If any place is deserving of a great review it’s this place. They really just want to help you and your pet be happy and healthy. They have amazing deals they have awesome rewards for dog food bags. Everyone is genuinely so helpful for me and my foster dogs and my own dog. Highly recommend you give this place a shot

The kindness and compassion with which Nick and his team meet with each and every customer is beyond compare. My fellow pet sitting partner and dog grooming salon owner had the pleasure of meeting with the owner of Petwise. Nick graciously explained why he picks certain products over others and why there are certain ingredients he does not allow in his store whatsoever!!! We met a few clients who traveled up to 1 hour to shop there based on price, quality and number 1 reason we heard was customer service that I have yet to see elsewhere!!!

You can buy dog food anywhere, and yes online is convenient. But I moved 30 minutes away from this place and still come back because I enjoy the way I am treated. Customer service is not just making sure your products are in stock, it's making people feel like you really appreciate their business. My pup is my child, so he is being taken care of too with such great quality products. Shoutout to the team for being awesome!

What an amazing array of items for a pet lover to be able to pick and choose from! The knowledge of the owner nick, was outstanding and this place is roughly 20 minutes from my home and I will always shop here and met someone who was a dog breeder from Zephyrhills who said they will buy their pet supplies from nowhere else!!!

My go-to Pet store for everything I need (cats and dogs). Everybody are super friendly and helpful.

Nice independent pet store. Overstuffed with product without being messy. Polite, courteous people. And knowledgeable. It was refreshing to deal with someone who knows what they are talking about.

I will never go into your store you lying thief. All you do is damage peoples pet that they trust you to take care of. Once was enough. Never again. This is the worst place I have ever had, the displeasure of taking my beautiful dog, to, I took my dog to get groomed here, and when he was done, he was full of fleas, his eyes was bright red and his nails were not properly done when I informed the manager, NICK he got mad and told me that I was lying. No apology, no anything, and when I showed him the awful job and my dogs bright red eyes, he had nothing to say, I went on Yelp and I saw many dog owners who have had the same experience I had. One, especially in April, that is now pursuing a lawsuit against this place, if you love your dog, do not take them here, you can't say you have not been warned.

Pet Wize is THE only place you should be taking your pets for grooming AND supplies. The staff and owner are very professional and knowledgeable abt products and have given me great recommendations on my dogs food.

We’ve been shopping at Pet Wize since their days in the big store on Busch. The employees are Always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices usually match online and beat the big chains so I won’t buy dog, fish or Guinea pig food anywhere else.

I feel badly saying it but this used to be one of the best pet shops in Tampa and now it just really isn't. The selection is minimal and if you've got fish, birds, or small animals, good luck finding anything. Also the employees really should be well educated on a species before they give information about it rather than giving wrong information. My cat does love the dry food I got him but as I tried to warn, he despises the wet food. It's pretty hit or miss but I do like their buy 5 get 1 program so we'll keep coming back to get more of that kibble at least.

On my way to Pet Supermarket but live down the road from this place and have always said I should check it out. Sign from road says open so I swing in. I am in the parking lot getting my two small children out, I see a man open the door which appears he’s unlocking it. We get to the door to find out he was in fact locking it. 15 feet from the door, he choosing not to say a word to me to give me a courtesy heads up they’re not open until 11am (just looked it up). First time here and was looking forward to shopping locally but no thanks now!

This is the best pet store in Temple Terrace (and Tampa) by far. All the workers are very knowledgeable on the different food brands and are more than happy to help you find something based on your pet’s needs. From turtles to 150 pound Great Danes, they have a worker on staff who will be able to answer any pet care questions you have. I don’t have a dog that gets groomed but I’ve only heard positive reviews about their groomers from friends. Don’t go to any other pet store in the area!!

Did'nt clean the dog face closer cut

I always bring my dogs for grooming. And my dogs are always returned looking the best! They always follow my specifications on how to cut my dogs which i like.

Awful time there. I heard the poor employees being literally screamed at over a small issue that was fixed in seconds, and multiple other occasions. My heart broke watching the owner treat his customers the way he did, and I absolutely will not be returning with that man still there.

Always a great experience. Love this place. Has everything I need for my dog.

Aliyah is a FANTASTIC and amazingly skilled pet groomer‼️ The Siberian Husky rescue dog that we just recently adopted into our family was heavily matted and her coat was not an easy task to make presentable let alone beautiful. However, the time, patience and skillful care that was employed by this pet grooming location far exceeded our hopeful expectations ???? Roccie("rock-see"the dogs' name) is absolutely gorgeous and free of the horribly matted and tangled double coat of fur she was unfortunately suffering. My family highly recommends this place for any age, breed or size pet that needs grooming care. Also, if you're searching for reasonably priced organically balanced choice food, snacks and toys on a budget. This is your secret store for all of things and more. Thank you???? PETWIZE ???? We will be back again very S????N‼️

The owner made fun of me for wearing a mask in his store. Won't be coming here again.
