Hello Nurse

When my boy Cody was at the end of life they took care of him (and us)with the upmost compassion. Unfortunately Cody needed a little help to cross that rainbow bridge and was assisted humanely with the use of some anxiety meds and meds to make him "sleep". Only 4 stars because I believe in my heart that the dose of medicine was not high enough for his weight. (His weight was estimated) so the "sleep medicine" made him go into a big long stretch appearing to look almost seizure like. That only lasted a few seconds and the veterinarian assistant held him and said "oh big stretch" and kinda pushed him back down. Like I said that was only a few seconds after the medicine was pushed through an IV. Still the gentleman vet assistant took such great care of him and was by his and our side. We had our boy cremated and his urn and paw print are just amazing touches. I feel so much better with my Cody boys ashes at home. He is with me always. Thank you Pine Lakes Animal Hospital

I was very in pressed with the girls at the front desk and the respect for me and coco was treated with love. I was referred by my friend because she brings all 3 dogs to your office. Thank u again. I will be back with coco.

They have come to my Aid in an emergency situation for x I'm involved with the K-9 community and some of the feed line for many years in Palm Coast and I've had four occasions where people have had an emergency and had to euthanize their pet and could not get anyone for sometimes a 72-hour. They've always managed to get me in with my friend at least the very next morning if not that day it's well appreciated

We just arrived in the area to find a new home. Our little dog became sick, and we were desperate for help. We went to one clinic and they turned us away because they only take appointments. We then went to an Animal Hospital where there was nobody at the front desk, nobody to answer our phone call, and we sat in the parking lot waiting for someone to return our call.. They never did call us back.. We left and then arrived at Pine Lakes Animal Hospital. We were greeted immediately by people that are clearly animal lovers. The staff was fantastic! The Veterinarian was kind, and the most professional we have encountered in all of Florida. They won us over in minutes. They have diagnostic tools in house that most vets do not. We had answers in a matter of minutes and our special family member received the care she needed to start healing. I cannot recommend them enough, and want to thank them again should they read this review. Thank you!

Everyone treats our pets like they're in their own family, so what's not to like. Plus, the vets aren't alarmists - they do not prescribe meds and treatments at the drop of a hat.

Since they changed into a big clinic, like other reviewers said, they dont care that much anymore and it got clear to me this past weekend. I've been using this vet clinic for almost 10 years and never had a problem. We like Dr. Andrea very much and the 'inside' staff, never having a problem until recently. My dog had an episode in February/2021 and after the medication he was fine. The Doc at that point said if ever comes back we would have to put him on medications for the rest of his life. it turned out he had another episode this past week and although not as severe as the other one, it would need more of his meds. I ask if they could give me a refill and they said because of the 6 months passed doc needed to see him again ($$$). That was not a huge problem, however I called Saturday and asked to be seeing (since i cant take time off from work), staff on phone reminded me several times it would be an emergency rate (75 instead of 55), not even asking what was the problem with Zig (I never had an outstanding bill and after 10 years not sure how scared they were that i was not able to pay). Regardless, Sarah (at the reception) told me was down time and they could take him at 11. Since it was 10:45 i told her maybe 11:10? she said was fine. I got into the office at 11:17 and she told me they no longer could see me and will need to refer me to St. Augustine urgent care. I was like "I just need a refill for his prescription or maybe a couple of pills until i can get him into an appointment?" ( he was shaking a lot ). There was only 1 person on waiting room. I am not even sure Dr. Andrea knows what is going on at the reception. Unfortunately, for their lack of empathy and not being a reliable place to take my dog, I will be looking somewhere else for another vet. Signed up for pawp.com and spoke to a vet online, that helped too.

They let me come in with my older dog when my other vet wouldn't because of COVID restrictions about a year ago. They understand that pets are family. They worked with me to keep my old dog out of pain as long as possible. When I needed to send him to heaven, they were so nice, caring and affordable. The staff made this very sad time dignified and comforting. Thank you so much. I appreciate all the wonderful and sometimes heartbreaking things you do to help the pets and their parents.

I had an emergency situation with my Yorkie fur baby. He was unable to be helped by his regular clinic. The staff and Doctor Kaser was wonderful. Our Vet Tech was Monique and she was so helpful and walked me through everything so I knew what was being done, and answered my questions. Dr Kaser provided informative info for me to decide what options I had and gave me all the time I needed and never rushed me. I am so thankful for all their help. I highly recommend them.

Doctor Wells was very caring, professional, and concerned about our baby Jeni Lee. The connection was there along with her assistant from 1st impression. The front door staff was as equal. Thank you for heart felt passion staff.

I work and live alone. I had one appointment with this vet and have never been able to get a other. They do not have availability. When they have to suggest that another person should bring your dog in l am not satisfied. If you walk in on a Saturday it will cost you more. Do youself a favor and go elsewhere. They are very nice when you are there but, l think they are so busy they dont have time to care.

My cat candy went in a few days ago. I was expecting a 400$ bill they charged around 200$. She needed medication a shot hidration an ultrasound. To test for a uti. Though I don't thing the medication they gave her is working, but I digress. The cat seemed happy when I took her home. she was not complaining the whole ride home nor acting upset. So it's very clear she was not upset by how they handled her. An that's not normal. normally she hates vet trips an won't speak to me after words. So my cats happy my wallet is an is not happy. So I'm happy.

I really appreciate the outgoing, personable staff, the time the Vets and Vet Techs take to review the concerns I have with my "babies" and their care plan. Our pups also get groomed here. We love Pine Lakes Animal Hospital! ❤️????????????????????

When we moved to the area three years ago with our two dogs and three cats, I couldn't imagine ever finding a veterinary office that could fill the shoes of the one we went to back north for the past 30 years. We found it with Dr. Kaser and her staff. We love everyone at Pine Lakes. Carrie at the front desk is sweet and efficient. Johnny, one of the wonderful vet techs, is very compassionate and so good with our 4-legged family. Chrissy, the groomer, does a terrific job grooming our dogs. I'd highly recommend Pine Lakes Animal Hospital.
