handled him greatly and taught us how we can bathe our cat is she did an excellent job I would highly recommend her again

Tracy was an excellent groomer for my 2 cats. They are both very anti anything and she was quick and groomed my one cat quickly and the other never was groomed so he's scared of the water. She gave me some tips on how to groom him and get him used to the water for the next time. I highly recommned.

My sweet boy had some matting on his belly and needed to be shaved. Tracy gave me an appointment quickly and came right to my home. At 8 years old, this was his first time being groomed, Tracy was so encouraging and warm to him throughout the whole process. She even cleaned up all the fur when she was done. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Tracy in my home. I have two Himalayan cats that needed some serious grooming. One had hair almost to the floor and the other needed to have a very bad attempt at a lion cut fixed. Tracy is an absolute miracle worker!!!! She was so patient and sweet. She talked to my cats the whole time and totally put my mind at ease. I trust her 100% with my girls and I don't trust anyone because they had suffered abuse before I got them. Not only was she patient, but I was overwhelmed with the end result. Tracy took a lot of time and care to get the details just right and my girls ran around for two hours after showing off. I could tell they felt so much better and they smelled amazing! I am going to have her come back every 3 months for upkeep and tell all my cat owner friends about her. Thank you so much Tracy!
