Dr. Ruff is one of the best veternarians out there and truly cares about what's best for your pet. I had my dog put down today and he made sure she went peacefully and painlessly. The staff are always very kind as well. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

Wow! So pleased with this friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate pet hospital. Luckily they were able to fit in our kitty after a cancellation. We relocated here and did not have a vet established yet. This place came highly recommended and now I see why! My only recommendation to viewers would be to call ahead of your needs bc they are booked and busy 3-4 weeks out. Don’t take this as a frustration point, understand that this wait is because they take a full 30+ minutes with their clients/fur babies to ensure the owner feels empowered to care for their critter and all of the owners questions are answered. We will be back for all of our animal health needs! After a slightly invasive visit for our kitty I expected him to be under the bed for the rest of the day… here he is calm and comfortable after Sophie and Dr Ruff took such good care of him!!

They were amazing kind and patient with my dog he was so nervous and scared and they handle him so kindly it was magic!

Great vet and staff they actually care about the needs of your pet first. Not just how to get into your wallet like some vets in the area. Waiting area and back offices spotlessly clean. I dont think you can go wrong here. It's not worth taking a chance with another vet when you've found the right vet you know it. Just a recap two years later and our dogs got congestive heart failure. I can tell you that Dr Ruff sincerely cares about animals and their owners as they go through the toughest time an owner will have with their pet, the end of their lives. Id never go to another vet with any future pets. God bless Dr Ruff and his staff.

We used to take our pup to a vet on the beach and I was satisfied for the most part. When we moved to town I asked for recommendations on a new vet and no one suggested this place. I took a chance anyway and I'm so happy I did! Dr. Ruff and his staff have exceeded my expectations. They genuinely care about creating a relationship with you and your family! Dr. Ruff is super knowledgeable and wants you to understand everything about your pet. They are reasonably priced as well. 1000% percent recommend!

Very timely. (Covid) When I arrived, I texted I was there, and they came to get me and my puppy quickly. Super nice and helpful with my questions.

We truly love this place and the people. They care as if you pet is theirs. The staff is very knowledgeable and so caring; they make difficult situations much easier. God bless them!! We want take our pets to anyone else!!

Rude people would not take anything to this place

First of all, my babies have never been patients at this establishment and even so, this staff went out of their way to help me find my baby. I lost both of my dogs for roughly 48hrs for the first time ever, and truly the most horrifying experience of my life. I notified the vets in the area, this being one of them, hoping by chance if my poor babies were hurt and they took them in, they would notify me. I spent every single of those hours they were lost searching for them. We found one quickly, but the other took some time. He is a special needs dog and is very very scared of most any unknown stimulation. I got a call from one of the employees on her way to work saying she saw my baby boy and tried catching him to no avail, quite far from our home I might add. However, if it wasn’t for this staff member to go out of her way, to pay attention and care enough to call, I wouldn’t have my baby back today. I am forever thankful and indebted to the staff and this particular employee. Your kindness and care speaks volumes. Thank you so so much.

Don't go there now. They are too short staffed to see any new animals. Doesn't really matter how clean or friendly they are if they won't over extend themselves to include emergencies.. very disappointed..
