I stopped in today and asked about boarding for my dog the first week of July, the young lady told me they had room. She then asked if I had been there before, I told her no. She then told me she had no room because they had to save it just in case a existing customer wanted that time. I told her that was bad business, if we can’t be given a chance to do business with them then how do they expect to gain clients. I understand she was just doing what she was told, but this is extremely bad business. I have been a business owner for 40 years and I’ve never turned away clients. This is another gem I hate to give away, however, just the best bathing services and doggie daycare in the area! These people are kind beyond compared and consistently care for my dogs and almost any time I need them.

Very disappointed with this place. I have a large German Shepard who likes to bark, because of this this they refused to give him a bath. My dog has never been aggressive with anyone but was turned away because he has a loud bark. There are many other options in the South Tampa area. Do Not support this business.

We can't express how happy we are to have found BGPR. We started coming here last year when the panicdemic gave other "palaces" the excuse to turn away nail trims and only accept $50+ services. The staff here is so friendly and professional. They have earned our patronage for the future.

Best and only place we will bring our to pampered pets. The staff loves the animals it shows in everything they do and all we have to do is mention to our pets that there are going and they get crazy. And when they get their shampoo and blow-dry they always look incredible have never been let down yet.

The BEST daycare in South Tampa. Everyone there is friendly, efficient, and extremely capable of handling even the most outrageous of requests. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The facility is light, clean, and quite large. They take excellent care of the dogs!

Great place. My dogs enjoy going there and it helps with their energy. They been going there for years. They go in willingly and always wag the tails. Before we leave home we ask who wants to go to daycare and they both run to the door. We use them for boarding also and do not worry about the care they get. Great place for your furry love ones!

Best place we've ever been for our dogs they love going there so much that we cannot even talk about it they can turn inside out. The staff is friendly courteous kind and genuinely care about the dogs. Are to our precious babies and we would never take them anywhere else we've never been so happy and it's exciting to see then get so happy when we tell them they're gone to play with the other doggies.we're very grateful for places like this that care so much and put so much into what they do and take pride in caring for their animals it's a rare find and it's not for everyone they are not the most inexpensive but you only get what you pay for and we have never been happier.

This was my first time boarding my rescue dog. I was super anxious about having to board him, but he seemed to have a great time, and Bayshore e-mailed me photos of him during playtime on one of the days, and he looked super happy in the pictures. The staff is also super friendly and wonderful. (Side note on vaccines: My regular vet didn't carry the CIV vaccine that was required, so I took him to the Tampa Bay Humane Society's clinic just for that one.)

Our dogs have been going here for years, both for daycare and boarding. This is a fantastic place with caring people who truly love dogs!

I have been taking my dog to Bayshore Pet Resort for three years for both daycare and extended boarding. My experience has always been extremely positive and I completely trust them with Ozzy which is hard to do because he is the most important thing in my world. He loves it there and I can tell because I did not experience this at another area daycare I tried when I first moved to the area. The staff is always friendly and love the dogs like their own. I have total peace of mind if I need to leave him for a trip, when I return he is always happy and healthy. I highly recommend Bayshore Pet Resort.

The staff is always so nice and accommodating. We have two dogs, Bo & Oakleigh, who love it there, and we board them often when we go out of town for vacations, work, and holidays. We also drop them off just for the daycare which is nice to give them playtime while we're at work. We've also had them both groomed there and have no complaints! The staff will even email you pictures while you are away so you know how they're doing. Been leaving our pups here for a few years now and continue to love this place!

My dog Kiley has been a regular visitor and vacation boarder at Bayshore for 3 years. The staff is very caring. Kiley waits at my door in the morning to go to daycare. One time my girlfriend and I boarded her for 12 days and when we returned we thought she would be hesitant to go back. But the very next weekday she was happy to go.
