Terrible service from Debbie, and overall terrible care for my dog. Really disappointed with the entire experience. Wont be bringing my dog back. Some places really just are in it for the $$.

I took my dog here and they completely misdiagnosed him and gave him the wrong medicine, he’s really sick now. Ever never take your animal here place should be shut down for good. The staff was unruly and they clearly have no idea what they’re doing.

There are a number of varied animals available. The staff is very attentive to the needs of the animals and work hard to make a perfect match between the pet and the owner. With a little patience, you know that you are getting a furever friend. Sue was super helpful at answering all of our questions and touches base to make sure things are still going well. It’s nice to know it’s a relationship to keep things working. Highly recommend giving them a look to adopt or to sponsor a wonderful new friend.

This is a 4.6 to 5 stars if you have dogs. I have cats… seems like a place that’s more suited for dog owners. But for cats, let me recommend For Cats Only and they’re on the corner of Palm beach lakes and village blvd in WPB. I normally go there and only came here for the price difference but this is painfully traumatic and not worth the price difference. Human Babies crying, children all over being loud and some coughing. Dogs barking and doors constantly, and I mean constantly slamming…. Staff having to talk loud above all this fray. Bottom line is that this is way way too much noise. Not sure how much room they have as an organization but sadly they do not separate space for dogs to be away from cats. Staff here is friendly and I like them but the noise level with these very large dogs running wild is too much. Vet Medicine wise, the staff seem to do a great job so I’d come here if I had a dog. But for my cats, I can’t. This is just not the place for cats. Sorry that can’t give more than 1 star. Again… not a vet for a cat if you can afford an alternative.

They get the job done. But don't expect good customer service. The workers give each other the finger and have no clue what's going on. They are better off just leaving the owners outside.

Was promised that i had a pending application for a puppy. When i went back to finalize the adoption she had already been adopted out to another family. It was very disappointing. Why tell me she is being held for me to bring back records when shes just gonna get adopted out anyway. That was really messed up and i wasted gas and miles to drive to west palm beach when i live in almost miami. I wont ever go back.

I can’t say enough good things about Justin Bartlett! After I lost my fur baby about a month ago, they were my first stop when it was time to welcome a new baby into my home. I visited their website and absolutely fell in love with Cherish, who has now been renamed Nori. JB takes very good care of their animals and makes sure everything is in order during the adoption process. Which is very smooth by the way. They take care of all the vaccinations, microchipping, and the spaying/neutering so your precious baby is all ready to take home. They are very compassionate and they take great strides in making sure all their animals go to a loving home. Can’t thank them enough for helping me with my little Nori.

Just adopted this adorable guy and couldn't be happier! Bonnie was amazing to deal with and so responsive to my emails!!! You could tell that all of the dogs are well loved and cared for which made us feel even more secure in our decision! What we loved too was how quick the adoption process was and how quick we could meet (and take home) our new baby!!! Highly recommend!!! We will definitely adopt from them again ????!!!

Seems very knowledgeable and prices are fair. They also talk with normal words that you can understand. Also the doctors will explain everything to you no matter how long it takes. They will even show you pictures and diagrams to explain what the issue may be. Very good location to go too.

I went to Justin barley animal hospital today for a checkup and I find out that my dog has heartworms and the girl comes in there and tells me these are the steps you have to do to so the girl comes and tells me it's going to cost a lot of money and I say I can't afford it and she goes and gets the manager and the manager says we will take care of it and pay forward the other girl the nurse starts doing things gives us medication and everything and when we get to the register we tell them you told her you were paying forward and the lady said I never said that that we can pay half and they told us to give them medication back and I thought that was k don't ever go to Justin barley animal hospital they lie and they don't care about people and they're not for profit very sad how they told me to give the medication back to them because I couldn't payind of rude and I left I didn't pay anything

I have been in touch with them since my friend is looking to adopt a dog.Cant seem to get anywhere. These animals need homes and not just them but all shelters are not helpful in letting people adopt dogs.This is my opinion.

We have adopted all of our animals form Justin Bartlett and they have all been the most amazing animals. Tabitha made sure we found the perfect puppy today and I am forever grateful to this organization for making our family complete♥️

My Service Dog had bladder stone removal surgery done at this place. Not only did it almost cost my dogs life but I had to pay for an emergency surgery to remove the toxins that were building up in his abdominal area and brain (at a different animal hospital) due to the incision having a leak. On top of that, the doctor performing the emergency surgery found 30+ stones when operating on my dog. When I called Justin Bartlett Animal hospital to inform them about this, was told I would get a full refund, even was sent a receipt to my email. A week later after checking my account and noticing the refund wasn’t through, I called back.. now they are telling me they will have to talk to the CEO.. I am veteran and my service dog is my life and I almost lost him due to negligence. Still haven’t forgotten about what ya did to my pup.

Great vet clinic, prices are a quarter of what other vets charge. They listen to you and care about the dogs. Just like any doctor though you will have to wait awhile. Friendly staff.

We just adopted the most precious puppy from Justin Bartlett. She's wonderful. The adoption fee is a little high, but, when you think about how they first foster their pets , are microchipped, have all of their vaccinations, are spayed or neutered, our puppy had to have multiple surgeries because of a previous injury and a hernia. It is worth it. You get a healthy wonderful animal that you know that you can take home and not have to worry about your other animals getting sick. This animal rescue does it great job to make sure that their puppies are going to a loving home. Totally worth the adoption fee for the peace of mind and I am sure that we will adopt from them later in the future. ????
