PetSmart Port Saint Lucie, Florida

The staff is very kind and helpful. The store is clean and kept organized. Love the new bird and small animal enclosures. It is much more suitable than the previous set up. The birds and small animals look a lot more happy. PetSmart did a beautiful job with that. Kyle (one of the store managers) did an outstanding job on accommodating and helping me with a concern I had in regards to one of my purchases. From beginning to end he was truly dedicated to making sure I was a happy customer. Thank you Kyle!

Nice store! Everything is stocked and also some good deals that can be found around the store. Favorite part of the visit was Bill. He was very engaging, friendly, and upbeat as he checked our items out. His positive attitude put me in a positive attitude once I left. Bill, if you’re seeing this: GREAT JOB!

Sarah did a wonderful job grooming my dog but she complained about my dogs behavior, and about her undercoat. What I didn't appreciate is that she recommended a sedative for her for the next grooming and she should be groomed once per month or there would be an extra charge for brushing and for behavior. You lost a customer due to that comment. Why would I drug my dog for grooming? Maybe she needs better training on how to handle a difficult young dog.

This Pet Smart has some very valuable team members. They all have very positive attitudes and are very engaging and interested in you as a customer and your life as a pet parent. The store tends to be very busy however they always get to you as soon as they can and you are never meant to feel like an inconvenience. Working in a pet store environment is not for everyone. It takes a special kind of person..... The best associates are hobbyists themselves. They tend to have more one-on-one experience and are more bought into making sure that their customers have a wonderful experience the store management team has done an excellent job with staffing. Store is always clean and always busy but when you need help you will always find someone eager to help you quickly.

We went from the first picture to the second one ???? very disappointed, they give you all the excuses on why some spots are going to be hard to keep the length or how the time they may have would not be enough … they checked his hair and said there should be no problems for me to get a call right after about all the excuses, 1 hour later they call to tell me he was scratching the cage and to pick him up as soon as possible - to be clear I take him to the PetSmart in Jacksonville every 6 weeks and never have any issues as you can see in the first picture - only get compliments from how behave he is. I think is clear we will not be bringing him here ever again. Find a different place with professionals who love what they do.

They will not disappoint. They took very good care and were very patient with Bella.

No happy with groomers their twice and I couldn’t do the haircut with excuses all the time one time and didn’t show up the other time they didn’t want to cut his hair. Unprofessional people.

Showed up expecting to just adopt a kitten today, ended up staying till they closed up shop, think im gonna volunteer bi-weekly, just got good vibes form the people volunteering there, they dont haft to be there but they are, hats off to the volunteers

Saltwater fish section needs more work. Coral is in horrible condition. A half eaten fish on the filters. Bad selection.

They have a nice freshwater aqaurium selection. However there are some rude customers. One guy was beating on the front door like a maniac. The employees here have a lot to handle with crazies like that and they do it gracefully. Kudos to y'all!

Another store called there to have something held for me. They said they had it and would hold it for me. When I got there to pick up what they were holding for me, they couldn't find it and didn't have any in stock. So, not only did I waste a trip going there, I also don't have the product that I needed. Not good! Probably will not give them any of my future business. The employees are nice, but they need to be a bit more competent in making sure they handle customers orders better than that and not waste my time.
