I took my CKCS in to have him groomed. I told her specifically what I wanted. She wrote notes to herself as we were talking, asked questions. She did a terrific job, only doing what I asked. I could not have been more pleased with the job she did. He will be returning in 2 months. Thank you for getting him in right away and listening. I have had him places that shaved him which is totally the opposite of what I wanted. Cavaliers are known for their feathering.

Very patient with my dogs - one is good and the other does not like having her nails cut. She is patient and kind and allows me to help calm my fog.

Christel is simply awesome! She is patient and very gentle with my old man Willie’s nail trims and baths. I would not trust anyone else with my baby! Thank you Christel, you are the best!

We have taken our Tucker to many groomers in Port Charlotte over the past 7 years and Crystal is by far the best!!! Our Tucker just loves her and is so happy to see her, which is a must. She does an amazing job and we are always more than satisfied with her grooming skills. We promise everyone who chooses Pawsitively Radiant will be totally satisfied with her services. We will only continue to use Crystal.........She's AMAZING!

I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! My standard poodles and doodles LOVE IT HERE!! They come back perfect and happy every time!! I don’t even have to leash my Golden Doodle! She recognizes the door and runs right in!! I have never had a groomer do such beautiful work and I breed poodles and doodles! All of our puppies will go home with gift certificates to this place! She is so responsive and works me in when ever I need, including picking up or dropping off if I’m busy! WE LOVE YOU

Took my standard poodle here. Asked her few times if she was sure she can groom standard poodle. She said : “sure”. Returned dog to me wet!!! I new it was bad news since unless dryer completely she will quickly develop matts. Cut after “fluff” was down looked all chipped up. Called and spoke with Crystal. She said to come back with the dog. By that time I had to take her to another groomer 3 days after she was groomed. I have a bag of matted fur in my car. Owner also called and asked to come by on Monday. Said:”we will return half of the amount you paid. I was very sick on Monday. Couldn’t come by. Just stopped by. Crystal said:”No we decided not to refund you because you took dog to another groomer. So disrespectful!!!!!! To make me drive with the dog and a bag of matted fur to treat me like that!!! She doesn’t know how to groom standards this is very basic cut and she did it all wrong!!! Dog was not bathed with good shampoo. Terrible experience!! Never again and will tell all my dog loving friends to never use this groomer.

I love Cristal! She is amazing with my little girl. Her grooming is fantastic. I also love how flexible she is with appointments..PS. did I mention that I have been a customer since she opened on 2200 kings hwy. Soo very pleased with my local groomer. ???????????? .

Christel is the only groomer that we trust with our fur baby Louie! She takes her time and works well with small timid dogs. She is very knowledgeable on pet care, such as nail trims and at home grooming. She has always been professional and very attentive! I am very impressed that the salon is always tidy and smells wonderful! When you come to Pawsitivley Radiant, you and your fur baby/babies are treated like family!

Have the joy of one of my granddogs for a couple of weeks. Wanted to have him groomed. No luck with anyone, until I called Christel! She took the time to see my baby today. She is wonderful, her shop is spotless and smells heavenly and my little sweetheart had a great time and looks adorable. She is also very conveniently located. Kind of a WIN/WIN/WIN situation and I am so grateful.

Our first time with Chrystal and grooming studio. We were so pleased with the end results for our rescue dog. She did wonders and Spencer loved playing with Spider the cat. She knew I was nervous about how he would be and took the time to call me and give us a reassurance things were going well. We will definitely use her services again in January. Took my baby girl Sosa here and I was extremely excited with how great she was treated!!! Great job!!! Sosa has found a new permanent groomer!!!

I board my cat ???????????? Sally there and I thank thay do a good job with him and Yes this is a boy cat ???????????? named Sally and thay did a great ???? job of clipping his nails

First time grooming my terrier , sweet 12 lb . Asked for a summer cut , showed a picture , sadly The cut was way to short , and his face beard is totally off, one side longer than the other . The groomer was very nice . But I think we will not be returning .????
