2 Divas Grooming St. Petersburg, Florida

I was waiting outside for my appointment for 20 minutes- she did not show up! I had to schedule with another groomer on a different day to just get my dog groomed. The shop was in a "ghetto" part of town. The door was locked (attempted to knock). We also attempted to call and text many times!!!! Also, on her front door it tells us to call if the door is locked. When she texted me she stated she did not have her phone on us despite her instructions posted on her door.

I took my 4 lb toy poodle to her for the first time today. A little back story Suzy was being groomed at home but for the last 2 months, her groomer has retired. We stopped taking Suzy to outside groomers due to them not taking their time and we have had a groomer Cut her ear. Poodles this small has very soft skin. When I dropped Suzy off I told the groomer that she doesn't like her ears or feet done due to groomers cutting her in the past. She understood and said she will take care of her. When I picked Suzy up I was trying to check her while I was there and the groomer was pushing me out of the salon which was weird to me.. But she did have another pet there so I thought that was the reason. When I finally got home and checked Suzy she has a piece of her ear missing and blood clumped. I called her and asked her "Did you cut Suzy?" She said no I said why does she have blood on the bottom of her ear. She said I was combing her knots she started bleeding but right now I'm with a pet and don't have time. Hung up... Who does this! This lady shouldn't be in business if all she worries about is money, not the customer. I am so furious my poor baby!

I cannot say how much I greatly approve and love how my mom’s dogs look 100% improvement they took the time and patience and care for my mom’s dogs she would love it so very much Oreo and Toby are total different dogs all the way around there so happy thank you also very much

My 18 pound long haired chihuahua likes being groomed but takes a while to warm up to new folks. They were great with him. He behaved and looked the BEST he ever has!!! This IS the place to go for your pet to be handled kindly and looking great!!!
