Website states they accept new clients and service surrounding zip codes? When called they in fact are not accepting new clients and ONLY service that one zip code area , no surrounding areas .

Dr Donna and her assistant/husband are the best … they cared for our dog for many years and are wonderful, kind and caring … I recommend them highly.

My wife and I have been in Spring Hill for a number of years and have been VERY FORTUNATE to come in contact with Nature Coast Mobile Veterinary Services,,, Dr Mignemi D.V.M. and her husband Dave. Great people with extraordinary bed side manor. We have had all of our dogs treated by them for normal "maintenance" so to speak. This past month we ran into a BIG problem with our English Bull "Moose". He seemed to have somehow consumed something he shouldn't have that was stuck in his small intestine. Fortunately Dr Mignemi and Dave caught it super early,,,, Diagnosis,,, "Septic Peritonitis due to intestinal rupture", secondary to a foreign body" They preformed a very risky surgery on the 4th of this month and we are very happy to say that he had his stiches out today :) on the road to a full recovery!!!!!! So fortunate to have found them! HIGHLY RECCOMMEND them to anyone !!!!

Awesome vet, great people. My cat had developed a huge hairball, and we feared the worst, but during surgery it was discovered he had a huge hairball rather than something worse. The Dr was great throughout the entire ordeal and my cat is now happy and healthy. They've been caring for all of our fur babies for the past three years and I highly recommend them.

Dr. Mignemi and Dave are so compassonate and professional. Our 22-year old cat had to be euthanized and they were with us through the long week it took to make the decision. They ran tests to help us to understand what we were facing. It was so much easier for our cat, Bailey, not go through the trama of a car ride and going into a traditional office. Their prices are in line with regular office costs too. We have had many vets in the past and they were definitely the very best to work with.

Dr. Mignemi is the best !! Not only does she and her husband Dave bring their "office" to the comfort of your home but is very thorough in examining your pets...each time they have come over it is at least an hour that they have spent with our pets. Highly recommend !!

Absolutely amazing! They serviced my 13 year old jack Russell and my 2 year old pit bull. They were so so patient with them and overall my dogs were incredibly comfortable! I was so nervous but within seconds my dogs calmed down and loved all over them. They both explained the process they were doing and were very passionate. I will use and recommend over and over again! Thank you Dr.Donna!

Having a veterinarian come to our home when 1 of our “girls” needs to see a doctor, is at the top of our list when we count our blessings. They’ve been here twice now & both times I felt like our pet was in very experienced hands. Never felt rushed, answered all my questions, made sure I understood what was going on & what “Amber” needed. They’re professional, caring, friendly & kind. They’ll be here next week to remove a bad tooth, after Amber receives antibiotics & has a medicine to relieve her pain. We couldn’t be more thankful!!! Highly recommend if you live in the area they serve ????❣️❣️❣️

We just moved to the area a few months ago with our two dogs and cat. After researching and reading dozens of great reviews, I decided to make an appointment for them with Nature Coast Veterinary Service. I had never heard of a mobile vet service before, but thought it would be wonderful if indeed it lived up to the reviews I’d read. Well ... it did! Dr. Migneme and Vet Tech Dave Migneme are fabulous! Both are kind and gentle and caring and spent so much time with each of my “kids” AND with me! They were thorough, knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to listen to and answer every question I had. The day after the appointment, I received a call explaining each test result in detail. I couldn’t be more pleased with Nature Coast and look forward to establishing a comfortable and long term relationship with them.

I sought a second opinion after being unhappy with results from another local vet. To say I was happy with the switch would be an understatement. You can genuinely tell that they care about your pet and take the time to explain everything from pricing to what steps to take to prevent issues in the future. After relocation to Spring Hill both Sheba and Heidi (our dogs) needed their checkup. Finding Nature Coast was a Godsend. They were wonderful in taking care of our family members. Their rates were great and care was excellent, I wholeheartedly recommend Nature Coast!

Very compassionate and professional. Both of my girls liked them. They were able to treat my German Shepherd (117lbs) without sedation despite some uncomfortable procedures. My Aussie almost enjoyed her physical exam and never felt the injection. Dr. Mignemi welcomed me into the treatment area, conducted a thorough interview and exam, and allowed me to participate in the plan of care. They provided education and allowed ample time for questions, spending at least 90 minutes for the visit. Glad that we found a good vet home:)
