Kind of obnoxious that you have been told on several occasions not to walk your dogs unleashed - you would think an owner of a pet store would know better.

Love this pet store!!! Ada, the owner, has remarkable knowledge! When my 10 week old puppy got kennel cough, she knew exactly what to do for my 2 1/2 pound furry friend and she healed our pup heal in only a few days. Enjoy Whole Pet Essentials. It's a gem.....

The knowledge of the staff is unmatched. My golden started to have very itchy skin, I communicated with the owner during the shut down. She was understanding and Scheduled to open for me. She she showed me a couple options but they have their own brand of shampoo. The shampoo is a specially designed for skin issues. It’s now five days later and my pup is all better. It’s refreshing to receive such good customer service this day and age especially during the shut down. If you want to support a local business and receive great service this is the place to go.

The owner of this store literally brought my dog back to life. I came in practically in tears and over what the vets had to tell me and she worked her magic. Within 24 hrs my dog showed a complete turn around. This store is so beautiful and full of nothing but what is BEST for your pet. I am so thankful for this woman and her passion! You rock Ada!!

It’s a Beautiful store. The Ladies are always helpful. She sells everything from toys, doggy dresses, carriers, crates, food, and so much more. The return policy is exchange only. It’s one of the only reasons why I don’t try new products more often. But, I get it. It prevents customers from using and returning items. I can appreciate that. I can always expect new unused items for my service animal. I love to come in and just say hello from time to time. My lil pup gets so excited to be in there. I really appreciate and love how the owner updates her store. There is always something new.

Consumers beware! The store does not grant returns, only exchanges. You would not know this unless you look very hard by the register where there is a very small sign behind all the toys. Your receipt does not list this information either. Also, the employees will not let you know this information when you purchase an item.

This is my favorite pet store in the area! The owner Ada has so much knowledge about holistic pet care, she is an abundant source of information and has helped to solve my Wheaten Terrier's allergy and skin problems. As a new dog owner she has guided me always into the right direction and is still informing me about new products and updates. My Zeppelin loves to come and visit the store as it always stocks his favorite healthy treats, fun toys and beautiful accessories for the most stylish dogs:)Ada is super reliable with specific food orders and easily accessible by phone and e-mail for questions. 5 gold stars from Zeppelin and myself!
