This was the strangest experience ever. I brought my dog in because he was drooling a lot, which is not normal for him. I was worried he ate something poisonous in the yard. I was not allowed in back. They just took him and closed the door on me. At one point, I saw my day walk past the door (it has a long window in it) and I believe he was tracking a cat that has walked by earlier. (It would not have been good if he caught that cat) When they were done, they opened the door, let him loose into the waiting room, and closed the door. I had no idea what was going on! The Dr finally came to the front. He insisted that my 60 pound dog weighed 30 pounds. He also said his temperature was normal, but I can’t imagine how they were able to take his temp. My dog goes crazy any time a vet has tried to take his temp and no vet has ever been able to get it-even with 3 people holding him! The Dr informed me they gave him a steroid shot. They never asked for permission and when I asked why that was given he told me it would give him energy. That is crazy, my dog is and was still hyper. There was no reason to give him steroids. He couldn’t find anything wrong with him, and still sent me home with prescription medicine steroids and supposedly gave him a shot. I will NEVER go there again. (I have since heard that everyone that goes there usually gets a shot and medicine)

Since Dr Prasad became ill they have a new stand in vet. He gave me milk thisel for my anemic dog and tried to charge me a ridiculous amount of money. Dr Prasad was awesome and i was hoping he would return. I'll be looking for another vet elsewhere

During the last tropical storm my kitty became gravely ill with kitty kidney stones. This vet was the only one open and they saved my cat with antibiotics and a new cat food. They were compassionate that I didn't even have a job and had my own medical bills and didn't even charge the emergency rate. Wonderful people who love to save animals.

This great vet saved my kitty last week. I took him to another vet in the big box store, when it was obvious my kitty had severe oral infection. They charged 400$ and sent me home with appetite stimulant. My pet sitter Tammy with home alone pet services found this wonderful life saver for me. I went in and gave brief review and he and his lovely wife got started immediately,without any hesitation, saving his life. I was impressed to say the least, and that is coming from an ICU RN of many years. Please do call them or stop by if you need a compassionate vet who is there for you and your beloved fur children.

These are very special people, we took our Puppy there on a Saturday morning, he had a bad case of diarrhea, the Doctor and his wife checked him over , you could tell they were very experienced we left completely satisfied that he was being treated by professionals . The bill for treatment and prescription drugs was half what we would expect to pay in Canada. Puppy is completely recovered now . Awesome people.

Excellent service when dog was sick. Very knowledgeable and prescribe reasonable priced medication. They stayed open later to help my animal. Very good service!

My Rottweiler had neuter surgery at another vet that was an hour from us. We were happy with this vet previously which is why we took the drive for the surgery, however this time things didn't go so well. He ended up getting an infection and because we were too far away to get there before they closed I had to find someone closer immediately. When I saw the hours I decided to give Dr Prasad a try. He got me in right away and took his time to speak to me even telling me some personal stories about his experiences with larger dogs. He and his wife were both very sweet and gentle. He provided my big boy with quality care and addressed all of my concerns. Thanks to Dr Prasad my dogs infection started clearing up within 24 hours and his allergies calmed down within a couple of days. All of the swelling from the surgery subsided as well. Not to mention the very reason able prices. I will be taking my animals to Dr Prasad from now on. Thank you for helping my dog and I in our time of need.

Dr. Prasad, Doc, is a truly caring veterinarian. He can be counted on to be there when your animals need him. Whether just a checkup, need shots, meds, your pet is sick or injured Doc will do his best to provide a good outcome. Have an emergency, call him & he will be there or stay late to help your pet. I've been using Doc for years, do rescue, and rarely does a week go by that I am not there with an animal in need. Recently had 6 kittens in getting treated, just another day for Doc & I. Will be there again today, probably next week & for as long as Doc is in business.

This doctor has been a saving grace for us. He is reliable, will not try to rip you off or do any unnecessary procedures on your animal. He and his wife are kind and just genuinely good people. I can take my dog here with absolute good faith and with prices I can afford. Thank you so much to you and your wife Dr. Prasad! Annabelle & I love you!

I can't believe I found the best veterinary just so close to my house!!! Dr.Prasad is an excellent and professional veterinarian and Dr.Prasad's wife is very friendly.they treat our dog very gentle and nice, our dog loves Dr.Prasad so much. The prices are a lot more reasonable than other veterinarians. I really really appreciate and the Dr.Prasad will be my favorite veterinary and I will recommend for sure. his caring attitude will make you feel so comfortable to bring your pets to here. Dr. Prasad is an excellent veterinarian. The prices are a lot more reasonable than other veterinarians. I like taking my dogs here because the doctor is hands on with my pets and I trust the doctor with his caring attitude and experience. I met Beth in family Dollar we were talking about cats and she told me where she worked and if I ever needed then to call. They will try to rip you off with high priced pharmacy medications. They will not respond to numerous requests for proof of prescription or verbal confirmation of shots with another retailer because they want to charge me $35 per verification of animal's records and Rx. They do not answer their phone and and are generally rude. Will not take our animals back here.

Very friendly people and seem to know what they were doing and very lenient with charges. However, this place seem quite dirty and there was only one vet there. Not that I personally minded but we did wait close to an hour in the waiting room for immunizations.

Absolutely amazing. This vet is caring, honest and at an unbelievable price! He has helped me with my very old Jack Russell in the past.
