I am happy to have taken my new pup there. They were great with all my questions and handling my dog. They sent updates and took care of my dog. I would recommend them to other dog parents

I called because I needed to get my dog in for a problem that I felt needed attention fairly soon. They gave me an appointment for the following day. When I went in I was taken directly to a room where I waited for a short time for a veterinarian. He was kind, listened to all my concerns, read them back to me to make sure that he understood everything that I would like answers for, and then we discussed further what was going on as he examined my dog. We then discussed treatment options. He’s was very informative, Polite, and you could see that he genuinely cared for the animals that he treated. I recommend this Vet whole heartedly

Recent visit for my guinea pigs was terrible. My initial visits with Dr.Pamela Borderieux were good. The last visit that doctor(don't remember the name) took for ever to check for a pre-planned wellness visit. My piggies were stressed out. Had to leave without the wellness visit. I switched to a different practice since then. Front office did not seem to care either.

Our dog got into something and ended up bleeding from his backend. This happened on a Sunday when our normal vet was closed. They were able to get us in that day and made sure our boy was OK. The staff at the front desk loved our boy and we knew he was in good hands when we had to drop him off. Dr. Martinez called us and helped us with a care plan. They did testing for him and gave him fluids and medication. I am so happy that we’re able to be so helpful during this stressful situation!

Entire staff was pleasant while professional. The Doctor was thorough with the examination. The cat responded well to the Drs touch. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend using their practice.

I had to get my pet in immediately for vaccinations and they were able to accommodate and take my cat in for her first visit. All the receptionists and technicians and vets were wonderful with her despite her hissing at all of them. I've had to take her in multiple times within 1.5 months and they've been helpful emotionally with making financial decisions and explaining everything thoroughly. My only issue is that I feel as if they're not at the best price point and sometimes I feel like they do try to increase costs when it's unnecessary. I'm not sure if that's just me though. Overall, I really enjoy my experience with them and making sure both me and my cat are comfortable.

Dr. Borderieux is fantastic! She's very thorough and happy to explain everything in detail. The tech (pink hair - sorry forgot her name!) was also super sweet and helpful. Both were very kind and gentle with my rabbit. The office is very cheerful, clean and well-organized. Although they're very busy, there's no stressed out vibe. The fees are very fair and the Dr. did her best to keep costs down, without compromising my bunny's well-being. I love this place!

My parakeet was not well so I took him to Pebble Creek Animal Hospital to be evaluated. The doctor and staff were so concerned and so helpful. I had several questions after I brought him home but the staff was very kind and answered my questions. I will definitely use their services again.

if you don’t mind overspending for poor customer service, come here! I took my dog here when I first moved to the area. He’s got a skin issue so I made clear when making the appointment that I not only needed heartworm medication and a general checkup, but I would like to figure out what was going on with his skin and fix it. They were more than happy to go over options for his skin, but when I picked him up and asked where his heartworm meds were, they said that it wasn’t part of his visit and we needed to schedule another visit. So I chalked it up to miscommunication and made another appointment. At that visit, I was scolded for not having brought a fecal sample, even though it was less than 2 weeks after his first visit. Fast forward a few months, he cracks his tooth to the point where it is bleeding. I make an appointment, they’re almost an hour late getting him in. The vet says she can’t see anything wrong with the tooth, and can’t fit him in for almost 3 months. I had to actually go inside and show her where the hole in his tooth was, and she wanted to poke it with a probe to see if it was really a hole! Following that, she hands me an estimate that is absolutely ridiculous. Several different anesthesia charges, several charges for stitches, and an exorbitant cleaning fee. All I wanted was for my dogs broken tooth to be removed before it became an abscess. I found a new vet, who took care of the issue with caring and fit me in within a week. Fast forward to today. I was waiting on his heartworm medication to come in, as I had one refill left. I checked the online pharmacy and saw that my order did not ship as expected. When I called, the pharmacy informed me that the refill was cancelled because “it says here your pet has passed.” My dog is VERY much alive and it is disgusting that a vet would stop my auto refill and LIE about why the refill should be cancelled. The health of the animals should ALWAYS come first. This place only cares about the dollar.

Kinda unfortunate because I LOVEDDDDD the doctors but I just feel like for the amount of money that is spent, things should be more organized.

I just moved to Tampa to be closer to my school and work. I needed to get my pup Daizee established somewhere. I work in veterinary medicine as well, so it's safe to say I'm pretty picky about who cares for my fur kids. After a horrible experience with another local veterinary clinic. (I didn't even bother going to the appointment) I had a few of my clients from my job refer me to Pebble Creek. They informed me about their Daycare and Boarding services, as well as their personalized Petly plans. I was instantly sold as it fit my needs. I missed my first appointment by accident (as I work nights and my appointment was scheduled for the early morning) the girls upfront (Kristen and Jordan) were so understanding, nice, and helpful and got Daizee scheduled as soon as possible (again.) I definitely was a nervous wreck when I brought Daizee in, but everyone was so welcoming. Dr. Rasche and Lisa were caring for Daizee. They took their time with Daizee, and used little to no restraint while treating her too. I could rave all day about this place. I honestly am happy to have found a great place to care for my fur kids ❤

Avian vets are not as prevelant as small animal vets, so when you find one with obvious love of birds, compassion, safety and humor, you want to spread the word. The Docs at Pebble creek are fantastic. Can't wait to meet them face to face after this pandemic. Be safe everyone! We recently needed a vet for our very needy dog....they were just as impressive with our little fur baby, as with our birds.

Dr. Borderieux is without a doubt the greatest vet I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. She's like the Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman of vets! :) She has treated our bunny Ophelia as if she was her own pet, and has gone above and beyond to make her healthy and comfortable. I can't recommend Dr. B and Pebble Creek Animal Hospital enough! The staff and vet assistants are all absolutely top-notch as well. I've never showed up for a scheduled appointment and had to wait. This place runs so smoothly compared to most veterinary offices. Plus, the vet assistant will take plenty of time to carefully go over treatment plans, and will even teach you how to give injections at home if necessary. The attention and quality of care is really on another level here! As far as payment, they actually offer three separate payment plan options, which was the only reason we were able to get our rabbit the extensive treatment she needed. Pebble Creek and Dr. Borderieux quite literally saved Ophie's life, and I can't thank them all enough.

I've been taking my cats to Pebble Creek for years. I have always appreciated the attention they give to me and especially to the cats. And the fact that they are open late and on weekends makes it convenient to schedule an appointment.

I just switched veterinarians for both my old cats to Pebble Creek Animal Hospital. I am very impressed by their willingness to take the time necessary to make sure my guys are getting the tests and treatments they need. While both my old men are ill and not doing great at the moment, I'm confident they are now in good hands. I myself am a retired DVM but I gave not practiced in 16 years and I felt they not only listened to my concerns, but also taught me about some new potential treatments. Jimmy Beans has intestinal issues which are tough to manage and Simba is likely going to be diabetic once his lab work is back. I look forward to working closely with Pebble Creek to keep my old guys going as long as possible!

We had the unfortunate news that our Maxie was diagnosed with diabetes from another vet (shall go unnamed) and they directed us to the emergency vet down on Bearss back in October of 2020. After several thousand dollars and the emotional roller coaster of now having to care for a diabetic dog, we were having difficulty finding a good vet. We tried two vet offices before discovering PCAH and we were floored with how efficient and professional every member of the staff were. The care and compassion each and every member of the staff showed us and our furry family member was amazing. Dr. Pablo Garcia spent many hours on the phone with us helping us manage her sugar levels. I just want him to know how much we appreciate his professional attention to the care of our Maxie. We spoke to Dr. Pamela Borderieux on the phone on Thursday because Garcia was out of the country and advised her that we are very concerned about her and she suggested to come in on Friday for a "Quality of Life" consult. When we arrived, we were greeted by another Vet (can't remember her name, sorry). After discussing her symptoms and the options available to us, we decided it was best to humanely euthanize her. The doctor that helped us was the absolute best, very compassionate, caring, and professional. We are forever in debt to everyone who touched Maxie's life. Thank you!

They are so professional and all throughout my visit they helped put my bunny at ease and ensured she was comfortable. Very kind and responsive staff, seeing as compassionate care is most important to then. It is hard to find rabbit vets, so finding Dr. Borderieux was truly wonderful.

I have only had amazing experiences with this Vet. They are so caring, love all animals and take such amazing care when your fur-babies are in their care. They are always available for questions, and explain everything they are or will be doing.

My dog Koty, HATES the vet. He was abused as a puppy, causing him to lose his eye, and since then has only shown aggression towards vets. Yesterday my worst nightmare came true, and I was in need of vet services, as Koty was showing signs of illness. I called and they immediately got us in. After horrible experiences in the past, I made sure to make them aware of Koty's needs and anxiety when it comes to the vet. Dr. Martinez did not show any trepidation, and immediately came in, and tried to put Koty's nerves at ease as she did the examination. Koty was not having it, and full sedation was required. In order to keep Koty as calm and comfortable as possible, the techs even administered the anesthetic in the parking lot, and let Koty fall asleep in my car where he felt 100% comfortable. I left with Koty's illness treated and all of his preventative care done. They made this experience the best that it could be for Koty, and this grateful dog mom. I highly recommend this vet!

I brought in my 7-year-old Doberman for a checkup, blood work and urine analysis. This was my first time at Pebble Creek and everybody was WONDERFUL!! I don't think I've ever had such a thorough exam done on my puppy. They went above and beyond care for my dog. Thank you everyone at Pebble Creek for loving your job. It shows!
