First time at the Cat Hospital and it’s already a great experience. My cat hates the vet and they have managed to make the experience bearable for my little old lady. My 16 y/o cat has kidney disease and the staff here including the Vet, nurses, and front desk staff are treating her with all the respect she deserves.

Beautiful office complete with 2 hospital cats in the waiting area. Never a long wait, great care by doctors and staff. The soft Classical music is soothing for cats and their people.

Dr. K. Marrazzo & staff once again took awesome care of my 'Stormy' kitten during her procedure. I was very confident & worry-free all day. Great directions & explanations at pick up later that day. Storm is healing beautifully! But her cute 'recovery suit' onesie did last on her for very long! I would highly recommend CHPH for your kitty pals!

I have taken all of my cat's to the Cat Hospital for many years. The staff is always friendly, and what I appreciate is always getting a follow up call after any procedure. They are always willing to answer my questions and care for my boys like their own. I have also boarded my cats here, and appreciated know they were well cared for. I would recommend going to a location that specializes in felines!!

The staff and doctor here are simply the nicest I've ever met. So hospitable to both your cat and yourself! While taking care of my cat, I was offered soda, water, and snacks! They give you quotes, recommendations and follow up plans so you can make informed decisions based on your budget. The ambiance, beautiful cat pictures and caring staff really take the customer service to a new level. I highly recommend!

I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours of calling, very professional service , diagnosed ear infection right away , cleaned, treated and provided meds, even trimmed nails, very happy and would highly recommend, Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

The doctors and the nurses were excellent but the service in care

1st time there with my 2 cats. I can not say enough about the Cat Hospital. Everyone was so nice and informative and Dr Marrazzo was amazing. Came out and spoke with us, no rushing explained everything. So happy I found this place. Highly recommend

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is very kind and caring and they all including the vet took the time to talk to us and answered all of our questions. Also since they are closed because of COVID and we can't go inside they offered us bottles of water, soda and brought us little snack bags of chips and pretzels. And I also called around to allot of vets and they are by far the cheapest I found. If you have a kitty I highly recommend this place. And I'm very picky on who touches my fur babies.

You cannot even go into the building because of covid. Also, they will push any and every test on you.

I probably would have given 5 stars if my reason for going there had been something other than my cat being ill and having to make the decision to end his 20 years of life. The office has a calm and comforting atmosphere and the staff were so kind and empathetic. The doctor was very kind as well and did a good job explaining everything, and even though I felt kind od rushed into it, I trusted her diagnosis. I am sure I was hoping she could try something to help him.

By far the Best Vet in our area who's staff is second to none. Very Reasonable Prices, Very Professional an all around Great Experience

If you want the best possible medicine for your cat, with the utmost care and compassion, the Cat Hospital at Palm Harbor is the place to be. The doctors and staff really do love my cats, who have been seeing them for over 10 years. I have even brought the occasional stray in for emergency care. These cats too are treated with kindness, skill, and respect. I know my feline family members will get superb care, and I will get all the information and explanations I need to help me understand what might be going on. My high expectations are consistently met and then exceeded. Dr. Marrazzo and staff are truly lovers of all cats!

I have to agree with ATSI Accounting here. I am watching my kitty die before my eyes, she no longer can eat on her own (she is being syringe fed) and this vet is aware. I have done all P.H vet ask of me, $600 for an exam, x-ray, and all that there. Got an ultra sound (outpatient) as well. Ultra sound was on thurs (9/17 at 10am) with an email sent and confirmed after of the results, here we are Friday at 4:45pm (I called in Thursday before close as well as at lunch on Friday) (09/18) and the Dr. Is in with another kitty (understand that) but i had to call to find this out and when I did I was told she will call me Monday....Monday......really monday? I am not even sure my girl will make it that long. They said they will have the Dr. Try and call as i expressed i am not sure she will make it.. it's now 5:15pm. They are closed, no call, no treatment, no care, no nothing, it's all about what I am willing to spend now and nothing more (updates..they did call at 5:30pm)...it is very disturbing as they came highly recommended and are doing the same to the couple that sent as well (not naming names) and their 2 cats. We have 2 other cats, 1 which currently also is a patient there. She no longer will be though....i want a vet that cares, not a vet that needs and only wants financial benefit Update (9/19) kitty has passed away, no more pain and frustration with the vets. She will be missed.

Best place in town ????

I picked up a mom and litter to foster and was driving home when the mom escaped the zippered carrier and was at my shoulder. She then jumped to the dashboard, then jumped around the car. She s....... everywhere. I was petrified and pulled off the road. I could not open the door b/c she would get out . I saw The Cat Hospital up the road and managed to get to their parking lot. I called in and explained to Michael what had happened. My voice was shaking and I was very upset. Michael came out with a zip tie and got the cat under control. I am so grateful. There was no way I could have gotten home without having an accident and perhaps killing someone. Michael understood the danger. Once home, momma was a loving, sweet girl. When I returned her, I placed her in a regular cardboard carrier and took a roll of masking tape with me. That girl chewed through the cardboard, then chewed through the masking tape. When we arrived and went inside, she was again the sweetest mamma. She was just not used to the car. I would never put an unknown cat in my car without a metal or plastic cage. Thank you, Michael.

I have brought my furbabies to Dr. Marrazzo and his staff since 1998. I am extremely satisfied with the quality and compassionate care they have delivered to my 'furkids'. Quality care comes with a price tag; you get what you pay for! I currently have ten cats. (Yes, TEN!????) It takes me close to 40minutes to get there and I pass NUMEROUS veterinary clinics on the way. I continue to take my babies the extra distance because I know they will be treated as if they were family members of the staff! ????????????

We came to this place with our sick girl because of the four star reviews. Unfortunately, all we encountered throughout the month of September was a series of missteps. The most potentially dangerous one is the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. It's a shame that my questions and honesty made you uncomfortable. Your comfort was not my priority. When it was suggested that we "find a place that makes you feel more comfortable," an appointment for a second opinion had already been made, a very positive step for us. Needless to say, our time here was not quite a four-star experience. Please be aware you may have to go out of your way to be sure the senior staff is communicating, that everyone is on the same page. Neither I nor any family friends in the animal care industry who were kept up-to-date with our experience here would recommend The Cat Hospital. These people are so good with cats! My little girl Jumbee has bad anxiety when she goes to the vet. They take great care of her and are the only vet we have gone to that doesn’t say she is mean. It is expensive to go, but great quality. I’ve also boarded her before here and they’ve done an amazing job! I’ll never go to another vet other than this one!
