Got a betta fish, while its not the prettiest but you know. They dont have a very huge variety of fish and colors as other brands (petsmart ect..) They didnt have much fish decor either but the tanks for their size is pretty cheap such as a 10 gal and others. Great place to get cheap tanks. Overall great service very nice people as well, very helpful and helped me pick this guy out.

My baby LOVES it when he sees Ms Nina. She is the only one my Buster boy has do his nails. She is simply GREAT with all the fur babies. She has a heart of GOLD!! We love you Nina. Thank you so very much!!

Love helping smaller retail, this place has it all your pet needs. Dog, cat, ferret, bird reptile, they even have freshwater fish!

This a great pet store. At 1st I thought they were expensive. After comparing, not so much and they run amazing sales for rewards members that more than make up for anything you might find a dollar or so cheaper. Plus local owned and run business. At the top of the list is how great all the employees are. I haven't interacted with a single one that wasn't extremely courteous and happy to help. Thank ya'll very much!????☘

The the unbelievably great service and frequent huge discounts are the reason I have frequented Pet Supplies Plus for years! To speed things up or if I need to send someone else to the store to pick up my items, I simply call ahead and ask them to put aside my order which they then have ready upfront at the checkout. And sometimes they will already have figured out the discounts on my account and in the computer under my name ready for payment. It couldn't be faster or easier unless you avail yourself of their curbside pickup! In addition, you can order online and have all your supplies delivered to you. Mariah and Heather have gone the extra mile to put together my orders over the phone many times! There has never been a mistake and I am exceptionally happy with this store and the one I used to frequent in Lutz when Barbara owned it! Do yourself a favor and if you haven't tried Pet Supplies Plus, make it a point to go there!

Awesome place. Took my rottweiler gave her a wash. It's really nice only 10.00 to give your dog a wash. They have an apron you your on before you wash your dog they also provide the shampoo and towels and a blow-dryer. My rottweiler was so happy to get a nice wash she also picked out a new ball to play with. They also provide great customer service.

In the grooming area, Mary always does an exceptional job. You can tell she cares about her customers.

I really like that Supplies Plus! They carry Quality Foods and the people that work there are friendly and very helpful.

They have a wonderful area where you can wash your own dog at a very very reasonable price if you get the package.

We love shopping here the staff is always friendly and we have used the groomers there as well, excellent care and great staff

They carry something's but it is not a 1 stop shop.

They don't carry the cat litter I use. Arm and Hammer naturals.

The place seem okay sit back from the road if you don't know were you are going you would miss it. The staff was okay.

The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. The prices tend to match or better Wal-Mart if on sale. I have heart issues and they happily take heavy items to my car. Where a neighbor helps with getting them inside. I've had other places help but not like it's done with genuine care and I've never been made to feel like a bother. Thank you.

Update: I got in touch with management who listened to my concerns and everyone went above and beyond to rectify this problem. This company continues to surprise me with how much they care about their customers. Thank you! I loved coming here and supporting local. This was the only company I've been buying supplies for my pets because I wanted to support a positive business that went above and beyond to help their customers. The customer service was always friendly until now. I called about returning cat litter because it had bugs in it. We had 2 unused, not opened bags and one of them got infested with bugs (and a third bag that was half empty one). When we called they advised us to bring back the bags for a refund. When we did, the manager refused any refund because it was greater than their 30 day return policy. I was never offered a store credit, bag exchanges, or any assistance to the 3 bags I've purchased from here. Her solution was to deal with the manufacturer. I have no problems reaching out to the manufacturer as I'm sure they'll actually provide options to resolving an issue unlike here. The manager was "apologetic" for the return policy. The dismissive, unprofessional desire and inability to want to find alternative solutions has turned me away from wanting to return back here for any business support. This store wasn't always the cheapest, but it did provide price match or their coupons. I honestly prefer to give my money to a better, helpful business that'll support it's community. Hopefully the manager and business takes this review seriously and finds solutions to updating their product policies.

My dog loves the Bisson bones they have and it was the only pet store I could find that had a harness to fit my small dog. The employee stopped what she was doing to assist me and was so kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated the help I had been to 2 other pet stores with no assistance. Pet Supplies Plus is our new pet store.
