Robin, Dr Sands and the rest of the staff are the best!

We finally found a place we love & trust for our 3 dogs!!! This vet takes his time to explain details and make you feel comfortable. I love what they stand for with animals. Highly recommend!!!

From Robyn at the front desk, to all of the staff, to our favorite vet...we could not be happier with Parkland Animal Clinic! My dog actually looks forward to his monthly allergy shots and I know that they treat him with the utmost love and care! Everyone feels like family and we are so happy we found them!!!

I couldn’t be happier with the time our dog spent in boarding at Big Bear Lodge. She was happy and well taken care of. All of the staff was so kind and polite every time I called to check in. A special shout out to Lucinda who took a special interest in our girl. She sent videos and pictures throughout the duration and I could tell that she absolutely loves her job and it shows. From the first phone call to inquire about the services provided for my senior dog to the needs of my new puppy, Robin had me at "hello". She is full of information and very detail oriented. When you hear her voice over the phone it is reassuring and heart felt. You hang up feeling like she is your BFF. Caitlin and Nicole are vet techs and they are so kind and friendly. Caitlin always greets our family with smiles and acknowledges our dog genuine affection. She listens intently to our concerns offering kind words and comfort. Nicole is always a pleasant sight at the front desk. She has been very helpful for our family passing along detailed information, even sending us an email with information relating to care for our Golden Retriever. Dr. Sands is kind and full of information .. He is willing to give options when needed for treatment but allows "you" to make the final decision.

A truly caring doctor and a wonderful staff! My cats haven't seen a vet in over a year. Pixie was getting sick every time she ate. She's not a cat that will cuddle with you. The last time we took her to a vet, she needed a bath since she peed a pooped in her carrier. Since most vets are asking people to drop off thier pets, I was reluctant to take her anywhere. I was in the room with her. We all had our masks on and the room was pretty large. It took Pixie a while but she walked out of the carrier on her own. She even showed affection. It was also the first time her carrier stayed dry! Turns out she wasn't digesting her food. We changed her food as suggested and she's doing well. Thank you for taking such good care of my fur baby!

I took my 15 1/2 year old dog here to be put to sleep. The staff and the doctor are so amazing and professional. They let me spend time with my dog in a private room before starting the process. They are so kind, and eased some of the pain that comes with the death of your beloved pet. They feel like family there. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I have had several pets over the years and have dealt with many veterinarians. Some have been better than others but none can compare to Dr. Sands and his staff. In the span of 5 days I had to put 1 dog to sleep and had extensive dental surgery on my other dog. I have never dealt with a more experienced, caring and compassionate veterinary office. They are the best!!!

Absolutely loved the care they provided my cat after a recent urinary issue. Dr. Sands and all of the staff made us feel as if we were home! They answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns and did not feel rushed. Will NOT take my pet anywhere else.

I have been with Dr. Sands and his staff for over 20 years because they are the best of the best. They treat my pets with the utmost loving respect and their knowledge and expertise in all aspects of any treatment my pets might need is done with compassion. And my pets, especially my dog gets so excited to visit them. And when a pet is happy to visit, no matter what the treatment may be, speaks volumes.

We have been bringing our German Shepherd here for a few years. Great staff and amazing Doctors! They take the time to listen and provide excellent care. I would highly recommend to everyone.

From scheduling with Robin, who seemed to smile through the phone, and then being greeted by very kind and friendly Nicole at the front desk. This is a small practice with a big heart. It was great! Everyone was very attentive, from the phone call to schedule the appointment until the results of the exams. They LOVE what they do! The Lodge is also amazing. We will definitely be clients for a long time!

I found this place back in March 2020. They have helped me with my french bulldog on MULTIPLE occasions, through the pandemic, all working with me and my schedule. They are super friendly and very professional. I would recommend this place 1000X over again for all of the help they have provided to me for a WIDE variety of services I have had to bring my dog to them for.
