Carrie & Jordan, are probably the best owners I have ever dealt with concerning my dog. THIS IS LITERALLY THE BEST TRAINERS TO GO TO. My dog Lexie loves going to train, as well as board. She loves Carrie and Liz. If you want to have your dog trained with someone who literally loves what they do, look no further these are the best trainers around. I especially love their approach to training. I love how Carrie & Jordan set an initial meet and greet with you. Then really listen to what your expectations are and if they are reasonable expectation. I like how they keep and train for 3 weeks. You get plenty of updates, pictures and a couple progress videos. And then after training you are encouraged to attend several group classes held at a dog park afterwards each month. LOVE ❤ ❤ ❤ them...

We came to The Doghouse LLC for our boy Max (100 + lb lab mix.) He was already a good boy but, as new dog parents we wanted to be sure that we & Max would learn proper behaviors. He finished a 3 week distractions program & came back an even better version of himself. We interviewed with Carrie & met the staff & toured the facility & new right away that Max (and us) were in good hands. Everyone there is very helpful, available for questions & they have group classes to help reinforce good habits. Max loves Liz & Carrie. They did a great job training Max & helped give us the skills to keep him moving in the right direction. We also board Max there. He gets so excited when he realizes that we’re pulling into the lot. We know that he is taken care of & happy while he’s there! The Doghouse LLC is awesome!

When we adopted Maggie from the shelter, they told us that she did not like small dogs. Little did we know that she did not like any dogs that were the least bit reactive. But for this “flaw” Maggie was a wonderful dog at home, both loving and obedient. But taking her for a walk was always a challenge. If she even sensed a reactive dog nearby, she would bark and pull on her lead and do backflips. We sought out help from the amazing staff at The Dog House. We were a bit apprehensive about leaving our dog for three weeks but Carrie, Liz and Jordan couldn’t have been more reassuring. They laid out the complete training regimen and kept us informed each step of the way. We received texts, photos and amazing videos that we couldn’t believe were of our dog. Their website is so easy to use and so interactive. Their online videos are so helpful to continue our dogs training. They have the answers to every question you could ever ask. When they say that this is a full service training they are not exaggerating. We’re happy to report that Maggie has completed her three weeks and walking her is a complete pleasure. We drove all the way from Atlanta to send our dog to Carrie and Liz. It was worth the trip and I would recommend The Doghouse to anyone looking to have their dog professionally trained. The lessons showing you how to use the commands and how to transition once you are at home are very helpful, and the videos and pictures you receive throughout the training makes the time away from your dog not seem so bad. I highly recommend The Doghouse and will definitely make the trip again if we get another dog. Thank you Carrie and Liz!!!!!!

The staff here is absolutely amazing. They are professional in all they do, and take the time to develop a tailored training plan for you and your dog. My dog retains everything that makes her who she is while building strong obedience— she’s amazing to be around. I would, and have, recommended them to numerous friends and coworkers.

We wanted to take the opportunity to thank The Doghouse LLC for the wonderful job they did providing the foundation training for our newest puppy Maya. We have raised numerous dogs for over 40 years all have become cherished members of our family. This was the first time we have sent a puppy out to receive the foundation training. She spent approximately 3 weeks at The Doghouse and we attended training session at their facility. At the completion of Maya’s training they came to our home for transitional training. Upon her return Maya was a well mannered and well trained puppy. We were so pleased with the results of their training that we sought their assistance in working with our two older dogs. Using the techniques and methods suggested by Carrie and Liz ( trainers) we have improved the obedience and manners of our whole pack. We honestly feel the quality of ours dogs lives as well as our own has been improved thanks to our experience with their training. We would highly recommend The Doghouse to anyone seeking assistance in welcoming a new puppy into your family or helping improve behaviors of your existing pack.

I called to ask about boarding my 1yr old rottweiler bella with them for the weekend. With the hope that after my trip I could set up a full training in the future. I was told the owner would call me to talk about setting up a meet and greet before boarding to get a feel for my dogs temperament. When I finally spoke with the owner he told me he would be out of town the coming week and to wait til he got back to schedule a day to bring her for the meet and greet. I called after the date he said to call and was told he must have not called me for a reason. I told the employee I was waiting until he got back to set up the meet and greet they told me only he can set it up and that they would leave a note for him to call me. We'll.... he never called now that date that I needed a boarder for has come and lucky I was able to find other arrangements but it sucks. I was really looking forward to having them train bella I heard great things about them and this was a major disappointment.

The trainers did a very thorough assessment of my German Shepherd to determine what kind of training she will benefit from based on the behavior issues I was having with her. First was a meet and greet with the trainers that took several hours. They wanted to evaluate her further and asked me to bring her back on Monday and they wanted her to board with them for further evaluation for 24 hours. I made a decision to board her for 4 more days so she can become comfortable with all the staff that will be assisting in her training. I got updated daily and during those four days Maggie went from a skiddish/uncomfortable Dog of other humans to a dog that let the trainers leash her and go outside on command to play and do her business She is now prepared for her upcoming training for 3 weeks without me and I am 100% certain after seeing her social skills improve during boarding time that I have definitely made the right choice for Maggie's training and am Super excited for the both of us. Thanks Carrie, Joshua and the staff at The Doghouse for your skill, expertise and patience for having already made a difference in Maggie and the best is yet to come..????‍♀️????????????????????????

We have adopted our first dog a few months ago and decided the doghouse was the place for her to receive some manners. she had her first overnight stay to get used to the people and the fact that we would come back and get her. she has one more overnight stay and then she will be there for her 3 weeks of training! We feel so much better after picking her up today and seeing how happy she is. The staff extremely kind and helpful and answered all of my questions. We stopped in after making an appointment to take a tour of the facilities and grounds The place is impeccably clean. Imagine having a 110lbs-Rottweiler pulling you down the street to the point where you cannot take him out anywhere because it is just that stressful. That was my family with our dog, Tyson. He's a good dog, just with no self-control and lots of energy. We have been to a couple of different trainers with different methods, but nothing worked. Then The DogHouse happened. We met with Carrie for an hour, and she made it seem so easy. She also broke it down to us what the problem was and what they were going to do. We left Tyson with The DogHouse for 3 weeks. We got pictures regularly of his progress, the places he went to, and what he was learning. After 3 weeks, we took go-home lessons with Sam, who was soooo patient with us about transferring all the things we needed to know. She made sure we were comfortable before leaving the lessons. When we got Tyson back, he was a different dog. He listens, he has self-control, and we have been taking him to parks and places that we could never go to before. Our guests can now come into the house without being jumped on by a Rottweiler. We can trust our dog more and more now thanks to The DogHouse team. Carrie and Sam are amazing trainers and very personable -- they know the dogs individually as well as their personalities. Jordan is awesome for taking care of our appointments and other logistics. Take your dog here for training and you won't have to go anywhere else.

HIGHLY recommend The Doghouse for boarding. We board our young German Shepherd, Zeke, here and know when we leave him, he is in good hands and still has structure and discipline. Our pup can also be very scared of adults and everyone on the entire team handles him with confidence which makes him relax. He always comes home happy and exhausted so know he has plenty of play time. Would love to have Zeke trained here but my schedule hasn't worked out yet but know they would do a great job.

This is a great place for employment. I never looked at it as a job since I love dogs so much. Owners are awesome!!! They are very responsive and upfront. Along the way you will have a chance to learn about different breeds and meet many great clients. I enjoyed working here and would highly recommend The Doghouse for employment!

We could not be happier with The Doghouse, we sent our one year old golden doodle to their distraction training program and he came back a better version of himself with lots of new skills! Trainer Sam is the best of the best and our pup loved everyone at The Dog House. They also took the time to make sure our in home sessions addressed our needs and followed up after. A top-notch facility with incredibly caring and warm staff. It is just me and my dog in this world and I would not trust anyone else with his care. It is clear from the very beginning that the staff at The Doghouse love dogs and treat them like their own. I cannot recommend this place enough.
