Dr Frank is wonderful. It’s super stressful taking your cat to the vet. Dr Frank and his staff make the whole experience much less difficult. He cares for every cat he sees. I will not go to any other vet.

A little expensive, but amazing service and staff

If you come during the pandemic and want this vet office to look at your kitty then be warned! You will have to sit in your car forever until your cat is being seen. (I am not joking!) The organization was very horrible! From what I saw there was only 1 technician moving each animal in and out as you parked your car in the parking lot. Other cars who came before me were waited on. The receptionist refused to answer the question how long it would take for my cat to be taken inside the office. It would have been helpful if she did not dodge the question and would have saved me some time. I think this is by far very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Dr. Frank and his staff are knowledgeable, professional and caring. The only place I would ever take my cats.

The ONLY place I take my best friend, ( my cat. ) Everyone here LOVES your cat and treats them like it's their own. The staff is fantastic and so helpful. They always answer all my questions & give me clear choices on treatments. They've always been truthful and do their very best to help not only your cat but, also you. They know how to handle delicate situations with extreme care & thoughtfulness. Dr. Frank, is a cat whisperer lol. Cassie & all of the staff are great, wonderful caring ppl. They have helped my cat several times & have ALWAYS treated him like a rock star. Also, I've never had to be concerned when he stays over night. The cat hotel is very clean and there's plenty of room for my cat to be comfortable. Also, in 2 of the rooms they have a glass wall that has actual live birds, ( small ones, ) that the cats can look at. Which my cat loves. Since the pandemic they have used safety precautions to keep their staff safe. Which I appreciate. They have you call and inform them you're there. They immediately come to your car to get your cat and rush him inside. I've also come to the door and waited outside to make it easier on them. You may not be allowed in right now but, they go out of their way to get your cat, and return him to you. I like to just pull up front & let them know I'm there so they don't have to run across the parking lot. Half the time it's raining or extremely hot and i feel horrible making them come out to me, when I can easily just pull up to the door. Obviously I'm a big fan of theirs and I wanted to explain why. I've been bringing my cat here for years, and he's not at all easy to deal with lol. They make it so simple for him & are great people I really trust. Thank you so much

I can’t say enough about Dr. Frank and his team. Dr. Frank has been my vet for 14 years to my calico cat Spicy. He is extremely thorough and a compassionate doctor. I never feel like I am being taken for a ride. He is honest and gives his advice and suggestions on how to proceed. One morning, I noticed my cat’s eye was swollen shut. Of course, I panic, and I called Dr. Frank’s office and they said to bring her in. My cat had some kind of allergy attack and they prescribed cream for her eye, which I had to rub in twice a day and she got better in no time. If you are looking for a great cat vet with a caring heart, then Dr. Frank is your doctor.

My favorite vet of all time. They are caring, excellent with cats, and it's the most low stress place I've ever taken any pet. I highly recommend them all the time to friends with cats.

Dr. Frank and his patient, dedicated, carina staff saved my kitten’s life. When other vet hospitals gave up on him, Dr. Frank persisted in created a personalized care treatment that literally saved his life. I am grateful beyond words, I will only bring my cats here, this is the top cat facility in South Florida!

Super attentive and knowledgeable staff ! Dr. Frank is an angel, really cares about your kitty and is happy to share his wisdom and answers all of your questions calmly and in depth. If you only have cats I highly recommend this cat only practice. Bonus bird room for kitties to watch as they have their appointment!

I would give this facility 10 stars if I could. The Dr is fabulous and the staff is EXCEPTIONAL! It's the coolest animal hospital I've ever seen. They have glass windows in-between the exam rooms that has live birds. You have GOT to see it! My cat was fascinated and didn't want to leave. A+++ for Dr, staff and hospital. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Frank and his cat loving staff are so caring, professional, knowledgeable, and outstanding in every way. My cat is much calmer when there are no dogs in the waiting room.

The Dr. Is amazing a bit pricy but you would not get this kind of attention in probably anywhere else. You will definitely get what you pay for .
