I had Fairy Dust take care of my little Guardian Angel, Peanut. They were absolutely Wonderful. They came in twice a day and stay an hour. They also sent texts and pictures of Peanut every time they came in. I didn't have to worry about her at all. I was very pleased with them. I will definitely call them again Thank you Fairy Dust ????

I cannot say enough good things about Donna and Bianca! We have been utilizing their pet sitting services for years to care for our senior pup Ella. Ella is one of those dogs that is "picky" to put it nicely, but she absolutely loved Bianca who took great care of her. Donna was always sweet, professional, prompt, and able to come through for us even when things came up at the last minute like when I went into labor early and needed someone to come over and feed and spend time with Ella. I would absolutely recommend Fairy Dust to anyone looking for pet services.

Excellent communication, and reliable. I used them with my three small dogs. One is extremely "skiddish", however, the sitter was able to keep him calm, and communicated any irregularities upon our return. All were treated safely, and with care. Would definitely use them again.

Fairy Dust Services has taken exceptional care of our home and pets for many years. Donna and Bianca are kind, trustworthy and thorough. I always look forward to coming home on cleaning day to such a clean, wonderful smelling home. They have taken extra safety precautions throughout the pandemic and have always used natural/non toxic products. Bianca even got our dog Chestnut to stop barking at the vacuum cleaner. I highly recommend.

Donna and her team do a wonderful job with both cleaning our house, and taking care of our cats whenever we're away. They send us pics of the cats, along with updates on how they're doing, so we know not to worry.

Donna and team did an amazing job on my move-out clean. When they say deep clean, they mean it. Ceiling fans to baseboards, the apartment was immaculate. That attention to detail and peace of mind was very important to me, especially given the pandemic. I'm also a pet-sitting customer and very happy with the care provided. Highly recommended.

FairyDust is very trustworthy and always tells me which dog likes the most belly-rubbles and all that fun stuff. They have taken care of my prairie dog and hamster too. We have used FairyDust as our petsitting service for many years and have always had a great experience with them. We like that Donna manages all of her sitters, and she always communicates with us and gives us updates when the sitter gets to our house so we know all is well. She responds immediately when we text or email her. So much better than a private sitter, we always know that she'll have someone at our house exactly when we requested them, and she has backup sitters if ever needed. We had an older large breed dog with weak hind legs and incontinence, and she provided such a kind and caring sitter who had experience with special-needs dogs. When our four-legged boy was at the end of his life, Donna offered thoughtful guidance and loving support during that very difficult time for us. We highly recommend FairyDust and will always use them for our other dogs.

No detail was overlooked. My cats were happy and well cared for when I returned. Everything was in order and the level of communication, coordination and planning was excellent.

I had hired FairyDust Services for in home pet sitting and was extremely impressed with the detail that Donna took in getting to know us and our pets and home. I received an update daily and most of all my beloved pets were well cared for.

When I first used Fairy Dust, I had 2 labs & a frail, senior female dog. All were treated well & with loving care for my Penelope. I have used Fairy Dust from a few days to almost 3 weeks. Feeding my 2 labs separately, so my black lab wouldn't eat his food & hers wasn't a problem. Holidays not an issue & when I was returning on a plane in terrible storm, Barbara made a pm visit. I did not request extra texts, I was traveling & I knew my labs were in good hands, thanks to Barbara & Donna.

I have used Fairy Dust several times over the years. They pay attention to every detail from the first home visit thru to a phone call to make sure I arrived home on time (when I forget to let them know first!). There are updates and pictures texted during my time away which makes me feel comfortable that my cats are OK. I would never use another pet sitting service!

Fairy Dust Services, Inc. has been cat sitting for my two babies for many years. Julie does a wonderful job and has made friends with my cats who can be skittish. She plays with them and feeds them and when I come home they are no longer upset with me for leaving. Every day I’m away, I anxiously look forward to photos of my cats which I share with anyone nearby. Donna always makes sure I have arrived home before releasing her responsibility.
