The nicest Vet and assistants we've ever had. They spent so much time with our puppy. Couldn't have asked for better! Everything is so nice and clean inside too. Grateful to have found this Vet.

I did a lot of ground work investigating just the right vet closer to home in Oldsmar for our two new pups. I must say the reviews, location and staff all stood up to my expectations. I was hoping for Sat hours as we work full time, but did not let it dissuade me as staff stated Dr's need their family time too (as healthcare professionals we agree). My favorite first impression occurred when the techs AND vet got down to pups level to meet, bond and assess my babies! It made me feel safe when Dr Billy states if it's not good for my fur baby then it's not good for yours and vice versa. Solid education provided with the intent to assist YOU in making YOUR own decisions for your babies. Clean office friendly staff and well organized system. Pippa and Bucee will be happy here! I hope this helps anyone else looking for just the right fit.

I have nothing but good things to say about Harbor Springs Vet, their staff, and Dr.Billy! I originally came for a second opinion, and even though Dr.Billy’s prognosis was the same as the first vet I saw, there was a huge difference in the quality of service. He and his vet tech Brenda took the time to both listen to me and educate me on what was going on with my cat so that I was able to make a more informed decision on her care. They were both friendly and compassionate and treated my cat with the upmost love and care. The front desk staff are also super friendly and amicable. The office is clean, downright beautiful, and had an overall open and calming atmosphere. Price wise I can’t complain, although it is just a tad pricier than my previous vet, I think it’s worth it based on the quality of care. I also appreciate that I can be in the room with my cat instead of having to wait in my car. Dr.Billy will be Nairobi’s new doctor going forward.

Dr Billy and his staff are excellent! I needed a new vet and they were very friendly and eager to help. My dog is a scaredy cat and they were so good with her trying to make her feel comfortable. She was very sick and they diagnosed her and operated on her the next day! She is doing great now and I am so happy with her care. I highly recommend Harbor Springs Vet!

I called around 5 different vet to see if I could get my cat in that day everyone said no. Then I called harbor spring vet and they were the only ones that asked me what the problem was and I explained they got me calmed down and made my appointment 9:00am the next morning and gave me the number to an emergency vet. If needed. Then they have a follow up call to see how she was doing. Thank you so much Harbor Spring Vet.

My three dogs were ill and the vets there couldn’t see them for a couple of days, which I found totally unacceptable. There are no words to describe how delighted I was that they could schedule an appointment for my dogs the same day I called, even though I was a new to their practice. The entire staff is exceptional and made my dogs and me feel welcome from the moment we walked in. What a difference. Dr. Billy is very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I am so pleased that I have found a new, wonderful vet for my pets!

Dr. Billy is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that everyone can understand. He is so good with my puppy, and she absolutely loves to see him! The staff is so friendly, knows both myself and my pooch by name. They always call to check on her the day after an appointment, which is something they don’t have to do but really goes a long way! I will always suggest this office to my friends with fur babies!
