Please bring back the button for help in pet care… there’s been a real lack of help in that department lately. Ever since the crickets were moved, they removed the button that calls someone over to the department.

People always have a negative excuse for everthing. Two locations and they couldnt even cut my lil dogs hair.

Nice, clean store. We always head here when adding fish to our aquarium. The fish we buy here have always been healthy. So we get all of our pet supplies here as well.

do not ever EVER bring your dog to be groomed here. we brought our beautiful, fluffy 2 yo cocker spaniel to be groomed for the first time at petsmart. after going over EXACTLY what we wanted, only a minor trim and perhaps more of a cut on his ears ONLY, our angel snoopy was given the worst groom. he was shaved completely. his cut is completely uneven however we wanted nothing more to be taken off of our poor angel. I specifically asked to keep his signature fluffy slipper feet and was of the impression only 5/8 of an INCH was going to be CUT off. we were not provided ANY warning AT ALL of what our dog's groom was actually going to look like. all we were told was that he was running a little behind to be finished as "they had to cut our dog's ears a little shorter." other than that, we were told absolutely nothing and I did not even recognize my poor puppy when he walked out, which is even more absolutely heartbreaking. DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR DOG HERE. I could have cut my dogs hair better myself. this is 100% not the work of a professional by any means. we feel absolutely horrible and would not wish this same, horrific, and humilating experience on anyone's pet. DO NOT waste a single pretty penny petsmart charges you to have your dog groomed here. before groom and after groom pictures included for reference so everyone can see the absolute lack of professional service done on our poor snoopy.

Great store, very clean and inviting. There's a wide selection of items for many different animals. The staff was awesome. A cashier greeted me when I came in, even tho she had 3 customers in line. I will be back.

Love the store,but I will never take my dog to get groomed/cut ever again..my dogs cut is horrible,nothing like I explained or pics I provided..choppy uneven chunks..horrible,never again..ever!!! ☹️Was told 2-3 hours..didn't make sense that long..no call when to pickup..I happen to check my email..he was ready 30 minutes ago..???? Never again

Every time I come here all the employees are so very helpful.they are very knowledgeable about all there products.PetSmart is the best by far,it's nice coming into a store & see "Happy Employees"!!!!!

Wasted an hour+ of my time driving there and back for a grooming only to be turned down because they can’t get their own policies straight. Get your communication straight and be sure that all staff are on the same page!

They were told over 1 month ago that they were selling a Rawhide treat that killed a dog, in the Rawhide Alternative isle. They claimed they moved them to the Rawhide area. This picture was taken a few days ago. They're putting their own consumers pets at risk knowingly. Shame on them!!

One of the best stores around. Did not see any problems with the products, pricing or stock. Always good to stop by but I have no dog that needs trimming - so here no advice about the clippers.
