Though not inexpensive the staff and the care they show are the best!

This was the first time for us to board Sofi here. (Because our normal boarder stopped.) Sofi is a 8 lb. 15 year old Morkie. We couldn't be more pleased. From the initial phone call to picking her up today, everyone has just been amazingly cheerful and welcoming. The place is so clean!

I had the privilege of bringing my dog Mo often over the course of the last 8 months to AAPR. First, my dog loved it. That is even an understatement. In the mornings as I was getting ready for work He would follow me around with his harness in his mouth, because he knew if we put on the harness he was going to day care. He actually pouted if it was a day he wasn't going. Everyone who came in contact with my Mo was loving and kind to him. They greeted him with enthusiasm and a warm welcome filled with kind words and lots of pets. Regretfully, there came a point when I had to decide to put Mo down. Even in that they were loving and supportive. On the day Mo left me for dog heaven, I stopped at AAPR before I went home to let them know. I was a hot mess. With tears streaming down my face I told them Mo was gone. Hugs, compassion and warmth was their unconditional response. They even cried with me. I was undoubtedly a helicopter dog mom but never did I get an eye roll or a dismissive response even when I know I was being over the top. Finally, I had purchased one of their packages for day care. I had more than half the days left. Without pause, question or hesitation they refunded the unused days. There are not enough stars I can give them for how they loved my dog, were patient with me, and supported me emotionally in the end. God Bless you all and thank you for giving my Mo so much happiness.

Our Brody was there for 6 days. The staff treated him very well and even gave him some medicine when they noticed he wasn’t doing well. They went the extra mile and cut his nails as they saw they could use to loose some length. Very happy with All American overall. It’s a very clean, safe and comfortable place for your pets.

Great pet resort! Caring, friendly staff. My babies had a blast during playtime. It's hard to find a responsive boarding facility with good cameras. But look no more! I had to noodle around a little bit with my iphone to view my pups .....my phone is finicky if you have a finnicky iphone like mine... double click on the room and enhance the quality of the video and it comes right up! I def felt the staff cared for my pups. Will def use AAPR again!

Dog Boarding, grooming and daycare! You can even watch your dog during playtime from your phone. We have been going there for at least a year now. They are strict about vaccinations which is a good thing. They don't board cats fyi.

I have been extremely satisfied with the services and care the team here has provided my dog several times over the past 2 months. We are “snow birds” and will be heading back to Michigan the 1st of April. I needed to find a place while in town for him to play and be cared for while I am working or out and about a few days a week. Everyone has been soooo polite, caring, enthusiastic and professional in every way. The webcams gave me reassurance that my dog was behaving well in group play and being well cared for. Definitely recommend!

I will not be trusting this outfit with my dogs. The old Towles staff has largely been replace with what appears as less experience staff. Beware the staff uses a slip knot leash which is a choke hold collar. They deny it’s a choke hold but can’t explain the difference because it’s a choke hold. They use a leash designed for large dogs on small dogs increasing the chance of harm. This is not a safe environment any longer for my dogs. The last straw was attempting to transfer my dogs to a choke hold leash in the middle of a parking lot where no control or safety existed

These guys are PHENOMENAL. I am speaking from the veterinary side of things. What everyone worries about when leaving their babies behind to go away. I work for two veterinary hospitals in port Charlotte, one of which is the emergency clinic. Let me tell you, these girls are on it. They know their dogs like the back of their hand and when something isn’t right with one of them, they call us right away. They are so sharp when it comes to making sure your babies are safe and healthy while they stay with them. They are so attentive and quick at picking up on when something isn’t right. Not only are they wonderful in that aspect, but when they call to let us know who they are bringing, they give us full detail of the situation so we know how to prepare and once they arrive they have all the information for the pet and the owner- talk about complete organization, they rock at that. The day practice that I work for HIGHLY recommends them, they are thee best. So if you are looking for a great, clean and organized place for your beloved fur kids to stay, this is the place. They truly are amazing and deserve so much credit for how hard they work and how well they know their campers. Great job ladies, keep up the awesome work!!!!

First time and it was a great experience! Sasha had best time the staff were great. It was so nice to be able call and check on her and check in on web cam. It’s nice to know that there is a reliable safe place for your pet to stay

This place is great. We have 2 golden retrievers that are very happy at this place and they look so.Very glad our neighbor recommended All American.

VERY VERY sad to say that I have been taking my dogs here for 3 years and things have changed, and not in a good way. In the past, . I was SOOO very happy that I gave several referrals to co workers. We all loved this place and the loving care they gave our dogs. I'm not sure what has happened but all their quality employees have left for other animal care jobs in the community. It is not the same at all...staff is NOT WARM OR WELCOMING. The new staff member just stood there and stared at me. She acted like she had no training and was clueless on what to do. Same response when I picked up. So very different!! I watch the video at each visit. No more warmth or interaction with dogs, no special attention, no friendly greeting or welcome. I truly appreciated the great care, bath, nails, my dog use to get and ALWAYS gave the great team a $10.00 tip. They burst with appreciation. I took my dog last week, and not even a thank you. I spoke to owner, Amy who was polite but totally dismissive....stating that I was the only one who had a concern, which I know is false. I see their numbers are down and whatever excuse Amy has to give, I know that I and my dog are no longer treated with professional care and respect and I told Amy that we will NOT BE BACK. If Amy had the business sense to say, yes we are going through a challenging time, but promised to correct the situation, I would have reconsidered, however, she totally dismissed my concern.

This resort has the most competent, loving and caring staff. They treat my dog and me like family. I know when I leave my dog he is in the best hands. I would highly recommend the resort. I have nothing but good things to say about the resort. . My dog wouldn't be happy anywhere else.

We decided to try a daycare situation before leaving them for an extended stay. So glad we did. The children working there cannot handle large breeds nor the owner. They do not have experience with all breeds apparently. We have a Newfoundland that is a year old puppy. The bark is deep and scary. He is 100 pound puppy. The day was cut short because no one would let him out to potty or run or drink. If people walked by he got excited thinking he was coming out of the cage im sure by bumping the gate. Instead I get a phone call to come and pick up. They cannot let him out to potty, nor the other dog with him. Of course they figured it out when it was time to charge me a full day and release them, saying he cannot come back. AS IF!!!!
