Baycrest Animal Clinic Tampa, Florida

Just started taking pups there. They are a friendly group.

I do not recommend this vet, in December I paid for a urine test for my pet, it was not possible to take my pet's urine and today December 30 they do not want to return my money, I spoke with two people to refund the money and no one called me And when I make the claim today the receptionist was very rude and hung up the phone on me.

Our cat broke her tooth and was in obvious distress. We were panicky. We brought her in within minutes on a weekend just before closing. They saw us within minutes and took her into surgery right away so she wasn’t in so much pain. We were home with our baby within an hour of the incident, sans a tooth and with meds to make her comfortable as she recovered. I appreciated the compassion and urgency. Dr. Morgan and her staff are fantastic! They answered all of our questions, made us feel important, and the charges were fair. Unfortunately, it seems like we need to be better cat parents and monitor their teeth better. I’m grateful that we got that education without the guilt trip. We will be back for follow ups.

Best vet experience I've had in my dog's 9 years and 4 moves. Entire staff was wonderful and very thoughtful of my dog. Happy to have found them

I have had very good experiences with Baycrest Animal Clinic. My 2 Chihuahuas Ragnar and Ginger, are comfortable and happy especially with the staff and doctors.

Everyone here are so friendly and professional the office is always Clean RJ and I love Dr Morgan

A bit slow but good

Dr. Morgan was amazing. She definitely is caring and is very compassionate about what she does answering any questions you might have.1st time here and will definitely be back as my future vet. Ms. Bentley had a good time. Dr. Morgan treated and analyzed the problem and gave medication ???? to take home and treat the problem. Well done. Her team working with her is amazing as well..Highly recommended!!! ????

Dr. Morgan was extremely nice and thorough in explaining the treatment required and precautions to take, and the staff was very kind and attentive as well. I would strongly recommend checking them out ???? Dr. Shirley is really awesome too I honestly wouldn't recommend any other vet.

Dr. Morgan talks down to owners like we don't know our furkids.

They've always taken good care of my wife's animals. Today, they really showed strength in compassion, tact, and honesty. I appreciate upfront pricing and how understanding the staff and doctor were. Both deserve kudos. They made a very difficult moment a little softer.

I have been taking my dogs to Baycrest for 9 years. I will not go to another vet. Dr. Morgan loves my dogs like their hers, she plays with them and shows them all kinds of attention. My dog Gia had to have surgery today to remove a mass from her thigh, Dr. Morgan did an outstanding job and was very thorough, the level of professionalism and care for my dog means the world to me. I love Baycrest and the staff. The staff is amazing and they are gentle, they always come and and say hi to Gia and Zeus and give them lots of love. This is the best vet practice I have even been to.

Always a great experience. Have been taking my animal family members there for almost 10 years. They help me take great care of them. They teach me what's best and what I need to do. Always follow up even after basic vaccines and checkups. Really great place highly recommend to anyone with animals.

They saved my baby’s life! I will never even think of bringing my dogs elsewhere. The staffing at this location compares to no other! I have taken my baby here before but this weekend he went through a traumatic life risk and every hospital we went to didn’t help, didn’t treat us the same. Didn’t give the feeling that they were doing this for the little baby’s. But Baycrest is all about loving and caring for your little baby’s as if they were their own. They found us the perfect surgery center that wouldn’t drain our savings and made sure he would live through the night. Great first visit. Very helpful, time efficient and affordable. I got jerked around by another vet in the area and called this office and was able to make an appointment for the following morning. Will be going back and would recommend.

Took great care of my fur baby.

Our fur babies have been patients here for over a decade, wonderful practice. Dr. Morgan and staff are very friendly, informative and caring - You can feel confident they will treat your pets with the same compassion and consideration as if they were their own. Highly recommend ????

You’d think since this is a private practice a higher level of care and communication would be provided. Unfortunately this isn’t the case. Barely got to speak to the vet, felt like a mill. Doctor does not spend time educating first time dog owners. Had to do my own research to find out my dog needed monthly heart meds. I asked why wouldn’t you bring up the topic of heart meds at any subsequent visits, vet replied “we only say so on the first visit”. That makes no sense to me. Heart worms are easily preventable and if infected, dogs can have irreversible damage which could be costly to treat. Why wouldn’t you even bring up the topic at the second visit? You all need better systems and protocols.

This place is awesome! I've been using their services for 20 years. I would not trust anyone else with my fur baby! Dr Morgan is awesome and the staff are great.
