They are the best with all my pets

They have been treating a feral cat that I brought in that had to have his eye removed. Very kind and compassionate. Not trying to drain your purse because you are vulnerable.

This place is a house of horror for animals and patrons alike They fabricated a story to have us come up and have our pet neutered for a certain cost then pretty much strong armed us into paying 9 times the fee Also itis a very unsanitary place so if you value your pet and wallet you will look elsewhere I recommend Kindness or any other Vet

DO NOT TAKE UR FUR BABIES TO THIS MONEY HUNGRY QUACK! ! ! I was referred to this place by the county when I had to spay my 4 cats and at first DR.HUONG he seemed very professional and thorough as well as caring towards my babies but fast forward a year or so later and I brought my Rhodesian Ridgeback rescue dog ,who is also my service dog since I'm a disabled Air Force Veteran ,in for a skin infection and he prescribed amoxycyllin for her. All was well until her meds were lost in our move after having her taken them for 3 days and I went back and asked for another scriptscrip to replace the lost one .The meds were free from Publix and when I got to the clinic DR .HUONG demanded that I pay $32 for new ones .I stated that I wouldn't have the $$ til the following week and he clearly and LOUDLY said "NOT MY PROBLEM! U PAY OR NO MEDS! !" I asked for compassion for my service and best friend dog and that the meds were free at Publix and he did not care and was VERY money hungry and gave me and her ABHORRENT RUDE BEHAVIOR and said that if I didn't have the $$ right then ,I'd have to leave--obviously without the meds .I now have chosen a wayyyy better vet who is compassionate ,incredible bedside manor and treats my babies and most of all my service dog Penny with the respect as well as being more thorough with exams and not trying to sell me all sorts of unnecessary vet products like DR. HUONG did on a CONSTANT basis .--PLZ READ!!!!!!-- DO NOT ,I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE UR FUR BABIES TO THIS QUACK WHO ONLY WANTS UR MONEY AND HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE WITH UR BABIES IF U EVEN COME UP A FEW DOLLARS SHORT !!!!????????????????????????????

I've had my cat spayed here and had to take her back after a few days for infection and they stapled her and now even more days later the site is still oozing and looks infected. I see a lawsuit coming if they don't figure out what they did …

I have HAD to take my cat back to Dr. Hong TWICE for spaying because he didnt get it all the 1st time! Each time my poor cat was infected after. This most recent time (1 week ago) they used DOG SUTURES on my tiny cat! Her stomach is coming back open and I HAVE to bring her back AGAIN for them to rest itch this! I should have never came here in the 1st place. DO NOT GO TO LONG LAKE ANIMAL HOSPITAL TO SEE DR HONG!!!!

This is the MOST expensive voucher place to take your pet. Please do your research before using them. I have had many cats over the years done and this is by far the worst on your wallet. Since I had 3 cats done I could not pay for $50 per cat for antibiotics, $40 per cat pain meds(which are free at other places) and then the $10 per cat rabies vaccine was only for one year! The front desk ladies were very nice but the cost is a shocker. Sad to see a vet taking advantage of upselling people using the voucher program like this as in the end it's the animals that suffer. Not to mention I will not be a continued customer.

Have been going there for years. Friendly staff, very accommodating. Reasonable prices. Dr. Hong and Dr. Park are both very caring with our Airedale and (13 year old) Yorkie. No complaints whatsoever. Will keep coming back :)

Most disgusting vet & office I’ve ever been to‼️ If the county hadn’t been paying for my cat to get spayed, I would’ve walked out!! It looks like they turned a condemned house into a vets office. It stinks horribly & the Asian/Oriental people barely speak English!!

Convenient hours, thorough caring staff. When I was desperate for rapid care they fulfilled all my needs.

My dog was in severe pain with dental issues. They took care of my dog and the prices were very reasonable compared to other places. Will be taking my pets back in the future.

The care my pets have received here is extraordinary. I love the compassion, care and thoroughness in this clinic. Care is immediate and reasonably priced, and I would recommend this clinic to anyone with pets.

I have had to do two emergency surgery visits with my dog and she was received quickly and showed such compassion.

I saw Dr. Park with what seemed like an impossible situation as a pet owner. My dog had shown signs of aggressive behavior for about a year and half. Hurting me and other people. I had gotten to a point I didn’t know what to do, put him down, give him up, keep him, pay for a million tests to see if there’s something medically wrong. I could not wrap my head around my “baby” who was otherwise healthy be put down, but I had to consider the idea for liability purposes... I wanted a vets opinion. I had an open mind to whatever meant I could save my dog. I came in aware I would need to pay for tests if there were any available. Dr. Park didn’t try to up sell me anything, she listened, showed concern, was very gentle to my dog and recommended medications that could help with a possible chemical imbalance. I am very thankful for her time. She was very knowledgeable and was able to give my husband and I hope for our dog who we love very much. I do recommend this place to all animal lovers.

Very nice doctor and staff.

Very convenient Saturday hours. I had to take my dog in for sedation nail trimming because he gets so traumatized at the groomers. The doctor is very caring and the price is reasonable. I will take him again. As a side bonus, since the sedation lasts about an hour, I was able to brush his teeth without a struggle.

My Shih Tzu was very sick with a hemorrhagic gastroenteritis when I took her to Long Lake Animal Hospital, they immediately started treating her, the entire staff was very courteous, and the vets were knowledgeable, proactive and compassionate. Also, they took care of my pet as if it was their own. Last but not least, the cost was much lower as compared to other animal hospitals.

Excellent - no frills, thorough, professional and affordable service. Really appreciated a couple of follow up calls from the vet to check on my dogs recovery.

I have had 3 cats fixed here with the $10 voucher and didn't have any problems. They were great and very nice staff.
