This service was absolutely amazing during a time when I was completely at my worst. They were caring, prompt, helpful and clearly devoted to the service they provide. Dr. Megan was kind and patient with us while we said our final goodbyes. After the experience they continued to keep in contact with me every step of the way until I picked up the ashes. This company is amazing!

Putting a long time friend down is a very difficult thing, but the services provided eased my mind when the inevitable occurred. A highly recommended organization.

I had to put my baby Chili to sleep after a long battle against CKD. dr jordan was great, very courteous and compassionate, especially considering how devastated i was. I never got to thank him as i could not talk because of the emotion, but i recommend lapoflove services. From the talk over the phone to the actual visit it was a pleasant experience despite the circumstances.

What a difference Dr Jordan and Lap of Love made in our lives at this difficult moment. Our beloved Charlotte left us two days ago. After 16 years with her, I knew she deserved to be comfortable and at piece at home. Since the first contact with Erin the coordinator over the phone, I did feel their compassion and willingness to help my Charlotte and our family. Dr Jordan came to our place in the most respectful and considerate way. He did his part giving us the time to stay with our precious dog, and making her to feel safe and at piece. I can not recommend Lap of Love and Dr Jordan more. All the love anyone gives to a pet during their lives , is honored at the time of goodbye with a service like this. God bless you all.

We are so very grateful for the emergency service provided by this caring and compassionate company. Within two hours of my phone call, the doctor arrived and she was like an angel sent when needed most. Our dog couldn't even stand on his own. He was 11.5 years old which is about the time a greyhound's life is over. Lap of Love should be the only place to make the dreaded phone call for your fur baby. Dr. Jordan came into our home with the utmost respect and compassion. He explained everything he was going to do and what to expect in great detail. We were given all the time we needed to express our love and say goodbye to our Dublin. The Halas family is thankful for Dr. Jordan making a sad time go very peaceful.

Today was one of the hardest days for my family as we had to put our beloved 14 year old dog, Teddy, to sleep. We chose Lap of Love because of the positive reviews and they certainly lived up to the hype. I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Sy Woon. She was so caring & compassionate (especially towards our 6 & 3 year old children) and it’s exactly what we needed in that dark moment.
