The most important attribute to any business is how happy the workers are. I have been taking my dogs to Kindness for over 17 years and yes different dogs and yes the owners changed.....i have to say the staff never changed as far as how much like an extended family they are to us. They are all very personable and sweet. Caring about me and my husband our feelings as well as our precious pups. They all seem to really love one another and this makes for a beautiful place to take our babies whenever we need to. They are so special to us we really love each and every member of the team. January 2022 Update, unfortunately the team has changed dramatically and we are leaving this vet office because the team is now a much colder and unfeeling group. It seems as though much of the loving team has abandoned ship. So sad. We are going to try and find another more holistic vet. With compassionate technicians.

Recently had to put our dog to sleep and the compassion shown by everyone at the Kindness animal hospital was overwhelming. Loved the treatment our pets have received there over the years. Highly recommend.

Dr. Ryan is the best!. Office Staff is a bit cold and definitely could use some intrapersonal coaching. As long as they aren’t handling my fur baby, that’s on them. I would never leave because the prices are reasonable and I love the veterinarian assistants and Dr. Ryan! They are so compassionate and understanding. My Maxxx absolutely loves them.

The staff is super friendly and they are great with the dogs.

I love kindness. They truly care about your pet and demonstrate it in how they handle and talk to your pet. I've used other Vetierinary practices in PSL prior to finding kindness and will always take my pets to them

I brought my cat there for the first time and they were very prompt and checked her over very thoroughly

We love this animal hospital! We have been here in Port St Lucie about a year and a half having moved from Broward County. Our Coco (male chocolate lab) just turned 12 years young. He has multiple health issues but has become more active since being up here! I did my due diligence before moving here to find a veterinarian and thought I did. Well, because of the pandemic, I did not meet the vet in person, nor any of the other vets on staff at this location which really bothered me. (I’m a disabled senior that is fully vaccinated). I understand the precautions, but not to come out and meet a new patient’s parent??? Every time I brought Coco to this vet’s office, it was another vet looking at him. Long story short, three animal hospitals later we found Dr. Ryan. He is fabulous and so is his staff. Their name for this office is what they are, Kindness! We are so happy we became Dr. Ryan’s client. He puts you at ease and is truly very understanding. I can’t thank him and his staff enough. Many Blessings to Dr. Ryan and his staff ❤️❤️❤️

They are not the same as they were years ago when they cared. Its MONEY MONEY MONEY any of the new staff are not wecoming. There are only 21office staff still there that actually cares and 1tech. I have gone for 14 yrs I will never bring my animals back there. Think twice before you make appt.

Kindness Animal Hospital is awesome! I really like everyone that works there. They are always very professional and compassionate. I really appreciate Dr. Ryan. He always listens to your concerns, and works with you to ensure the best outcomes. During my last visit with our new dog, he took the time to answer all of my questions. He never made it me feel rushed. I am very confident knowing I have them on my side, to make sure my new sweet girl , will be healthy for many years to come. Thank you Kindness! ????

I have brought my my animals to Kindness for over 10 years and have seen a decline in their professionalism and curtesy. Not only do they not value your time they do not value customer loyalty. I will be looking for a new veterinarian today and I hope you will take this post under considerations before setting up an appointment with this location. Update: Your reply to my post just reinforces your unprofessionalism. Your office staff is as petty as your responce.

Love this vet clinic! They are super courteous with the owners and pets! They are tender and fast, very affordable too. I definitely recommend.

Their friendly staff was very patient and lpving to all the pets I saw that day when I did a favor for a friend and took his cat to his scheduled appt. Nice place.

Scheduling is a little difficult and not their fault kinda the new norm with whole pandemic thing as we all know but their service is outstanding and they took care of family member Gizmo as always. Just awesome staff.

The staff is always so nice and kind - my puppies and my cat all feel very welcomed and loved here.

Took our puppy for a bladder infection. The staff was annoyed that we were there and very unfriendly and seemed bothered because they were busy. The vet tech took our puppy out back we heard her Yelp from where we are sitting in the waiting room. The tech then brought her back to us, she was soaking wet and shaking. She was unable to walk when we got home. Took her to another vet found out that her ligaments and tendons has been ripped in her back leg. The only explanation was they snapped them when they restrained her for her the uti test. I would never recommend them!!! They are not compassionate or professional and should be shut down for animal abuse!!! BEWARE

I just got back from Kindness and had to write a review. Seriously, hands down the BEST vet clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Karen is extremely attentive and so kind, she does a great job explaining things. The price is phenomenal, I wanted to get my cat Toby a sedative for my flight and the medicine + the visit was under $100! And not to mention the vet techs and the ladies up front - all super super kind and easy to talk to. I had walked to the clinic and when i got out from the exam room it was POURING down rain outside; one of the ladies (I didn't get her name in the rush!) offered me a ride home since I live a 1/2 mile away!! Seriously, KINDNESS animal hospital is the perfect name. Go here. You will not regret it. Thank you all so much.

Notified them via email on July 21st 2021 that my beloved 15 year old beagle has passed. 6 days passed and no response as of now.. Used them for 8 years and was mostly satisfied. I would have thought that after all these years and spending over a thousand dollars since May that I would have received some response of condolences but nope I guess if it doesn't include my credit card then it doesn't matter. When the time comes for me to adopt another furbaby, I'll be taking my business to a more compassion driven business.

Extremely welcoming staff! Absolutely loved the environment and my husband and I felt very confident and comfortable with the vet and everybody there.

Everyone in the office was very friendly. Dr. Karen did a very thorough job on checking out my 2 dogs as well as making my dogs feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Absolutely love this practice ! Doctors, the techs that handle your pet, and office staff are all kind and patient (especially with MY dog who is a maniac). Quick answers any time I have called with a question. I know my dog is in the best hands at Kindness !
