Bar none one of the best vets to go to.

I have had nothing but positive experiences bringing my dog here for the past several years! Dr. Hayes and his staff have always been extremely friendly, caring, and considerate for the comfort of my pup and they consistently made sure I understood what the best course of action was for any issue big or small. My dog was always happy to arrive at the vet and if it wasn't for moving out of state he would have been a patient here for life.

I have tried a few vets over the years for my 6 year old tabby cat, and Dr. Hayes is by far my favorite. Dr. Hayes is an incredible vet, and took great care of my kitty Meeko every time he was in need of an appointment. He will take the time to make your animal comfortable, and is very knowledgeable on the products he recommends. We actually moved out of state a few years ago, and I now live in St. Pete, which is about 2 hours away. After some not so great experiences with the vet I found near me after recently rescuing a very vet-nervous dog, I am willing to drive the 2 hours to have the comfort knowing that Dr. Hayes and his team will take great care of my fur babies. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Five start veterinary clinic! From the front desk staff to Dr. Hayes, you can count on their professionalism and compassionate care for your fur baby. I came home from work one day to find my baby cat vomiting blood. After having an awful experience at an emergency veterinary facility overnight, where we were treated horribly and were even told we should euthanize our cat, we came to Dr. Hayes devastated. He, the amazing nurses, and the girls at the front desk, all were compassionate and understanding, devoting their full attention to our cat, doing everything in their power to bring our baby back to health, keeping us updated on every event and answering every question. I have nothing but words of gratitude to everyone at Williamsburg veterinary clinic. They are the kindest people and always have the animal’s best interest in mind. You can tell they love what they do. If you ever need a vet, this is the place to go! Your pet wouldn’t be in better hands than here with Dr. Hayes.

Amazing place! My 15yr old cat did really well going for his first appointment here. The Vet and Techs all were super super friendly and informative and made super my baby was well taken care of.

This is the closest vet I have and they Never have an open. They don't take emergencies and the hours are quite limited. They seem to have their stablished clientele and don't mind to take new patients. I'm not wasting my time calling them again. I am Never busy for my dog, first of all. Second, your staff didn't even asked me for a time. The 3 times I called they just say that there is no openings. Fortunately, I found a great doctor in South Orlando Vet Clinic down OBT, about 7 minutes from you that took time for my dog and took great care of her. I understand why your staff lied to you about the calls I've made. Maybe you should record the calls and find out for yourself.

They helped with the passing of our baby boy Bam Bam. The staff was very sensitive to our situation. Coming from another city and having to deal with this unexpected tragedy they were a God send. Thank you .I am eternally grateful.

Great vet clinic! Dr Hayes was so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I knew our cat was in great care. They are also fantastic anytime I called with questions - always friendly with great answers and eager to help. Highly recommended!

EXTREMELY disappointed that this place cannot tell the difference between a dog that is simply nervous about a vet visit and an aggressive dog. My dog is thoroughly trained, yet we were refused service by Williamsburg Vet Clinic. To potential customers, if you have a large dog, I suggest you find another clinic, as this one is unprofessional and disposed to be biased against large dog breeds. And to the clinic, your vet tech who is afraid of large dogs should really choose a different career (and you really shouldn't hire people like this).

The Best Around!!! We saw Dr. Hayes when our girl wasn’t feeling so well on our vacation. He really took the time to explain everything to us and give us a long term plan even though we don’t see him regularly. He offered to contact our vet back home if we had any questions regarding the treatment plan he set up. Even with covid restrictions, having to talk in the parking lot, the visit was still very thorough and personable. They were reasonably priced and offered coupons. They also fit us in the same day within a few hours of calling. It’s a shame we don’t live nearby or we would continue seeing him. In all my years of being a pet owner this was the best experience I’ve had with a veterinary clinic. Highly recommend!

They take such great care of my baby girl.

Absolutely love this place and staff. Their approach is different from any other clinic and it works. They really care about you and your furbaby. They take time to understand your needs and help you through them. They aren't trying to push you in and out like other places.

They were super kind, and understanding. My cat was so calm with them and she normally uncomfortable with strangers. Very satisfied. Definitely found a place for my pets.

I promise you will not regret taking your pet here. I know that’s a big promise, but really. I have been to plenty of vets before, but this one is the best. They are so knowledgeable and caring. They take the time to talk with you and meet you where you are. I feel so safe leaving my pets with them knowing they will do their best to keep my pet healthy and safe.

This is by far the best vet in town. Dr. Hayes is so knowledgeable and makes sure the best decisions are made for your pet. I had a very sick rabbit that was in his care she passed away but without them she wouldn’t have had another 24 hours with me. They now see my puppy Iris. They call and check on your pet after an appointment, they send reminders for appointments, the ladies at the desk are always so kind and patient with all my questions. Even if this vet was on the higher end of cost I would take my fur baby here. So much trust that they will do what’s best and love my pet. My dog always leaves happier after the vet, she loves them!

I would trust Dr Hayes and his staff with every pet forever. They go above and beyond to make your fur babies comfortable during the visits. He did an exam for my very skiddish cat from the sink because that was where the cat was comfortable.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Hayes and the staff. They are all incredibly kind, caring, and gentle with my little guy (and all of our past pets). The doctor always takes time to really unerstand you and your pet's needs. And his advice has always been frank and honest. He is an excellent guide when difficult decisions must be made.

This is the best vet I have ever been to!!! We just arrived in the area after a long drive when our poor pup started coughing. Williamsburg Veterinary Clinic made time in their already busy schedule to accommodate us and our beloved fur baby. Dr. Hayes personally came out to speak with every pet parent. He took his time and explained everything in detail, answering all questions we had along the way. We ran into some trouble locating the medication that was prescribed. I called the office in a panic and Mary saved the day! She made some phonecalls and located a pharmacy that carried the med. She even called in the script for us! This vet goes the extra mile. I truly appreciate the kind, compassionate, caring service!!! You batted this first impression out of the park!!! We found our vet! Many, many thanks to Dr. Hayes and his incredible team!

Staff is very friendly and helpful, but hours are odd and the vet can be overly talkative. Excellent clinician, though.

These guys are amazing! They’re handing the COVID-19 situation carefully by having you wait in your vehicle and bringing you paperwork to fill out there. These folks clearly love animals and their care is very apparent in the way they treat both pets and their humans. Thanks for taking such good care of my kitty :)

At first i was very skeptical coming here from the other reviews and being that i just moved from CT. I can’t tell you how grateful i am to take a leap of faith and bring my dog who was suffering of CHF. Dr. Hayes and his team were beyond helpful and supportive in helping my little old guy out. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Hayes. My heart is full knowing I’m able to bring my dog home for the holidays

This place is filled with caring staff that truly just want you and your fur-babies to be happy and healthy. Dr. Hayes is careful and thorough and takes the time to explain everything to you and provide you with options no matter what the scenario is. They are reasonably priced too. We've been taking our cats and dogs there for a while now, and they're just amazing.

I am so glad I chose this vet to take my kitty to! As a concerned and caring cat mom, I've been on the lookout for a vet that showed a level of compassion and understanding when it comes to my cat, CJ. He has a neurological disorder and needs a lot of love and care. He is also my baby and I wanted to find someone who would care for him like he was their own. That was exactly what I got when I arrived at Williamsburg Vet Clinic! I was greeted with an amazingly friendly and attentive staff. Dr. Hayes is such a caring and understanding doctor. He really took the time on my initial visit to understand CJ, his history, and any concerns I may have with his overall health. He encouraged me to ask questions and never cut me short or tried to get me "in and out", an experience I've had with many vets in the past. Also, they squeezed me in for an appointment last minute, which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this clinic to any pet owner who has a deep love for their pet and who truly wants a vet who will actually take the time with them and go the extra mile. 10/10!
