I brought my dog here for a grooming appointment and it was terrible. They didn’t even cut the style that I wanted and my dog was injured in many places. If you want to be a dog groomer you should be careful with the dog. I will never come back here again.

Good pet store and the employees were knowledgeable and very nice, but they need to hire more people. 2 people can't close a store that size.

We dropped our Dog off for a 4pm grooming. The lady said thay she should be done by 530 however she would call us. We waited until 630 and eventually called the grooming dept, with no answer. So, we called the main line at the store and the lady immediately asked if we were Mollys family and she was just about to call us. She said that Molly was in a kennel in the back and the groomer left at 530. How do you clock out and leave a dog behind? We are so upset as we do not crate Molly and she is only 5 months ths old. Needless to say, we will not go back to Petsmart for grooming again.

Super nice employees and a very clean store!

First time there this morning right next to 5 below over in Tyrone Mall and if you need anything done for your cat or dog needs paperwork and there rabies shots.But live it clean and nice associate s working there.

We love this PetSmart! Even though I have one right around the corner from where we moved to, I still bring my pup back here to see Olivia! She is THE BEST! My Shihpoo always looks adorable after visits with Olivia in the grooming department, she goes in looking like a hot mess and comes out looking like a show dog. Friendly staff and store is always clean and well organized.

Always find everything I need for my cat there. Good prices too!????

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They have an entitled workforce and it's clear why when talking to the manager. I really wish that people had to run their own business for a little while and maybe they'd appreciate the W2 they live on a little more. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!

Stopped here for a new cat harness and leash. My cat is pretty big (20lbs, 18inch chest, 10inch neck) and I’ve been wanting to get him a new harness for awhile. The staffed seemed pretty spread out, but there seemed to be a high number of customers with needs for attention. As per usual, PetSmart has a great selection of stuff, albeit at a little higher price point than other places. Regardless, it was a nice visit and they had just what I needed.

Superclean store the Kitty adoption center is absolutely fantastic it's the nicest facility I've seen in any Petsmart. Staff is awesome ????????

I bought enormous crickets for my chameleon to chow on. In and out quickly, saw they have a self wash dog wash so I'm going to check that out with my dog next I come in.

I was standing in the reptile section over 15 minutes, no one offered assistance with anything! Not even a greet or a dismiss

Nice products, well displayed, they all look wonderful & exciting, but most seem too expensive.

I get my dogfood and take my pup tot he get here. It's p good.

This store has a great selection and a friendly staff. Saw that their hours on the door didn't match the website and so was going to leave thinking they were closed. associate came out just to let me know they were open. Incredibly kind service.

Found some dog bowls on sale very cheap. First time I've seen a really good sale on doggie stuff since we got doggie in February.

The employees need to do what they’re asked to do and not provide unsolicited advice and feedback. These are my pets and I’m coming to your store to spend my money for them. Mind your own business.

This store is beyond amazing and kind! my uncle just got a puppy and needed help with setting up for his puppy and he lives in St. Petersburg and only speaks Spanish and I live in Miami the sales person Lizzie was beyond kind to talk to me on FaceTime to farther assist my uncle while I translated. She walked him the entire process of setting up for a puppy from the store to vet to grooming !

Went to the vet clinic while visiting St.Pete with my pup. Excellent service
