I was very informed. Vet called me. Curbside service. A vet tech came to get my pup from the car and returned him. Very pleased with service. My pup was immediately comfortable with the vet tech who carried him in. I appreciate their timeliness , communication, and compassion for my baby toy poodle

The doctor, techs, and staff are so calm and welcoming. They take amazing care of our fur babies and show them love and kindness. They are more than happy to answer questions and help you feel good and knowledgeable about your pet’s health. We love Dr. Moore because we deal with him the most but have seen all the doctors there and would recommend all of them. Love this place!

I took my dog here for her vaccines and they charged me $215 for 4 vaccines!!! I’ve never paid for $100 for this! I compared it to the price that I paid from her previous vet and it was MORE THAN DOUBLE THE PRICE for the exact same vaccines!! I called Dale Mabry Animal Hospital to see if they used a different brand of vaccine and they said no. So I asked why their prices are so much higher and they said, "Everyone just has different pricing." The vets are friendly, but the prices are literally a rip off. Honestly, these people are crooks.

These guys are truly amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. My beloved Boston Terrier was in anaphylactic shock. Jess rushed her in with no notice and Dr Leavengood + team diagnosed the situation quickly and saved her life (NOT the first time they have done this!). Billie kept great communication with me during the ordeal.

We’ve never felt a true sense of connectedness with the staff or the vets. It seemed pricey and impersonal. They always spoke highly of our cats though, and I liked Gage a lot. He was always kind and helpful. We stayed because of him. Recently, we received an email saying they’re cancelling our relationship and attached our pets records. It was completely out of nowhere, especially since I hadn’t been there in months. Needless to say, I was very upset and confused. They made the decision for us, and thankfully we’ve found an awesome new vet that we love!!

The tech that took care of shadow was very patient with him which I found comforting. Additionally, Dr. Johnson found the issue and started treating it immediately, then went out of her way to follow up with me to make sure the treatment for shadow was starting to work a couple days after he started it. There is nothing that would have made my experience better, I am very happy with the service Dr. Johnson and her team provided.

Emmie's first well puppy visit was terrific. While I at first was disappointed I had to remain in the car, I of course understood and appreciated that safety is a priority at Dal Mabry Animal Hospital. It was very kind of Dr. Leavengood, owner , to come out to my car to introduce himself and provide some puppy advice. The vet that examined Emmie did so thoroughly and called me to discuss all the points of the examine while I was outside "curbside". I also appreciated the convenient and quick response via text to any and all of my questions and concerns. We will be back for Emmie's next puppy appt in Sept! :)

Dr. Hansel Levengood and staff are the most caring, outstanding, and competent Vet's in Tampa. Only Place I would take any of my animals for medical care. We couldn't ask for better care.

My cat has been diagnosed with chronic bronchitis. Dr. Leavengood has been so helpful and full of knowledge through out the entire process. He is wonderful with his patients and explains in detail, as well as answers all of your questions with patience. He has wonderful bed side manner and the rest of the staff are very friendly. Doesn't hurt that they are cost effective as well. Highly recommend!

I recently moved to Tampa and found Dale Mabry Animal Hospital. They were very professional and the vet was extremely thorough. The staff was very professional as well. We are happy with this vet clinic and would recommend!

I recently brought my girl Lulu to your facility. I’m sure you see many folks bring in their pets and sometimes not always with the best outcomes. This is probably business as usual. For me, it’s a day I will never forget. Lulu has been a part of my family for 17 years. She always brought us happiness. The past 1-2 years, she has been declining. We made every effort to give back what she has always given us, quality of life. Last week was Lulu’s toughest week, and it became increasingly difficult to ease her discomfort. I had a hard time coming to terms with her decline, but Lulu let me know it was time. Dr Moore was so compassionate. He let me know through his actions that this was not business as usual. This was tough. He focused on us, provided comfort and reassurance and acted like he had all the time in the world for us. He not only took care of Lulu in her final moments, but took care of me too. Despite the pain of losing her, we have the comfort of knowing Lulu felt love and peace in the end. Thanks to you. Thank you Dr Moore. Thank you all at the Dale Mabry Animal Hospital. Look no further if you love your pets! The doctors and staff at Dale Mabry Animal Hospital are absolutely the best at what they do, and they do it with kindness and honesty. They love our pet's as much as we do (maybe more). Recently I had to put my pet down due to his age, Dr. Moore sat on the floor with me and Shaggy and was so patient and kind. Shaggy drifted off peacefully. Pricing is very reasonable, and team is honest with what is really needed and can help. My pet's have been going here for treatment and boarding for the last 3 years and the experience has been wonderful. Highly Recommend!

After hopping from vet to vet I finally found this place! The vet techs and veterinarians seem to actually care for animals, they always greet us with a smile. Also very affordable!

We found Dale Mabry Animal Hospital via Google search and decided to book an appointment for our pup Angel based on the positive reviews. We were SO pleased with the decision and have found a new vet for our pet. Dr. Moore was super attentive and really took the time to listen to our concerns, as this was a first time appointment. Prices were very affordable, staff friendly and moved quickly to get us checked out. So very happy with this provider and only wish we would’ve found them sooner.

This was my first time going to this the veterinarian clinic from MacDill and even with COVID it was surprisingly very welcoming and very interactive when dealing with my Irish Wolfhound.

Took my pup in for her annual and a few suspicious spots. Dr Johnson was great with making sure she was taken care of and all spots removed and sent out for tests. Dr Johnson called to check up on her after the surgery to make sure she was doing well. I appreciate the loving and attentive care my pup got. I have never had a vet follow up personally before.

Just visited Dale Mabry animal hospital for the first time. Our experience was amazing not only was all of the staff kind and helpful, but Dr. Leavengood himself explains so much as well as being personable and friendly. The bill was very affordable which isn’t always easy to find at vets. This unforeseen sick day for our pup turned out to be better than expected because we have now found our permanent vet for our animals. Thank you for your great care !
