I had an unprofessional experience. I'm sure that they are awesome if you've been going for years and have a cute little puppy-wuppy. For a new customer with a real dog, their instant confusion and indignation and lack of social skills made an awkward discrepancy between their front and back of house even more so. I don't blame the elderly employee for not wanting to work on a dog with aggressive anxiety around grooming but front of house should have never said that they'd be willing to work with him at their employees expense.

I've been taking my dog here for grooming for over a year now and I'm quite pleased with the service I receive, especially at such an inexpensive cost. It's not the cleanest place but then again they do clean all types of dogs. And they use all natural ingredients.

Get some of the Critter Oil for an all natural flea control. I've used it for years. It's awesome!!!!

Took our chi in because he needed a nail trim. Was told he had to get a bath too, thats cool I totally understand. I wasn't told how long it would be, after running my errands for about 2 hours I came back and parked in the lot to wait.. As I'm sitting in my car the blonde groomer I believe her name was Hillary came to get something out of her car and she slammed her door into the side of my car, scratching it. She looked at it and then shut her door and ran back inside, apparently unaware I was in my car, or she didn't care. I didn't honestly make a fuss because my car isn't brand new or perfect by any means but also because I looked around and they have no cameras so they probably wouldn't have believed me anyways. Anyways at this point I was mad so I went in to get our chi, who was apparently done but still damp, I guess air dry must cost extra? The one thing asked for both on the phone and in person, his nail grinding, was not done and they did it last second while we were paying.

I love this place and I love the people that work there they're very nice my dog loves it and is very comfortable and I would tell anybody to take their animal there

I went in for the first time today with my husky. They were very knowledgeable about his breed and what to do and not to do with his coat. He looks, smells, and feels absolutely amazing and everyone I spoke with at the store were happy and helpful. The prices are great and I signed up for a maintenance package to have him come in every two weeks.

Clip Joint take such a personal approach in the grooming of their clients. I am very pleased with their work.????

Dropped my dog off at 7 am one Saturday morning and he wasn't done until 1 pm! I figured its because they're very popular but they are honestly taking on too many clients at once which is very inconvenient with others schedule. And no this was not a one time occasion because I am a person who gives many chances. My dog received a skin rash and that was my final straw. If your truly care about your dog like family , I suggest another groomers.

They do a fantastic job with keeping my wonderful dog groomed. They offer bi-weekly maintenance plans which are affordable and terrific in quality. My dog is more high-maintenance with his breed and hair type, but they do such a good job with maintenance I only need to get him a haircut every two months or so. The staff is friendly and owner is extremely knowledgeable. The first time her and I spoke was for over an hour about her passion and insight on animal behaviors. The only downfall is that the store itself is not as put together as it could be and maybe making some improvements with the inventory on the shelves. Other than that, this place is absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend it to all.
