The absolute best vet in Florida, if not the US, Dr. Mengering is kind, caring, knowledgeable, doing her best to halt the senseless slaughter of feral and homeless cats. She is surrounded by a staff of animal loving professionals that help you through the distress of a sick pet with kindness. The number of spay/neuters performed in the office is exceptional. Leave a message, it's worth the wait.

They are so great and caring

Brought my overly anxious mastiff for a spay, as it is half the price of other vets. I was afraid it was just a chop shop and they wouldn't take the time to deal with her anxiety and fear. They were wonderful! I almost left without leaving her, since she was so scared; but Amanda came out and got right down on the floor with her and tried to soothe her. They let me go back with her to a quieter room. Amanda gave me the number and said I could call her and check on her at 1. They called me by noon and said she was done and doing very well and could come get her at 1:30. I think they ensured she got done early even thought she was a later arrival to ensure she could get picked up early. Thank you for your patience BSN.

Dropped our dog off this morning @ 8am to get neutered. The staff was extremely friendly, answering all my questions. Addressed all my concerns, and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

How can they give proper care when they overbook so badly for these services. I am very worried about my pets well being with so many to care for. Maybe return to the over charging veterinarian.

We went here for the first time for puppy shots. There was only one woman working the desk and she was so sweet, but obviously had a very hard time trying to keep up with people, paperwork and payment. Not her fault though. Process here are very fair. The only thing I didn't like is that they took our puppy in the back room for her exam, nail trim and injections. I would have liked for her to stay in the room with us for all of that, in case we had any questions or concerns.

They are high volume clinic. You will have to wait a bit but not too long.personal are great and caring.i took 4 community cats there and they all got fixed ,eye clipped, treated for worms and got rabies vaccine. Clinic provided traps and crates for me. All cats are back where they were and seems happy.

Excellent care of my fur baby.

My 7 pound mini dachshund was spayed. She did great. They called the next day to check on her. Will definitely be getting all her vet needs taken care of here.

Took a while of waiting in the morning till they brought her back.. never called the next day to ask if she was doing well like they said.. but all in all its a typical fixing clinic.. she came home with pain meds and they trimmed her nails which was a nice touch

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I received follow up calls to check on my little ones and had access to after hour emergecy care should something alarm me. Their caring and professionalism made me very comfortable with taking my babies there and I will continue to utilize this clinic in the future. So far I've had 3 procedures done 2 spay and 1 neuter. 2 kittens and 1 pup dog. One note is that they do not see any patients that have not been or not getting fixed. Prices are absolutely reasonable and upfront. And side note, mornings are hectic but organized so come on time and be prepared.

Good service, great prices, no frills vet care. Hard to find qualities, most small animal vets these days look like a fancy doctors office and charge like a Beverly Hill's plastic surgeon.
