Ace Dog Training Palm City, Florida

Our dog Radar needs a ton of exercise and the dog parks in Stuart just weren’t cutting it. We discovered Ace Dog Training in Palm City and it was just what we needed. The facilities are gorgeous and well maintained. Radar uses the dock diving and agility course weekly. He had no prior experience, but has taken to both activities. When we alter our schedule, he runs around frantically trying to remind us to take him to Ace. The horses, sheep, and geese housed on the property enhance its idyllic feel. We have not boarded Radar here yet, but will definitely utilize them when the time comes. Debra and her staff are always out exercising the boarders or training dogs. The farm has a constant buzz of activity that is animal-centered and invigorating. Ace Dog Training has not only improved Radar’s quality of life, but mine as well. I am very thankful for Debra and her team.

I have been boarding my Giant Schnauzers with Debra for 15 years. Most were rescues, some were aggressive, some were loving. It is the only place I board my dogs. I can leave them knowing the are in a clean, loving, safe environment where they will have time outside to run and play and are in a clean air conditioned environment when inside. I have also trained with Debra. Giants are working dogs and Debra has helped me be a better leader.

I have been boarding dogs for over 30 years. I recently boarded by two Australian Shepherds at Debra Nagler's ACE Dog Training and Boarding. When I picked up the pups they were relaxed, rested and happy. They did not exhibit any signs of stress that usually occurs after boarding. This woman may be a good dog trainer once you get her to respond to your phone calls--for several days. She does not have a very pleasant attitude when dealing with people. She can only communicate with dogs.

I have had the pleasure of utilizing Debra Nagler’s training approximately twenty years ago with my family’s golden retrievers, and more recently in the past 8 months with my current golden retriever puppy. Specifically, we have used her services for leash training, obedience training, and boarding. I can confidently say through my experience that Debra is simply the best there is and there is no facility or trainer comparable. The dogs have access to Debra and her staff on a continuous basis. The facility offers plenty of acreage for your dog to run and play, including an agility course and a large pond for swimming/dock diving. In addition to recommending the leash training, obedience training, dock diving, and agility courses, I highly recommend the in-board training which my dog recently completed. This program will take any dog and produce a well behaved, trained, dog for any real life scenario (i.e. how to act when around people, obeying commands when told, etc). I cannot speak highly enough about Debra and her staff. For anyone considering dog-related services, whether it’s for exercise, pleasure, boarding, or obedience, Ace Dog Trainer offers a premium service unlike any other!

Debra Nagler performed a miracle on Amelia, our 5 year old rescued adult retriever, who had become increasingly aggressive toward other dogs. From jumping at car windows to breaking away during walks, we realized our situation had grown dangerous. Debra is so intuitive, she was successful in providing behavior modification for Amelia and for her family. We can now travel and take our pet with us everywhere! BTW: we researched the facility, met staff and found the place spotless. We opted for one of Debra's week long "boot camps" and we are so impressed that we are continuing private lessons and a monthly membership to use the facility for two hours each week.

We brought our 5 month old lab mix to Debra for boarding & decided to do the training as well for a week. He is a puppy so we thought all his behaviors were puppy related. He jumped on us, the couch, pulled us on his leash & nibbled on us. He was growing fast and approaching 50 pounds. We knew an 80 pound dog with these behaviors would not be good. I hoped sending him to Debra would help. Boy did it ever!! We found out he was insecure and fearful. Debra kept him for two weeks and in that short amount of time he has improved so much! We learned how to walk him effectively letting him know we are in charge. We are still working on it & if we could we would have kept him longer to do more training. He no longer pulls on the leash. My 13 yr old daughter walks him everyday in the neighborhood without resistance or pulling. The biting is so much better. He tries it but quickly knows it's not ok & stops. He doesn't jump on the couch like he did. He knows he's not supposed to! Debra taught our family the tools we need to work with our dog to help him succeed. She is the best dog whisperer. She understands them & focuses on what each individual dog needs. I highly recommend her for anyone struggling with their dog. She is the absolute best!!

Ace is Disney for dogs!! The the pond, dock diving and agility course provides so much stimulation for our fur babies! Debra Nagler is so passionate about all things dogs, it shows!

Our two and a half year old Vizsla mix, Charlotte, was quite a handful. Despite trying various training techniques , she was still very reactive to other dogs trucks strollers bicycles motorcycles Etc. Walking her on the leash had become quite unpleasant. Debra is like a magician.She trained Charlotte with respect and love and helped her to find the right solution in her behavior. She is like a different dog. Charlotte was with Debra for 5 weeks. It was well worth the investment!

We went to Deb with our two rescued pups who gave us trouble with a list of things. Walking on leash (pulling, lunging and barking at other dogs/animals/people passing by,) jumping on guests, pushing to get through doors.. etc. Within moments of arriving, Deb was already working her magic, and putting my nerves to rest. We did a week of board and train + a lesson & it was easily the best decision we have made.. for us AND them. Deb has taught us ALL so much. The way she can read and work with dogs is just amazing. Meeting and working with Debra has been an absolute blessing! My 1.5yr rescue has been a pretty anxious/nervous dog since bringing him home a year ago which I thought he’d eventually grow out of however, that hasn’t been the case. Although he’s a super sweet and loving pup to us, I knew we really needed help when he started to show signs of possible aggression. The first session with her proved to be a really positive experience. My little guy opened up to her and was receptive to her guidance almost immediately!
