I have a pit who is a bit strong and a huge baby when it comes to nail clipping or filing. These guys did a great job super fast! They allowed me to be nearby due to some of his issues which didn’t even come up while he was there BECAUSE they were so great! I’m never going anywhere else again. This is it! ???? ???? ????

Took my two short haired fur babies to get a bath, nails cut and eats cleaned. Was able to get an appointment within couple of days. Pups were clean, blow dried and smelling great and in happy spirits. Staff was friendly and professional. The price was more than reasonable and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this business for all your puppy grooming needs.

Quickly trimmed my dogs' nails even though one was trying to escape

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I had a terrible experience. After keeping my dog for almost 8 hours, she still wasn’t ready, so it went to pick her up. They were unapologetic and at one point, a staff member actually talked very poorly to me. When I tried to reach management to complain, they were u responsive. Multiple calls and emails never returned. They had a bad habit of taking way too long, even with appt but this event was the last straw. They do not care about their customers or professionalism when it comes to running a business. I can’t stress enough how horrible this place is. Don’t waste your time or money!!!

I am very disappointed!!!!! I came there today and appointment. Lady say customer have positive and currently closed ! Just only nail clipper . Lady say reschedule I say forget it . ( they know better get vaccine) !

They always do a phenomenal job with our dog. He is not always the easiest to groom but they do an top notch job every time!

Went to get my dogs teeth n nails cut , definitely not use to service like this, I just moved from Pennsylvania and after getting nails cut they are a little filed and breath is a little minty, definitely not what I got, disappointed ????

Great place to take your baby with 4 legs. That are wonderful . And the price are affordable. I hardly recommend.

A little disappointed in the grooming services here after spending 100$ I only booked here because my job didn’t have any availability and was booked out for 3 weeks.... My dogs faces were not touched, I left specific grooming instructions that were clearly neglected upon drop off... While waiting over 6 hours I finally went to pick them up and waited another 30 minutes to hear a female yelling at the dogs on the tables including my dog, she was crying. I will not be back. I’m not sure where you do your hiring but this whole place needs to be re staffed. Finally home and my husband has to shave both of my dogs faces that were neglected!

DON’T TAKE UR DOG HERE IF U CARE ABOUT THEM. Never again- I took my 17 week puppy there for nail trimming. They cut both back paws bleeding all over my hands when they handed the puppy back to me. That on to of listening to my puppy screaming while in the back room. Unbelievable. They should be shut down. They had the nerve to charge me for the service. Wow.

My doggo came back clean and happy. Other places (even vets) have nipped her quick during her manicures and left her bleeding, but these guys got it right. We'll definitely come back.

They are wonderful. We have a miniature schnauzer that has been groomed by them at least 3 times now and each time he looks so handsome. They always take really good care of him and call if they need anything from you in regards to your pet. I recommend them to anyone that has a pet that needs groomed.

They do a great job of listening to how we want our dogs to look and then grooming them to our expectations. It's why continue to go back.

Been using this place for years and was very satisfied. After the last 2 visits, will never go back. Management must have changed because they have lost control of managing time.

So far I’ve had an awesome experience. The location is perfect for me and the staff is very nice. They board and groom all in one which great!!!

Dog head dirty ears according to the vet took her back to the vet the day after the grooming vet told me that they’re still dirt in the ears and they weren’t properly clean.

Love it here been going here for the past three years

I feel very conflicted about this place. I took my dog here for only grooming, they did a fantastic job grooming him! He’s a little antsy sometimes but he seemed to be very comfortable with the staff up front and whoever groomed him. Best haircut he’s ever gotten. What made me uneasy was when I went to go walk in the building to go pick him up you can see the outdoor yard area where the daycare dogs go. There was a few small dogs and a woman sitting in a chair smoking a cigarette right on top of the dogs while playing on her phone. I’ve worked in a dog daycare/boarding facility for a couple years. I would have never done that around people’s dogs. There was even a tiny one shaking under her chair. She didn’t seem to want to soothe the dog. Just stayed glued to her phone.

I was about to leave on vacation Southside Pet Salon was able to squeeze me in the staff is wonderful they do wonderful work and I will refer them to anybody and I will take my dog back there again and I will to go nowhere ele

Not my usual place to go but they accepted a last minute appointment. I was not disappointed! Great Job!

We have gone to Southside Pet Salon for several years and overall, they've done what we've asked with regard to grooming our dog. We went back in May, after everything started to reopen and the service was terrible. To start, there was a sign that read, "Due to inflation, we were forced to raise our prices." going from $40.00 to $50.00 for a standard grooming. Inflation is nowhere near 25% as far as I can see. We never received a phone call that our dog was ready after we were promised a call; I had to actually call them, right before closing. The cut was a little bit shorter than we had hoped for but we were okay with that, however, we saw that they left several areas in our dog's nether region, under his tail, sporadically, uncut. This wasn't a huge deal until we started to see "accumulations" in the area after he had "used the bathroom" which necessitated cleaning that area once per day. The worst part was that they clearly shaved him "too close" on his face which caused him to itch and scratch. And as they didn't trim his nails, the incessant scratching quickly became infected which caused a $200.00 trip to the vet. My wife reached out to them via e-mail and and by the website contact page; their only response was to say that they never received her e-mail and made no reference to the problems that she had articulated. We're both really disappointed in not only the service that we received but the complete lack of response after us having contacted them. Sadly, we're looking for a new groomer...

I take my dog in on a regular basis they squeeze me in when they are booked. Staff is always friendly and my pet comes home Smelling and looking great. I would recommend them to all my friends.

Great customer service, extremely friendly & professional! They are always busy but not only do they get the job done fast they do a fantastic job in all areas as well every time I bring my dog in! Sticking too this one! Thank you southside!
