Norm's Westside Animal Hospital Panama City Beach, Florida

I love Dr.Norm's. My dog has gone there since he was a little guy. They have always been so kind and responsible with him. The office is always clean and super cute. I use them for boarding too and the staff is always so sweet.

Our Stella was mauled by a large unleashed dog right in our own yard.She was rushed to Dr.Norm's,they took her right in.She had a punctured lung,fractured rib,open wounds & in shock.We thought we were going to lose her???? Dr.Paul,the vet technicians & the entire staff saved our baby.They gave her excellent care!We are so thankful & highly recommend Dr.Norm's! Not only for emergencies,also regular care for beloved fur babies.They are the BEST in Bay & Stella is doing excellent because of them!

The staff is friendly and caring. They treat you like a real person and they treat your furbaby like it is one of their own. When I had to say goodbye to my 14 year old cockalier because of cancer, Dr. Norm and his staff did their utmost to help me thru the process. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me that day. My dad is a veterinarian and the only reason I don't take my furbabies to him is because he is in Kansas. Dr. Norm's is the next best thing here in Panama City Beach!

First time we have ever taken our dogs to the groomer at Dr. Norm’s, and it was a solid “10” experience! Wonderful staff, very friendly and professional, made it easy for us and our two dogs. I highly recommend.

Best Vet hands down. Nice, comfortable atmosphere & great value. The entire staff is awesome. Dr. Norm is the best!! They found a tumor in the spleen of one of our dogs, Thor. They stayed late, performed surgery the same day and saved Thor. ???? The incision was really clean and it was obvious that Dr. Norm had taken great care. After the surgery, they called to check up even though they were closed for Christmas. ????

Right on time! Appointment was for 10AM and they were ready for us when I checked in. Didn't have to wait! Staff could not have been more accommodating. Vet listened and he reviewed history we provided from previous vet. Left office with great first impression. Such a pleasant experience compared to previous vet.

Best vet in the area, probably the best vet anywhere!! They treat my basset hound wonderfully. They know her by name and greet her with a pet when we come in. Couldn't ask for better or more professional service. I highly recommend!

So wonderful! Experienced with reproductive services with on-site radiology and lab. Staff and physicians are all so knowledgeable, kind, patient and accommodating. Facility is fresh, modern and clean and services are very reasonably priced. We love Dr. Norm’s!

My dog was diagnosed with diabetes in another state when we got to Panama city it got worse, after about 5 different vet calls they got us in an they were just wonderful. Now our pup is on the mend. High recommend!

Since being displaced from hurricane Micheal I have had to take my dog to emergency hospitals for new patients and covid. I never had a good experience and the issues my dog had never got fully addressed correctly till dr norms office took care of him. I grateful for the staff and the vets and recommended them to all my friends who's furbabies are their family like mine.

The office was clean, the staff was friendly & professional, my pups were treated special, the cuts were the best, and the price was right.

We Love Dr. Norms! We have a big boy who is very hard to wrangle when he gets anxious ???? but they do such a wonderful job with him and try and make him feel calm. Best vet experience we have ever had! I tell everyone to take their pets to Dr. Norms!

Very professional staff and beautiful clean facility.

My 10 year old cat was sick, enlarged abdomen. Vet suggested he be put down. Made sense. I had to go to work though. They kept him overnight and I was able to come back the next morning and spend time, only 5-6 minutes, with him. That was nice... They overdosed him on ketamine while in grandma's lap. He went to sleep purring. It was expensive but overall a good experience. I recommend them.

Easy to get an appointment. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

The price was incredible for the advice and care given to my dog Finn. She had a fear of big dogs at the time and they allowed me to wait until the office was clear in order to give Finn a great first experience. Thank you so much.

Our Coton puppy was in severe pain and we called for either a prescription or an office visit. The girl answering the phone, which has zero people skills or does not like animals, said it will be next week before you can get an appointment. I asked her if we could come in and get a few pain pills to hold us over until next week as our Coton was shaking and really in pain. She said no not until next week. She acted like she could care less about us or our dog . Dr. Norm is a good vet if you can battle your way through the front desk to get to him. Dr. Norm lost treating our 3 dogs today because of a non caring receptionist

Dr. Norm took the time to get to know Blue and make him feel comfortable at our first visit. Blue was traumatized and abused the first 10 months of his life before he was dumped on the side of the road severely emaciated and hours from death last June. Blue is a rescue (a family member of mine found him on side of road), and has been nursed back to health. He is doing great now, but has trust issues with others. He was giving Dr. Norm kisses before we left! I am so happy we found such an amazing vet!

Absolutely love this place! They were so compassionate with my dog and know with my beautiful cat! Look no further for your furry family.

This place use to be great but went downhill fast! I won’t go into detail because there is too much to explain. I will sum it up by saying this animal hospital did nothing but waste our time and has a very unknowledgeable staff, including receptionists, techs and vets. Absolutely terrible and very unprofessional!!
