They are always the nicest most efficient wonderful staff and veterinarian that everyone is blessed to have the fortune to see. A more expert staff and veterinarian I'm not sure exists. The clients he has had make Dr. Doolittle blush!!!!!

Jancy has been our Vets office since moving to Oviedo. Wonderful staff! I can't say enough about them. They were there for us til the last day in our baby's life. We appreciate ???? you all.

The staff is very professional, and caring. When we had to put our dog to rest, they allowed us alone time with him before the procedure, helped us be right in front of him while they did it, and gave us time alone with him afterwards. They even have a candle they light in the lobby, so that other visitors know to be respectful.

My first time visiting them was 2 days ago of course not in the best situation my poor Kitty was sick we got there I wasn't prepared for how bad she was they had diagnosed her with cancer and that she had a few weeks to live my name is Hugo they were there in my regular vet wasn't my regular bed was charging me hundreds of dollars and kept Miss diagnosing her I couldn't afford it anymore so I was recommended this place and there passion for animals is just overwhelming everybody there so friendly and they gave my cat the best treatment and the best chances also allowed me to cry and be fully prepared for the situation that night I had today and she passed away in my arms decide story yes but also a great one cuz now I will be a future client of theirs with my dogs and my cats.

If your going to put people on hold have some professionalism and let them know it takes 2 seconds. I don’t mind waiting, I waited 15mins on hold without talking to anyone to call back to be placed on hold automatically.

The vets have always provided great service and have always taken good care of my animals, even calling to check in when they’ve been ill. However, getting in to see them can be challenging. When returning calls based on their posted business hours staff has been very rude, stating that they weren’t open. As this has happened on several occasions I mentioned they may want to investigate and change posted hours. The response was to call back when the manager was in. As it is difficult to get ahold of staff to schedule visits, a major concern if you have a sick pet, and lack of staff courtesy I will be seeking a new clinic. Hopefully issues here will resolve, services were great up to about a year ago.

You know, this place has some pretty bad reviews. Fortunately, all of the bad reviews come from people that have like, five or less reviews total. Some people just make accounts to complain. No business can satisfy 100% of the people, but those dissatisfied people are way more likely to make a Yelp account a gripe than a satisfied person is to make an account to sing praise. I have been coming to Aloma Jancy for the whole two-and-a-half years of my kitties' lives, and they have been wonderful for every single visit I have ever had. I've recently just enrolled in their Very Important Pet (VIP) program, so, since I'm a responsible pet owner, and get my kitties their yearly boosters, for $50 more per kitty, I get free exams all year long. They offer boarding services and grooming services for the cheap. Sure, it's not the Ritz, but I don't make Rtiz money, and all the techs and vets treat my kitties with love and compassion. They always look through their charts to see what's been going on in past visits. Not even real physicians do that for their human patients. The only thing I could complain about is the prolonged time it sometimes takes to be seen, but keep this in mind, this place is first and foremost an animal hospital, so pet emergencies take precedence over normal appointments, and I'm a-ok with that. Overall, I love this place, and I will keep on bringing my girls here for the rest of their lives.

We recently had to say goodbye to our sweet cat. Dr Sindler, and his assistant, Christina, were so compassionate and helped calm us during the process. We can't say enough about this place and their staff. Five ⭐

They were able to squeeze in an appointment for my sweet dog who had not been feeling for a few days. Even though they were booked they were able to fit my sweet boy in so he didn't have to go through another terrible night of pain. Answering your phones during business hours would be a great start.....especially after hours when people are seeking emergency care for their pets. Unbelievable.

I haven't been there in years.. since my German Shepherd passed n I recently got a Am. bully/lab n called them up n super nice n helpful n super reasonable prices...

I've always gone to this clinic both for my pets and the animals I had at work. The staff is amazing and so very helpful in emergencies

I boarded my dog here for 2 weeks came to pick up my dog told them I was driving here takes about an hour from where I live and they were supposed to close at 10:00 p.m. but we get here at 6 p.m. and no one is here! what is going on that means all animals and boarding here are without food water or potty for about 14 hours this is not right you would not treat your own children like this why treat animals like this

This animal hospital was very unprofessional from my first impression. Alejandro answered phone and was very rude. Said they didn’t have a vet in today? Offered no explanation when I asked and acted annoyed and shady. Website says open until 10. Didn’t seem to want to answer any of questions and didn’t answer them then said “hold on” ....we were then disconnected. Very disappointing. To the business owner, for the sake of your business, I would recommend coaching your employees on professionalism and phone etiquette, as I do not feel comfortable coming to your practice with that type of experience and I would assume I am not the only one it is happening to, which is a shame.

The most trustworthy veterinary hospital in East Orlando. They have the most flexible hours, and the most reasonable prices for services. The staff and vets are very friendly, and have no problem going into detail about anything about your pet. I also trust them with end of life care, and they take every measure to make sure your little one won't be in pain, and that you can be there the entire way. The most unfun thing to leave a review about, but thus is life.

They saw my cat and within a few minutes diagnosed her, gave her medicine that helped cure her eye problem. That was Friday , her eyes are clear and no longer swollen. You are the Best Aloma Jancy!!

I've been to this place only twice. I will probably go back. That is one of the few vets I've been that don't try to push unecessary exams, meds, products, or services that my dogs don't need. It is a very clean and beautiful facility with fair prices.

Friendly professional service and reasonable rates. Been going here for yrs. They have a program where you pay a membership and your shots n visits are covered for a year.

We’ve been coming here since we moved from Chicago in 2014. Unfortunately the last few calls I’ve made they never answer the phone and when they did a man answered it was a Tuesday and I told him it was an emergency that something is going on with my pet and he said a vet wasn’t available till Saturday. It’s so unsettling that a place we’ve trusted for a few years with our three pets treat their customers like this. I’m going down the street to Oviedo Animal Care and clinic.

Great hours, reasonable prices, friendly staff, treated my pet as there own. I would recommend.

They were very attentive and focused on providing us the best care. Dr. Pillip answered all our questions and was very patient with us. We were in and out in an hour so that was great. I highly recommend this place.
