Everyone is extremely nice and helpful!! The vet part is extremely quick and clean. My baby and new puppy and I loved our visit. Thank you guys so much !!

Everyone at the clinic were very professional and empathetic towards my dog Bella. The medical assistants, especially Lener and two other women (Jackie and one more), were very understanding and patient with us. They even took the time to explain to us how to give Bella her medicine with their techniques. Dr Kidell was very professional and helped our puppy who had swallowed a sock. He performed a successful surgery and explained everything to us with a lot of detail. You can tell everyone at the clinic loves animals and they really wanted to help us.

Dr. Dora is amazing, super friendly, very thorough and professional in explaining on how things work with puppies and as they grow. The staff is also super sweet and friendly and professional.

The tech is very profesional.He explained many thinks I did not that are important to take care of my cat Canelo.They were very sincere, talk to me about the disease and how to prevent the problem.They understood my pain,as I had to visit a different doctor 2 weeks ago.The price was fair.I received education regarding the diet ,type of food and explanation of the results.Tbe doctor is excellent. I had a last minute emergency with my dog, I called multiple places and none of them were available or bothered asking why was wrong with my dog. I came here and they scheduled me asap. From the front desk person to the doctor, everyone were nice and professional. The doctor took his time to explain what was wrong with my dog. I had an amazing experience here.

This place was amazing and affordable. They really care about helping your pet. I came in with my toy poodle who was very ill. She ended up having diabetes and the staff was very helpful with explaining everything that I needed to learn in order to take proper care of her. They also have two other interest free payment options if you cannot pay the total visit! Will come back again

Few weeks ago I fell into having to take my 18 y.o. Kitty to the vet. I must admit, it was grim and expected the worst outcome. Luckily, these professionals care, all of them. They’re an amazing team. From the Doctors, Assistants, to the support staff are superb!! From Leonard and today Jacklyn Cross, that went in today (on her day off) to provide service to my kitty, Abigail, went beyond my expectations!! Her improvement, her health has been everyone’s concern and I can’t express my gratitude enough. Thank you for all you do, it doesn’t go unnoticed. Hello I was here out of town I called in and a young lady by the name of Dasia martinez answer the phone. Awesome customer service beautiful personality I explain my situation with my dog. She asked if I can hold on a second she asked the doctor if I can bring in my dog and even though they were overbooked they said come on in. Awesome customer service The place is nice and clean animal friendly. The doctor great and of course Dasia was awesome she rocks. I’m letting everybody know what they are that if they ever need their pets to be taken care of by a great Vet come to Petco in Pines Boulevard.
