Great place Find Everything you need for your pet

So, I have a puppy and was sold the puppy coupon book. My puppy was 3 months old and we were told that he could not take advantage of his free puppy bath after he gets all of his vaccines and he cannot get his last vaccine until he is 5 months old. We were also assured by the manager that it would be fine and there wouldn’t be any issues. Okay no problem so we wait until he is 5 months old and we get his last vaccine and shortly after make an appointment for the puppy bath. Well we are charged for it and when we bring it to the register the same woman who told us it would be fine said that the puppy bath no longer is valid for puppies older than 5 months. Okay, we think, but he is 5 months old now. We are told, no I meant once he turns 5 months. Wait, we tried to get him his bath last month but was rejected due to him not having his vaccines, which he cant get until he is 5 months…. You see where I’m going with this. So after arguing, I paid for it. Two months later I get a phone call, asking how the service was. I explain what happened and after 34 minutes on the phone and being transferred four times to other people who answer “Hello? How can I help?” And me responding “you guys called me” I’m eventually told by one woman, “okay sir well what do you want us to do?” To which I say “I don’t know, I mean, maybe cut me a check for the remainder?” Get laughed at, “okay maybe a bag of dog food?” Told no can’t do that. “Okay well why don’t you tell me what you can do!? Instead of asking me what I want and just rejecting everything.” Passed the point of long story short but I’m basically told that they can’t do anything for me. So not only was I mad about my service, but all my “customer service follow up phone call” did was deliberately waste my time.

Staff is friendly and prices are competitive.

One of the best pet stores around, kind people, fast service, and Banfield animal hospital in the back ate just as nice.

What can I say about Pet smart clean and employees are friendly at least the ones I spoke with. So 5 stars I gave.

Store had what I needed

Love taking my dog shopping there as much I enjoy shopping for my critters

Management was very nasty to us. My daughter and another girl got in an argument and the store manager told us to leave and not the other girl. So my daughter told him that if she has to leave than the girl has to also. Well. My daughter left and I heard the manager tell the girl that you are my regular customer the why you can stay. That was wrong of him to say that. He also called the cops.we drive 45 minutes to the store from home needless to say we will never go in to a petsmart again.

The prices are fare and the service is ok. It's really cool that they have a vet inside also.

Nail clipping service is very good. The structure of paying for grooming is awkward and a hassle. You take your pet into the pet grooming room. Get a computer generated paper with the service and charges on it, go back up front to the registers to pay, then go back to pick up your pet once your called on your cell phone. It would be smoother if the pet groomers had a register to allow you to pay there. A week earlier we took our dog in for a nail trim and the entire store couldn't sell anything because the computers were down or offline.

Always find what we need

We go specifically for the corn cakes and cabinets sandwiches.

All people I have had to deal with are extreme courteous end polite, they treat Sammy very well, he is not unhappy when I pick him up, unfortunately prices have raised so much I am unable to tip them any more I feel guilty but nothing I can do about it.

Things on the shelf are not marked correctly. And they don't honor price advertised. Rude manager PetSmart in Palm Coast.

Always has what we're looking for and friendly staff.
