They take good care of my 2 babies!

After waiting five hours for our dog, when we retrieved him, he had a severely red eye along with a couple of gashes near his paw, and on his leg. After calling them about the issue, they told me that it just happens, with no justifiable answer. This is beyond unacceptable, as pets are really our small children! I highly recommend not going here.

Great service with a super friendly staff. My dog is not the easiest to deal with when grooming. This team of professionals worked on him and made sure that every need was met. Will definitely return again.

Hercules, my 40lb bundle of energy had a great 1 night stay. He had a bath and nail trim before coming home, which he really needed. The neck scarf was a nice touch, my wife approved.

Took our pup in for her nails to be trimmed and filed. They did it right there in my arms so she was comfortable. They were quick and personable. We have found a new groomer!

My German Shepard Taz has been coming here for several years for his FURminator and baths and they do a great job! I also leave Taz here when I go trips for work. I love how they take great care of Taz. I highly recommend this place!!

We boarded our two Pomeranians here while on vacation in Panama City Beach and the experience was amazing! They sent me daily cute videos of our girls playing in there play yard and they gave them baths for free! We will definitely use this business again next time we return to Panama City!!!

We love Animal Friends. We have used the longer boarding and doggy daycare options and been very pleased with both. We also get them groomed. Which is scary for me due to their issues and arthritis. They always return in better shape than they went in. No back issues like other groomers that handle them roughly. Chase is a great guy. Easy to talk to and made sure to cater to our dogs special needs and instructions for medications and special food during boarding and grooming.

I found this company from a co worker. Animal Friends is the only place my two Shih Tzu to be groomed. The groomer Chase is very professional and caring gentlemen. We take our dogs to Animal Friends for Daycare everyday and I highly recommend this place.

MY DOG WAS INJURED!!! If you love your dog DO NOT send them here! My baby boy, who is a yorkie, stayed there for 4 days and when he came back he had a severely red eye. I thought it may have been allergies so I took him to the vet after, but the doctor came back and told me he received Blunt Force Trauma to the head and eye!! Either he was dropped upside down and hit the top of his eye or was wacked in the head my poor boy was prescribed 60$ worth of eye drops to numb his swollen, crimson red eye. Not to mention they “lost” my pups food and his food scoop. SHAMEFUL!

Took my puppy there for his first cut and they did a great job.????????

I can't say enough good things about Animal Friends. They took such great care of our dogs, and were extremely responsive and helpful. Plus, the grooming services were fantastic - the dogs have never looked so good! We will definitely board here again!

The groomer is fantastic with my dog...she doesn't always like vets or groomers and usually needs to have a muzzle but she does not need one here! Took one star off because the person at the front desk is not friendly at all...not rude but it takes away from the pleasant experience.

They took excellent care of our two 40lbs dogs. We were coming from out of town and they were very helpful working with us. They sent us dog pictures updates to keep us updated on their happiness. They even bathed and trimmed them just before we picked them up for the trip home. We'll definitely be going back on our next trip in the near future.

Chase and his staff went above and beyond to get my yorkie in 10 minutes after I called them. My penny came back excited and looking fabulous!! I highly recommend this place and their staff! Thanks for taking care of my baby!

Always taking our pets here whether for grooming, or boarding. We love the owner and he loves our pets. When we go out of town, he lets us FaceTime with our pets too! They take well care of all pets received. We have taken our dogs, bird, and turtles there for boarding. Plan to do it again for future trips. :)

After reading all the reviews I called and asked if they were available to cut my cats nails. I was told to just stop by and they'd be able to cut her nails without an appointment. They were going to cut her nails in the back but decided to do it in the lobby area so it would be less stressful for her. They cut her nails quickly and I was honestly so impressed with how well my cat did. . . She's pretty feisty. I completely understand why they have so many 5 star reviews. And I will definitely be visiting them in the future for my cats grooming needs.

This man hits the unruly pets with brushes to get them to behave. He and his employees leave by or before 4 p.m. and no one ever goes back to feed water of let the boarded animals out to use the bathroom again until they reopen the next day. They do not get play time or positive interaction with the staff what so ever. Do not trust this guy with your beloved fur babies!

I had an appointment for 1:00 and my dogs weren’t right until 7:00. Messed up my afternoon. And I really didn’t like the cuts on my dogs.
