From the initial call with receptionist, Anne, the office has been amazing. She is the sweetest. And Dr. O'Neil was great, patient, thorough and kind. I am pleased to have my pet dog as a patient.

Just hung up after being on hold for 9 MIN and 22 sec for one attempt and then 4 min 30 sec on a second attempt to get through. No one ever came to the line and the woman who put me on hold never even asked if my pet was having an emergency!!! Poor service for someone trying to get information about the practice

I took my dog Thor to nob Hill animal clinic. My dog is also a 9-month-old red dachshund. The staff was great. There wasn't a long wait, they took care of him and my dog was up to date with the shot records. I highly recommend this place. They have a great staff. The place is very clean and you can tell they really care about the dogs and, they love what they do.

My cat, who is sweet but very shy and uninterested in the world outside her home, came home from her visit at Nob Hill Animal Clinic surprisingly relaxed. This suggests she was well taken care of when she was b=in the back with the doctor and staff. I'll gladly bring her back for her annual visit.

I have been using this vet for about a year. They are very reliable & reasonable. Lisa is the best, she is so helpful!!! Great staff, great vet, all around a really amazing office!

Best vet ever!!! Office staff is great, and the vet is so nice and helpful. Lisa at the front is the best ever. She is so easy to communicate with & very helpful. I bring my 2 Frenchie's there. They are great!! I would highly recommend.

My dog Oliver has been in the absolute BEST care at Nob Hill. Desiree has been exceptional to Oliver and is always there whenever he needs anything. It makes our family feel so great knowing our pup is in the best of care!

In case my review gets taken off be careful!! If you guys love your pets DON’T TAKE THEM HERE! I wrote an honest review about my dog being mistreated and they are taking down my yelp to hide the truth!!! This clinic in s fl is BY FAR THE WORSSSSSSSSST you can go to! I’ve gone here 3 times and literally each time, I’ve had a horrible experience in the clinic. A member named Sara V hit my dog’s arm out of lack of patience with him and rolled her eyes while talking to us. With my 15 years old dog, I WILL NOT TOLERATE anyone to touch my dog in a rude manner. Worst vet to go! Prepare yourself if you are looking for a job here because they don’t take criticsm. Online it shows they’re “family friendly” but yet when we’ve gone, no smiles or hello’s are said. One of the receptionists even had AirPods on…NOT PROFESSIONAL. On top of that, no encouragement about “How was your visit?” or “Leave a review”. Nothing. No care about pets and clients. I expressed my review online about the situation, and my fiancé got fired out of the blue? (He had nothing to with it.) He’s been working with Marketing here for over a year and worked daily to help the company grow. For all that, he gets repaid like this? I’ve never met a place where they mix their emotions with work. A side note, he got laid off by a quick phone call, not even a meeting with the administration. DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE & DON’T APPLY HERE!!! Highly recommend “YOUR PETS VET”. Located in Pembroke, best vibe, biggest smiles and lively.

I have been taking all my pets to them forever and they are absolutely amazing very compassionate with my animals and reasonably in pricing. The front desk receptionist Desiree is beyond amazing and so loving kind and friendly and also there to help and answer all my questions even when they might be silly questions. I HIGHLY recommend this vets office and the staff. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

My 15 yr old Maltese/son Lucas became listless and was not walking. He has heart and kidney issues and his previous vet closed without notice. Thanks to Drs. O’Neil and Waller and to the entire staff, Lucas went from death’s door, with unbelievably horrible test results (he wasn’t in pain thankfully) to running up and down the stairs and barking again 6 weeks later. Ana, Lisa, Desiree, as the faces we met when we enter, you are welcoming, kind and comforting. I am grateful for all of you at the hospital. Forgive me for forgetting some of your names during that stressful period, but all of you treated us with care. My family is looking forward to many more years with Lucas at our sides.

Staff and service was excellent..

The staffing was very polite and adequate. The doctor is amazing he will come outside even when you cannot come inside. Love it here!!

The staff are very kind and competent. They continuously provide for our companion's needs to stay healthy and strong as best as possible. My experience has been very good. Willing to answer my questions. Even provided me with training on how to give medicine to my furbaby. I'm so thankful for that!
