This place is horrible. I took a chance after seeing some good things said about this clinic and taking the bad reviews under consideration.After taking my dogs here I have only one thing to say and that’s run. The dr colom has no manners at all just waltz in without so much as a hello. Didn’t even introduce himself (i got his name off the outside of the building.) He listened to their hearts took their temperature then left didn’t speak to me once. The lady at the front desk is just as rude to people she seems to only be good when dealing directly with the animals.I think her name was Angela kept snapping and demanding things from me such as their previous records but wouldn’t give me time to get the paperwork out before she was demanding something else. My dogs just needed their shots but after the horrible treatment and feeling beyond frazzled I decided to go elsewhere . I asked to check out and just pay for the visit and not get the shots done. While checking out they tried to charge me for the shots my pets did not receive. Then when I asked for their paperwork she shouted at me that she was getting it and shoved them right over the counter. I don’t know if it was just a bad day but I would definitely not recommend this place.

I was parked in the parking lot and I could not believe what I witnessed. Someone's dog being walked by the employee of universal animal clinic was nonstop smoky. If this was my dog I would be highly upset

Dr. Khana is incredible. He's super nice and very sweet to my cat. Never have any issues. His staff is also super nice. They always are willing to help the best they can and take care of us every time!

Let me say I have been coming here for 5 years Dr Kahn was amazing as seen in the previous poor reviews a new owner has taken over. I came in and got yearly rabies shot for my cat. As previously stated new owner.. I don’t know his name because he did not introduce himself, came in did do exam and gave shot then left. Then had Angela the amazing tech come and ask if we wanted a senior blood panel , well if you would have looked at the chart it was done year ago! So I was a little taken back by the disregard to tell me his name look at the pets chart. The staff is always amazing Angela is so kind to our pets. As I was checking out he had Angela come back and ask for heart worm test. I said we just had one again look at the chart and stop trying to rack up a bill. I see the changes your trying to make in cleaning up the place and it’s admired but not at the cost of patients.

Quite honestly this place is lucky we are not allowed to give 0 stars because trust me… a lot of OLD customers here would. I will definitely not be coming here anymore & I hope none of the people who have been customers here for many years go there anymore as well. With the owner changing, this business does not feel the same anymore. Coming in used to feel like walking into a 2nd home with the old owner… now it just feels like walking into a NEW clinic with horrible management. The owners ego is so high he claims this clinic to be the first “Brazilian owned” clinic in all of Florida. That alone Just goes to show what kind of people are running this place. Find somewhere else to go if you actually want good service. It’s also important know this new owner loves money… he will be ready to charge you for tests on your pet that were never needed to be taken in the first place.

The best clinic Ive been to ! The staff is wonderful!! I can’t say enough good things. They Also don’t try and price gauge you which is nice change from other animal clinics

Fantastic vet office. The whole staff are great, the vets are very sweet and caring and they rescue animasls and treat them at no cost to help them find a home. Honestly I feel so lucky to have found them.

I want to start off with a story. I adopted a dog from the shelter and the shelter did not tell me her conditions or informed me that she was sick I decided to call this place and got an appointment the very next day and as soon as I got in it only took two minutes to get seen. Because of the conditions of my dog the vet bill was very affordable. The gentleman upfront took care of me with respect and manners. I recommend this please only because they really care for your pet.

My visit to The Universal Animal Clinic was a sad moment for me. I had to put cat of 17 years. I have to say they made this process very easy for me. They me all the time i needed with her before and after. They were very professional and helpful.
