We absolutely love this vet!! They are very responsive and explain everything so it's easy to understand. Prices ares reasonable and the best part of visiting is that they take payment in the exam room, so it's no need to wait after you're done with the visit. Highly recommended!!

The only place I take my fur babies!

We are going there for years. Personel are very sweet and friendly. We all need to be positive and friendly to show our "paws and clows" right attitude in place like that.

Everyone is professional and compassionate in assisting me with my baby girl Elsa. They helped me get her 70 lbs out of the car. They were great. I strongly recommend them to anyone. Thank you all so much for the love you showed her since is ill.

Looking for a veterinarian but I don't think I can trust a place that isn't transparent about its prices..most places show the prices on their website.

Terrible place to take your animal. Doctors are horrible.

SouthBay was the vet I went to for my cat Tucker. I had the pleasure to meet both of the doctors on staff and would highly recommend them and their staff. Tucker had cancer and had to be put down and they were all so kind and gentle in guiding us through an incredibly difficult time. They are also very affordable for the quality of their service.

I've been taking my dogs to Southbay for 8 years or so and it's been wonderful. I've seen multiple veterinarians all of whom gave my doggies the best care. Highly recommended if you're looking for a local or new vet for your animals.

I would recommend Southbay Animal Hospital for anyone who wants a really good vet. The staff is awesome, took their time and explained everything to me as they gave my girls a checkup. I looked for a long time, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My wife and I have used this Vet for over 5 years taking both our Schnauzer and Bulldog there. Our Schnauzer passed away about 2 years ago. Our bulldog is 11 and her health has been declining. She recently took a bad turn and we contacted South Bay to share that we fear the worst. We scheduled an appointment but were told even in light of the situation, neither I nor my wife could be in the exam room. We were told that the protocol of “curbside service” due to COVID was still in effect. I explained that due to the circumstances of her condition and the fact our bulldog has to literally be drug in the Vet office because of her fear, I could not just drop her off at the curb and wait outside. I needed to be with her. Both my wife have been vaccinated and wear masks but we were still told we could not be with our pet even in light of the situation. No empathy from anyone. Just kept saying “that’s our protocol”. Needless to say, South Bay is no longer our Vet and we will never refer them to anyone.

Having been going here for 4 years not happy they are still not allowing owners to come in with their pets this policy no longer makes sense a person can see there doctor with a mask but a pet owner can not go in the veterinarian office with their pet. Oh and they are still charging the same $$!

ALMOST perfect. We have seen all the doctors here at one point or another though Dr. Fritz is our primary when scheduling allows. She and all the staff are absolutely wonderful and it's obvious how much they care about the animals. I only …

My girls love everyone that works at Southbay. They care for them as if my girls were their own! Patiently waiting for the vet tech to come and get her for her appointment.

I took our new puppy there. The staff was great and helpful. Dax did great. I highly recommend Southbay Animal Hospital.

I've used Southbay Animal Hospital for about a year and a half. They are great! The care is top notch, the staff very nice and very caring. When I had to have one of my cats put down at a nearby emergency clinic (Southbay was closed), the staff at Southbay still sent us a sympathy card even though they weren't involved. How's that for caring! When I was able to go in with my cats (pre Covid), my cats seemed very comfortable being handled by the staff. The vets are very careful to explain everything in detail even when they have to do it on the phone. Their rates seem very reasonable. I couldn't say more positive things about them!

Great facilities and a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Cooper loves Dr. Adie ( that's what the family calls her), She is my Daughter!

Great team, Dr Fritz is through, patient with my queations and gives full explanations. I feel my shih-tzu is well taken care of. They also follow up after sick visits, vaccine and prompt test results calls. Trust them with my pup, even with Covid, when we are not allowed to go in yet. Their curbside process works well .

Dr Gramling is an excellent veterinarian and an absolute sweetheart of a person. She's been my veterinarian for nearly 10 years and I highly recommend her to anyone who asks.

The workers are polite as always. They take care of my puppy minipin. Even when he hates getting his nails trim.

Dr. Gramling is awesome and so good with our dogs. She is knowledgeable and straightforward about your pets needs is very affordable.

Dr Fritz is very compassionate

Two of our three dogs needed dental work. The doctors and staff did a fantastic job! They took very good care of our fur babies. Our dogs are pound puppies and they took the extra time and care to make them comfortable. The dental care was extensive. They were quick, clean and kept us well informed of their progress throughout the whole process...thank you!

The vets saved Piper's life! Entire staff is professional, friendly, and compassionate. We've been clients for approximately 7 years.

I have been going to this facility for several years and find them to be very caring and thorough. My dog is now 16 years old and they treat him with special care. I would recommend them to anyone, in fact I have two friends that go there because of me.
