Seminole Animal Hospital is the BEST. I was a little disappointed to hear that the VIP program was going to be discontinued - but Seminole Animal Hospital is the only Veterinarian we will ever bring our fur baby to.

Dr. Dickinson has been overseeing Rolo (pure breed Rottweiler) since we got him. He's 8 months inching 100 lbs. She has been on point with his care! I love the fact that she does respect and advise on natural methods and will guide you through the steps and what Rolo needs!

I visited Friday with my elderly rescue dog and the staff was great. The doctor was also so gentle with my little old lady weighing only 3.5lbs who was badly abused and neglected prior to me rescuing her and often doesn't like new people. I highly recommend this office. I also would advise in taking advantage of the wellness plans.

Very reasonable prices and staff is friendly. My boy needed to be seen ASAP and they fit me in that day and every time he’s been sick.

We didn't have an established vet for our 5 cats when Ashie developed an ear infection and ruptured ear drum. They offer curbside but also will allow you inside. Our appt ran long but they keep you informed and also gave us a discount for waiting which was appreciated. Doctor Dickenson is so kind and professional. She takes as much time as needed and you can tell she has a definite love of animals. The technician was also amazing. The prices are reasonable and they definitely didn't push any unnecessary treatments. Quite the opposite. They held off on her rabies because she wasn't feeling 100%. We will absolutely bring the other cats here in the future and will HIGHLY recommend to anyone. Thank you again for taking such good care of my baby!

I recently took both of my senior dogs dogs to Seminole Animal Hospital to get their annual checkup and then stayed at the Pet Resort for a long weekend. I had some health concerns about our boy dog which were addressed in a very patient and professional manner. They received quality care and were well taken care of!

This is hands down one of the best Vets offices I have ever been too! We came in as an emergency case after my dog was attacked by another dog. They got me in within a few hours, I was not a current customer either, and every step of the way i was treated with the utmost respect! From the front desk, to the wonderful and kind vet tech, to both Dr. Mosley and Dr. Dickinson going above and beyond for my sweet girl and answering all 1000 questions I had with patience! They’ve gained a forever customer because of this! I am so beyond grateful and thankful for all you guys have done for us, words can’t even begin to describe it!

TLDR: seminole animal hospital and pet resort is fine for regular annual shots, but if you suspect an issue with your pet, find a different VDM. I've been coming to this vet for roughly 4-5 years and typically have had no issues. The techs are always lovely, helpful and I didn't mind the shift of different docs every visit, but after the last couple appointments we will not be returning. I brought in one of our cats who was coughing. Her lungs and heart sounded lovely so they dismissed it as allergies when instead it was a far worse symptom of congestive hearth failure and that fluid was surrounding her lungs leaving her gasping and coughing. We were given no reading material or medication suggestions related to the original allergy diagnosis. As she declined I took her back and they did an x-ray. She needed a chest tap which this vet couldn't perform. A week later she passed. ---- I recently picked up a cat who was worse for ware and took her to Sem AH and after checking fecal and for FIV the doc said she only had a skin infection and was otherwise I'm good condition. After a week, she was still acting under the weather , itchy and uncomfortable I decided to go to Thrive as it turns out she also had an ear infection and is anemic. Thrive was also able to get her chip checked and start the ball rolling on giving me the rescue she came from. They also have me a helpful print out on allergy medication to reduce this cat's itchiness while antibiotics and ear drops get to work.

The staff here is great! My baby has terrible anxiety when faced with new people, places, or things. But she's always good here. You can feel the love for your animals. I would give them 10 stars, but 5 is the limit. Love this vet!!!

Everytime i call them i get answered with extremely poor attitudes, as if im disrupting them and my call isn't important. Their receptionists are worse than calling customer service at your worst place. Not to mention the prices they charge are absolutely ridiculous. Literally nothing about this place is worth the money it will cost you. They make it mandatory for you to bring your dog in multiple times a year even when your dog is fine. They just want more money. Never bringing my dogs here again and I am telling literally everyone I see with a dog how horrible this place is. Treat your customers right or they will talk!

I have been coming here for 2 years. The first few appointments were great, great staff, great vet. Now, not so much. I have had to correct them twice now on how to handle my dog, second time the vet tech just walked away as I was speaking. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Think ill be taking my business elsewhere.

The staff and veterinarians are great! It is far from my house but it has been worth it. I am very please with their service and would recommend them to anyone. They have been treating and doing follow up to my sick puppy that I believe is now healthy. I am thankful!

I have been a client for 3 years and spent thousands and thousands of dollars at this overprice clinic. This hospital use to be good; however, things have changed drastically in the past few months. Every visit is a different vet and wait times are long. Even with all these changes, they have incompetent customer service and managers. Yesterday, I dropped off my cat for a visit. I have insurance that they recommended for me to purchase over a year ago. The benefit of purchasing insurance: Direct Billing. i go to pick up the cat and they tell me that I have to pay for the visit even though for the past year they have directly billed Trupanion with direct payment by insurance company to the clinic. When asked for them to bill directly they insisted that they could not without the manager's permission. Of course, the manager is NEVER available. So they refused to give me back the cat. They kept him overnight until the manager shows up in the morning. THEY CHARGED FOR THE BOARDING. yeap. They keep the cat and charge for the boarding. Do you think the manager called in the morning. Nope, I had to call. To find out that she is not available. Then the front desk lies begin... oh.. we kept the cat because you were there too late to pick up, we have never submitted directly, we do not directly bill because its a new condition, you have a deductible. They tried everything.... I mean everything..... all were lies. Point of the review. You have numerous clinics to chose from, and I would highly recommend you select one of the others. The clinic is overpriced, doctors change all the time, and things have gone downhill since Dr. Cruz left.

Are great with your babies and truly care. Fair pricing compared to other vet locations. Best pricing on neutering as well.

I've been taking my cats here for almost a year and they are awesome. They have even put a good system in place during COVID to insure the safety of everyone. The staff are all so nice and explain everything to you perfectly. I have had a long wait a couple of times but they reimbursed me in some way for my time which is definitely appreciated.
