We have been with Been a Animal hospital since 1993. That have cared for all our pets, dogs and cats.Dr. Paxon is straightforward and kind. Michelle, the vet tech is amazing as are the rest of the staff.

This is the most wonderful and caring place that you can take your babies. I have been going there for years.

Dr. Jackson has always been so good and thorough with our pets. She shows that she cares personally for them and has so much compassion. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fourteen years of extraordinary service for my cat. I drive an hour for her appt and they are really worth it.

We had a wonderful experience with Beneva Animal Hospital this week. Our cat was lethargic and not eating yesterday morning. They worked her into their schedule early that morning, evaluated her, identified the problem, made the appropriate referral and followed up that night and the next morning to check on her. All the staff were warm and professional- they remembered our cat after just one visit. Covid precautions were perfect - we called from the parking lot to have a staff member get our cat from our car; they wore masks and provided information in person as well as over the phone. The charges were explained and were very reasonable. Our cat is very nervous and defensive with strangers, but they worked very well with her. This is an extraordinary animal hospital!

After using Beneva Animal Hospital, for 20 years We are leaving this practice as they are no longer compassionate and caring. My new Kitten needed to be spayed and a declaw. The reason this is urgent is my adorable and wonderful kitten has left very deep scratches on my legs which have become deeply infected. The Doctors at BAH said they would do this and an appointment was made. Today they told Me they need to cancel this appointment as it is not necessary surgery. My Medical Doctors think so are my legs have infected scratches Scratches. I love my Kitten very much and have to find another Vet to help me. I have spent thousands of Dollars at this practice and am very sad they can no longer help us. We have been model patients and do not understand their lack of compassion. Beware! R. I’ve owned pets most of my life and have known many veterinarians. We’ve been taking our kitties to Dr Paxton here at Beneva, and she is amazing! She was very supportive when helping me say goodbye to my dearest senior kitty and has been extremely helpful in caring for our present fur babies. Her tender care exceeds anything I’ve experienced at any other veterinarian. Everyone in the office is professional, kind and caring. I just can’t say enough about how happy we’ve been with them.

Great vets, caring staff. I've been bringing my pets here for years. Several vet clinics are closer to home, but I still come here.

You never know how important these people are till your little girl or boy needs help. They have helped with all four of our rescues. One we put down a year ago and I couldn't have asked for more professional group and it was a day I will never forget. I cried and so hated to go through that day. They helped us and my wife was also happy they are part of our life. I kid women who have big dogs I have killer dogs too. As our's are lap dogs very small and they keep them healthy for us. Dr. Jackson is the best she has guided us through this journey with these puppies.

Could not be happier with Beneva Animal Hospital!! Wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable doctors and staff. Our girls love to visit and we find great comfort knowing they are well taken of and there when we need them.

My girlfriend works for this company and has for more than ten years. Doctors and techs are caring and patient with pets and their parents.

The vets there have been very understanding and seem to really love pets. We are the owners of three dogs. They don’t try to stack your bill with unnecessary charges and are always open to help in researching what may be wrong with your pet. We have one lab that has a rare disease that at first they could not diagnose but over a couple months with research it was determined. Both research by us ( help with your pet) and their contact with other vets and colleges and research material. By the way our lab is a service animal and even through the years of many vets none were able to figure out what was wrong. Even though she came from the most reputable center in Florida . We applaud you Beneva Animal Hospital

Very caring abd knowledge people work here

These guys take wonderful care of our three dogs, and have always been very easy to work with. They are personable, and I don't feel like they're trying to upsell me on things I don't need when there. My oldest dog has a chronic condition, and they go out of their way to make it easy for us to get her taken care of.

Great veterinarians. Polite, thorough, and caring.
