Love the way they take care of my fur baby from the time I drop him off til the time I pick him up. They are great and my dog loves them too.

What a disgrace of a business. My mother-in-law had dropped her dog off for boarding over a weekend and drove back early specifically to come pick up her dog on a Sunday. This business states they close at 5, well after she called them multiple times for over an hour, with no answer on her drive to home, she got to the facility before 5. No one was there. My mother-in-law called again and again, still no answer. I luckily found the owner’s number online and was able to get a hold of the owner. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ANIMAL WITH THIS FACILITY, because I can tell you, the owner did not have a bone in her body that cared about this situation. The owner said “I’ll check into that.” She did not make an apology to us that no one was there to help us even though we called and showed up before their scheduled closing time. The owner did not offer to make things right, did not offer to come down herself and help my mother-in-law. She did however say “if we get the dog before noon tomorrow, we won’t be charged.” The sheer audacity of that comment was beyond rude, considering we tried to get her dog on Sunday BEFORE THEY CLOSED. As an owner, she said no idea what managers were working the scheduled shift. Side note: If you leave your pet here, please know someone isn’t on site 24/7, and clearly they leave whenever they want regardless of scheduled business hours. My in-laws have been going to this facility for 20+ years and have taken several dogs they have had over the years here. After this experience, NEVER AGAIN.

The people here were super sweet and very accommodating with my shy and sensitive pup. They were so patient with him. The prices here are quite reasonable. I hate that I live an hour away but in a pinch it will be totally worth coming back and leaving my dog with them for any amount of time.

My father in law’s dog stayed here for 10 days and had a positive experience. The price for boarding is $23 a day and it’s a good place.

Very clean good to my animals not one bad thing to say

Our recently passed away fur baby Lucy loved it there. Now the newest baby goes there and is happy to go! The whole staff is great and accommodating! And the groomer always does an amazing job with his undercoat.

They treated my kitty with kindness and respect. He was well taken care of and not skittish when I got him home so I know he was treated right. And their prices are reasonable! Clean and great customer care.

They helped me out with so much and took care of my baby like it was theres. Definitely recommend this place.

Always excellent. Our nervous little Boston Terrier gets so excited when she realizes where we are going. We never have any anxiety about taking her for a little vacation with her friends at VIP Pet Resort.

VIP is a wonderful place to board your pet. Recently we had to go out of town and board our 4 year old rescue dog. She has been with us almost 2 years and this was the first time away from us. VIP was exceptionally caring and understanding of our worries and concerns and made us feel confident in their care.

We've brought our fur babies to board at VIP Pet Resort for the last 14 years and they are the best. Always remember our pets by first name and we feel confident leaving them in their care.

OMG the cutest little place I've ever seen, gosh very, very clean! Greeted as soon as you walk through the door, she's so nice and gentle with your pup ????! Wide variety of merchandise for sale as well! I love this place im giving her 5 ????...????.. I'm telling everyone she is awesome this place is awesome and Sasha is sure going to love it there..????

Very satisfied with the personnel and treatment of my 8 yr old English Setter every time I use VIP Pet Resort.

We have left Tobey and Izzy at VIP many times and they take wonderful care of our special needs pups. Highly recommend them for your boarding or daycare needs.

I'm a new owner of an English bulldog, that I inherited from my daughter. I have experience a drop-in daycare of 6 hours and most recently a grooming toe nail trim visit At VIP Pet Resort...all good ....my dog enjoyed both visits he gets excited in the resorts parking lot.... his nails looked great. The staff I met is very friendly and informative , professional, and polite We plan on returning as needed.

This pet resort is an amazing place that my Diamond loves to go to. She has stayed 3 times so far and it feels like she wants to go back every day. Wish they had a day camp. She loves everyone there.

Dirty place, small kennels and the people dont spend any time with the pets in their care. The managment are awful, if you bring a cat there better not care that the manager will feed it wet dog alpo food, which is awful. Meds don’t get given, and maybe two people on staff are compitent (& thats not the manager). Good luck find any other place to board a pet you love... this place should be renamed to last resort... also they barely clean the place or kennels and the food dish your pet gets when it gets their well that same nasty dirty dish will stay unwashed your pets entire stay. Save your pet and save your money. Plenty of nicer and inexpensive places to bring them without leaving them in this dingy dark hole where no one will pay attention to them. Are you paying extra for “VIP play times” don’t most of the staff wont even bother you are luck if your daycare Dog goes out once after you drop it off.

They are currently allowing animals in there facilities with out vaccinations including rabies the groomer had to go to the er with her concern which is why she quit.

I have been using Vip pet resort for apx 20 years. Never had I had a problem until this morning. My family is going on vacation and we had a reservation for our 2 small dogs to stay with them while we are out of town which I have done many times before. I couldn’t find the paper copies of one of the dogs recent shots and asked them if the vet could fax it to them in the morning since today is Sunday and the vet is not open. I even called the emergency number for my vet and they said that in the morning they would be more than happy to do that. Now let me tell you that one of these dogs has been going there every 8 weeks to be groomed for the last 9 years. We have 4 dogs. Which 3 of them have their records in the system of Vip all up to date in their shots. The girl at the front desk said they would not take them without me having our one dogs shot records and they could not wait for the vet to fax them in the morning. I find this very unprofessional. I have been a customer for decades and they know my dogs and how I care for them. To not take them because of this and not allow the vet to fax them the records the next morning is so wrong. Now here I am with no one to care for my dogs and we are suppose to go on vacation on an hour. I will never go back here again, they have our me in a bind that I don’t think I will be able to go out of town now. I feel completely devalued as a long time reliable client.

First time at VIP and my dog Buddy had a blast, he'll sleep good tonight. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My dog seemed to have a great attitude when we picked him up after a week. He was all bathed and smelt fresh too

They are ALL absolutely there for their love of ALL the animals that are lucky enough to vacation there, and treat EVERY single one as if it were there own. The property is beyond well maintained and so is the care of ALL of your furbabies!

This is a review of the business itself not about pet care, worked there half a day and was not paid, so don’t know what that is about but pretty shameful in my book

This last experience has been HORRIBLE & not a safe place anymore. I’m extremely disappointed & saddened to see what has happened to this place. We’ve been coming here for many years with no complaints until now. Our dog was on medication which sat in the bag along with everything else that we packed and never given to them. After questioning our dogs stay, they couldn’t answer my questions. I asked for one of the managers that been there for all the years we’ve been coming; one being the owner’s son-in-law & I was told, they’ve both recently left the company. HUGE RED FLAG ???? I asked where our dog’s leftover food was, they went back and brought a bag of food to me which wasn’t their food. Which told me they weren’t given their food. They smelled horrible when we got them in the car. When I got them home & looked in their bag, I saw their medication was never given to them, their treats I packed them where still in the bag & all they’re toys and blankets were still in the bag the way I packed it. They both have diarrhea, which confirmed they weren’t give the food I sent for them. I will NOT be back, this is not a safe place!

This is a great place to board your animal. They took great care of our little Chihuahua. Very trustworthy and friendly staff. They give Facebook updates while your pet is there. The prices are reasonable and they have a great facility with several boarding options. I always recommend them.
