Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely caring and loving to my pet. Prices for xrays are a bit steep but well worth the care received.

Dr. Eega and his technicians have always been very professional and courteous with us and our two small Chihuahuas. We appreciate his office is so near our home and has great office hours.

Walking in the place was very clean and welcoming. The receptionist was very informative on all the questions. Going into the room was also clean n open for Milo to run around until it was business time. All staff was very friendly and professional.

My husband took our frenchie there yesterday and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was very friendly and he didn’t have to wait long for our appt. Definitely recommend!

I love pavilion, they are patience with the animals and the owners. I have two dogs that go here now and they both are happy pets. My latest visit went really my dog is suffering from itching on his belly and he had to get a shot my dog didn't event bark when the doctor gave his the medicine.

We took our 16 yo terrier for his final voyage last Sunday. They gave us an appointment for that day, they were all so kind and so gentle with my family and our old friend. They made an awful experience bearable. Thanks.

Friendly staff, caring vets and staff, thorough exams, every experience I've had with them they've gone above and beyond. I will continue to take my animals there as long as they're open! (Hopefully forever!)

These amazing people took my cat in when he was having urinary problems and couldn’t urinate on his own. They were super professional and kept me in the loop through all steps of his stay. For the amount of treatment he received it was super affordable, thank you to all the staff that helped out Oliver him and I appreciate it more than you could believe.

This place was great at caring for my dat Stevie. He had an infection in his eye. All gone! And we found out a family friend works there. Big shout out to Layla Silvers! We love you. Thanks for your great pet care.

Edit: Manager/owner called and apologized for what happened. She handled the simple complaint very professionally and offered a refund. I was very impressed and surprised that she called me. Not enough businesses care about their customers like this. We will be keeping this company as our Vet for the foreseeable future. (8/25/21) This has been our vet for a year. I have had no complaints until now. We brought our dog in for a simple nail trim. They cut him too short and he bled on the floor, more than just a few drops and continued to lick his paw when we brought him home and limped the rest of the day. I returned to the vet and explained my concern over what happened and asked for a simple refund. The front desk associate became very defensive and said it was an accident. I said I understood that I am not mad or blaming anyone. It’s just a simple customer service good business tactic to give a refund when a job is not done correctly. She then blamed the dog for moving his paws. Last I checked, almost all dogs wiggle and move and that is just part of the job description. A nick is one thing, they cut through the sensitive area and it bled pretty bad. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said her boss was not in the office. So I asked to speak to the vet. She went to get her and I heard them arguing in the hallway and becoming more defensive. As I waited I asked the store associate if I would be getting my refund or not. She said no it’s not their policy to ever give refunds. So I told her to cancel our patient file and that we would be finding a new facility to care for our animal. It wasn’t worth my time to wait and then just argue with vet. What concerns me is the lack of accountability and an apology. I received none of that. Just a suggestion but the most successful businesses understand that return customers become more loyal when a complaint arises and it is resolved professionally and then that customer is much more likely to return and stay loyal to that business.

My dog has been limping for over a week. I called multiple places trying to get an appointment for him and I kept getting no availability for new clients until September/October at all of the other vets in the area. I called Pavilion AH. They were so nice and allowed me to drop him off while the vet checks him out in between other clients. The last thing pet parents want to hear is that no one can help our babies so I appreciate the flexibility here. (Pet tax included)

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my kitten like I trust Dr. Eega. He gets us in and out very quickly, and he’s so polite and professional. So happy to have found this vet!

I recently moved to FL, and finding Pavilion Crossing Animal Hospital has been a blessing! Everyone is so attentive, caring and friendly. My baby is 10 years old and has had some issues since moving to FL, allergies have hit her hard, but getting better thanks to Keshava Eega, D.V.M.Happy to have found him to care for her now and in the future!

I have been visiting this hospital for more than a year and service has been great so far. Our dog really get's along well with the staff and the doctor. I would highly recommend this place for greater service.

I would like to take the time to say how wonderful this place has been. I have not only taken our rescue dogs here, but also some of my own personal dogs as well. The professionalism and organization is beyond credible. Dr. Eega always goes above and beyond to care for his patients. I highly recommend this establishment, I have been a customer for about a year now and trust them with my most precious babies.

I’ve seen a few reviews that state the same complaint. This leads me to believe one person had their entire family leave this clinic a negative review when it is undeserving. My experience with Pavilion Crossing is one of dedicated individuals who truly care about your pets. We called an hour before close on a Friday night because our two dogs got into a fight. They took us in, no questions asked, and tended to the needs of both of our pups. Thank you Dr. Eega and staff!

All of the water reviews are false. It is a TikTok trend that the teenagers are getting behind. They treated me and my pups with the best care and respect. I couldn't recommend a better place for my pets.
