Kind and patient vet care. It was time to decide the health of our 16 yr old dog. We were so undecided as to what to do. This vet is extremely patient and kind. If only other business had the empathy as this business. The world would be a better place !

Glad to know you guys delete reviews. I left a review a little less than 2 months ago. And it is nowhere to be found. This place is all about money $$$, they are extremely rude when coming out to get your pet and when picking up. Its sad when i come to a place expecting them to be enthusiastic and kind when handling your animals and its the opposite. The last two doctors coming out act annoyed and rush you with information about your pet, when its hard enough you cant come in because of covid. No detailed description of the visit nor do they take the time to go over it.

Very caring staff, and Dr. Dee is the best, she takes her time with your pet, and you. She answers all questions and explains everything very clearly. You never feel rushed or like you're being pushed out the door.

I highly recommend taking your special fur babies to this Vetenarian Clinic I took my sweet Stormie there today and she was all upset in the carrier but when I brought her in the clinic she calmed right down. The staff and Dr Sheppard are very caring and explain everything to you. They truly truly care about your pet with the highest standards

Took Wesley today for the first time. Exceptional experience. A real "no stupid questions" vibe, explaining everything, my options, costs, what/why Wesley needs. Exceptional vet and very kind staff treated Wesley like an angel. Very appreciative of all the help and support.

Dr. Shepherd is wise and outstanding! Clinic prices are comparable to other vet clinics or lower.

Great staff and great with the animals

My vet in NY was Northern Westchester and I went to them for 30 years with 5 animals. I took my 17 year old cat to Northwest and with their expert care she's as good as new.

The entire staff at Northwest Veterinary Clinic make you feel like family. The Doctors and staff are extremely knowledgeable and take great care of my dog and cat - from broken bones to allergies and routine check-ups, I’m very thankful for Northwest Veterinary Clinic! I won’t take my pets anywhere else!

Nice staff and Dr Shepherd was very good about explaining in detail about what was up with my cat, what my options were, and what she thought was best. They didn't try to upsell me either and recommended a specialist for a certain issue. Prices seemed fair too.

Both Dr. Shepherd and Dr. Saez are awesome. They help us with all of our needs for our special needs pup. They are kind and helpful. Dr. Saez gave our little boy a dental cleaning today and he looks so fresh! When I had questions and doubts about making the decision to send our oldest to heaven Dr. Shepherd was very patient and thoughtful with helping me make the right decision for my baby. The staff are great too. Rachel and Diana are the best and are very kind and caring.
