best pet resort in town!

We had a good experience a year ago when we boarded our dog. Sadly, our experience with grooming was not a good one. We were quoted over the phone that the price would be $60-$70. When we were “greeted” by Rose, the groomer, she told us that we should have never been quoted a price over the phone. We were charged $140. Rose seemed very irritated that we were there. She said that it would take 2-3 hours to complete and that we would get a call when she was finished. We never got a call. When we tried to call, it continually went to voicemail. We took it upon ourselves to come and pick her up after three and a half hours, but we were never even greeted again by Rose. We all have bad days, so I hope that this is not typical for Rose or the grooming department at Bayside Pet Resort.

My dogs have a great time and when I take them there they RUN to the front door to go inside! To me that indicates they are happy there.

This is a wonderful place. My chihuahuas love it. My Joey I've had for since he was 5 weeks old. When I'm in the room he has a fit being taken by anyone from me. The first time I took him to Bayside he went without a fuss. I will not take him nor Cinnamon our younger chi anywhere else.

Our pet has stayed here for day care and overnight. She loves it. The staff is great

Greatest place in the world to take your dogs to for boarding, for daycare, for bathing, for training and they even watch cats, guinea pigs, hamsters and any other Little Critters you need babysat while you're away. The staff is amazing and their love for animals it's poured all over yours.

Friendly manager and staff. I felt that my pet was safe and well cared for!

Such a clean, happy place!!! If you can't be there to love your dog, your dog will love it here if they like to play with other dogs in daycare. I highly recommend this place for your dog!!! ( on Tamiami Trail)

We took our dog there and he had what appears to be a great time. He was in one of the suites that had a camera so we are able to watch him while we were away.

As soon as we walked in they came right over and greeted my dog Rocco. Really nice place. A little pricey.

Excellent daycare for dogs, the staff is amazing!

Excellent facility and staff. Its a bit pricy ( $32) for day care, but its definitely the best all around pet resort in the area.

Love this place! Staff is amazing, lovely clean facility. The only one who likes it more than me is my dog, who is always so excited to go to doggy day care!

Taken my cat her multiple times and they never disappoint. Destin(my cat) always comes back home smelling so nice. He seems to enjoys the laid back feel of bayside. The staff is really sweet and miss him when I pick him up.

My dog Skout loves going to play here. He hugs all the girls he gets there and exhausted when he leaves. A perfect day once in a while for him to have play dates. I am also using Bayside for a trip I'm going on so I will give a review afterwards, stay tuned!

Super clean and extremely friendly staff. Always smiling and you know the fur babies are well taken care of!

Bayside was Meka's daycare hang out from 6 months to 3 years. We owe her confidence to Bayside for encouraging her out of her shy shell. She absolutely LOVED coming here to see her fur and human friends. Bayside staff takes care of each pup with such love, I never worried about her. Which made very big shoes to fill when we moved out of state. Fur-ever grateful!

Beware of this kennel. My dog almost died from lack of food. My 30lb dog stay here for 10 days and lost 15 pounds. I don't know if they forgot to feed him he had plenty of food with him. The front of the kennel looks nice. But I think some of the employees don't care about the dogs.

Bayside is a great place for our pets to stay when we are out of town. Our 2 Maltipoos have always gotten great care there. Recently, our hedgehog stayed at Bayside while we were out of town. They took such great care of him. I highly recommend Bayside Pet Resort.

This place is great! Reasonably priced and friendly people. Gail is one of the nicest people and so caring. I’m new to Bayside and pet resorts in general and they’ve been so great to answer my questions and help with my dilemmas every other day haha. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because her second day of daycare she had a hurt paw. But they might not have seen it and I didn’t even notice until I got her in my truck and after about two days she’s fine. Awesome place!

They were good doing my little dog s nails only thing though the young girl kept repeating herself about having shot records maybe she just likes to hear herself over and over so plan on her telling you bring shot records in

I needed pet sitting on short notice when my family unknowingly brought our five months old lab a day trip to a beach that prohibited dogs. Bayside Pet Resort was able to accommodate my girl so we could still enjoy the day. They made me feel comfortable leaving her in a new place. I especially appreciated the live video feed of her kennel. Highly recommended.

Love this place! The staff is extremely friendly and the facility is super clean. My dog loves coming here for daycare and boarding. Wouldn't take him anywhere else.

We took our 2 little dogs there for grooming. Holly did a wonderful job! They’ve had some unpleasant experiences recently but this time they were completely relaxed when we picked them up. Holly did everything exactly as we discussed and the dogs looked great. Thank you to Holly and BPR! We’ll see you again soon.
