Great customer service at the front desk, excessive prices. It cost me $1400 to get both of my male dogs neutered. None of their lab results were discussed with me, and a day later, I was charged another $45 dollars for more medicines even though my dogs are on monthly preventative treatments. When questioned, I was told that "maybe those preventatives do not work for the (ailment)". The packaging clearly states that it is in fact, intended for the ailment. If you want to assist in keeping pets out of shelters and aide in lowering the pet population, veterinary care should be affordable. It should not be the cost of two mortgage payments. Additionally, lab results should be discussed with the client in an effort to prevent multiple vet visits.

Outstanding vet care. These folks are compassionate and love what they do. Sadly had to go recently to put our dog down to end her suffering of progressing cancer. Everyone was so gentle and nurturing during the experience and our sweet little girl finally got the peace and rest she needed. It was such a peaceful experience with no overdoses or trauma like times in the past at other places. Thank you team for your hard work and compassion; and making a hard experience one of peace and nurture. ❤

Great place, we've been going here for about 20 yrs. Staff and the Dr's are very compassionate and knowledgeable with your pets needs. They work with exotics and are one of the few places that work with sugar gliders.

The wait was a lil longer than usual due to Covid. You also have to wait outside in your car due to Covid. Yet it's always worth it. That's the only place I trust to not overcharge but still give your pet excellent treatment. Been going there since I moved to FL. Doubt that will ever change. They love all animals and probably even give better care than most Emergency Rooms I've ever been in while living in FL.

We met our friends for cocktails after lunch. I just thought $8 for a captain Morgan was a little pricey for the area. The service was a little bit slow. The server/bartender was very nice.
