Runway Pet Grooming Orlando, Florida

This place is horribly run and managed. I used to go here frequently with my dogs because it was a nice local store and conveniently located near me. After my last experience I refuse to go back. I called to schedule my three dogs for appointments, willing to put them all at separate times knowing that 3 at once might be too much, but the owner said he can take all three at 2 pm. I said perfect and scheduled it, and then he calls me later to say he would like it if I brought them in at 1 pm instead so they can get an early start. I said yes. After dropping them off, he says it will be about 3 hours for all the dogs to be done and ready. I ended up waiting 6 hours, with not a single phone call from them, and only after showing up to finally get my dogs, and they weren’t even ready still. I patient with them just asking to pay and take them as they are now, as it’s been far too long for them and there are other things I need to do. The owner then proceeded to blame the dogs stating that they were matted which complicated things a a bit. If he had just said they were behind today or took some sort of responsibility, I’d have understood, but instead he chose to just deflect responsibility. I would understand this if it was an hour or even 2 hours late, but not 3 hours, doubling the original time estimate AND without a single phone call. I expected better customer and better service overall. The groomers themselves were very nice but I would not recommend this place to anyone as the owner clearly doesn’t know how to organize his business nor how to give care to the customers and their pets.

I was in town for a short time and Runway Salon fit my little baby in for a needed bath and brush. They are very friendly and so easy to do business with, I will definitely recommend this grooming store for your baby's grooming needs. Thank you Runway.

Love this place ! They were very friendly and were able to shave down my matted Benji without making him look terrible, he looks so cute ! Now that I finally have a responsive , professional groomer, I should never have to worry about him getting matted again.

This was our first time using the groomer and they did a fantastic job! Our Labradoodle is 6 months and this was her first full grooming so we weren’t sure how everything would turn out. She was happy coming out and very well groomed. We will be returning…

I have been looking for a groomer since I arrived from North Carolina. I have four dogs with varying grooming needs from poodles to double coat dogs to single coat. I took my toy poodle and shepherd mix pup for a groom and they did an excellent job (exactly what I asked for and they asked the right questions) for a good price. The shop also has dog treats, some food and other items. I will definitely be back.

I used to take my dog to petsmart never again !! this for sure will become my regular spot, Alfredo was super patient with her and he did an amazing job. (:

We took our dog into get groomed and they shaved to close to her face and neck! Her tail was not touched and stuff was left stuck in her fur!

As soon as we walked through the door with our baby Rocky, we were greeted with a friendly atmosphere and pleasant smiles. They took such good care of Rocky and even gave great recommendations for puppy food and supplies. I truly appreciate the care and knowledge.

They are so loving and patient with my puppy! Even when she does not behave very well when groomed. :)

The staff is super nice. My dog received a nail cut and she must like the place because did not complain at all. They have a line or organic food that my dogs love.

I’m new to Orlando and I was recently turned away from another groomer telling me they couldn’t take my baby because he was matted pretty badly, I felt awful he had to wait another week. After looking for another groomer close I found Runway and took the chance because of the reviews and it was the best decision! They were patient with me and my dog and were so nice. They shaved him down and pampered him so well he came out looking like a new dog! On top of shaving him so short with tight mats he didn’t have a single knick or any sign of irritated skin. Their prices are worth the services and quality you get. We’ll be sure to come back!

Runway Pet Grooming has the BEST customer service ever!!! After 10 failed attempts calling other grooming services last Saturday, they fit us in at the last min. Our fur baby need it so badly after this COVID situation. They made us feel very welcome, like family. From the owner Eduardo to his wonderful staff they listened to our request and concerns very well. Our fur baby looks so GORGEOUS after the service was done!!!!! Beautiful store and merchandise, we also had fun shopping there. We are moving in one month to the Orlando area and we cannot wait to visit them again... This is the best place to get your dog groomed. I really love how all they take care of my dog Daphne. This is the only groomer for me in Orlando. I highly recommend five-star legendary service here!
