Excellent! We took our Scottish Terrier in after months of hair growth and some slight matting. We're so happy with how his haircut came out and how nicely his hair was treated. We were a bit nervous to take our Scottish Terrier anywhere for grooming. We took him to Petsmart months before, but the groomers there couldn't even finish him. They said he was behaving to badly for them to finish. They had told us months before that he was too young for grooming, then after they canceled his groom they said we waited too long to start grooming him. We thought we were doomed (he's only 1.5 years old too.) Renee was incredibly nice on the phone and reassuring that he'd be fine with her. She was able to see him the very next day. She put him up on the table and showed me and my wife exactly what she would do. She even gave us a TON of advice on how to take care of his coat between groomings, which tools to use, and methods to guide his behavior while we groom him. When we picked him up, Renee said he was awesome behavior wise. He looks amazing and the price was great! We'll definitely be returning regularly with our Scotty.

We found Renee while searching for a local dog groomer close to our office. She had great reviews so we made an appointment. Her shop looked great in the online pictures and I found that they were a true representation of what I found when I arrived. We have a 1 1/2 year old male Shih Tzu Poodle mix, named "CHARLIE." He had gone 3 months since his last grooming and had become a bit tangled under the top layer of his coat. Knowing how most groomers would want to take the "easy route" and simply shave him to the skin and start over, I expressed my desire NOT to do this process when I first met Renee. Renee was very patient and explained why the tangling had occurred and how I could prevent this from happening in the future. She took the time to show me what type of brush to use, how to brush and recommended "Cowboy Magic Detangler" to help with those difficult areas. Renee also explained how brushing before bathing helped prevent the tangles from getting tighter and how using a "rolled" leather collar would help reduce matting around the neck. Nobody had ever taken the time to share this valuable information with me this in the past, so I didn't know I had the wrong tools and was doing the bathing process backwards. After my brief but very informative lesson, Renee said that she would be willing to take the extra time to comb Charlie out and then scissor cut him so we could retain the longer body hair look we desired, but there would be no guarantee until she got into the process with a dog she was seeing for the "first" time. When I came back to pick him up I did not know what I was going to find. To our surprise, he looked GREAT! My wife and I were impressed with how Renee was able to get him completely detangled and "puppy fluffy" again! Today was our 2 1/2 month appointment since our first visit and I got good marks from Renee on how well I kept Charlie combed out. And once again, Renee did a fantastic job making Charlie handsome for his neighborhood girlfriends! Renee is an "independent" groomer who has been in the business in the Orlando area for a long time and has won many grooming awards. After my experience I would without any hesitation highly recommend her for your furry family member!!!

I would definitely be coming back, not only was Rene very professional, she made sure I understood what my fur babies need it to get done. She took her time to explain to me and she even game some tips on how to properly brush my dogs fur which as you know can be very tricky. I loved her energy and the way she talk to my dogs is the cutes. I 100% recommend you bring you fur babies here. She will really take good care of them and you as well. Just took my mini poodle for a groom today and she looks great!

Don't even try to go to Renee's if you have a mixed breed dog that you have rescued. She told me on the phone to come in for an "interview". That "interview" consisted of her taking one look at my dog and saying, "No!". She is afraid of a dog that may be some part Staffordshire Terrier. What kind of dog groomer is "afraid" of a dog? Waste of my time and effort. Her loss of a loyal customer with two sweet rescued dogs.

Renee was amazing! Today I adopted a dog from the shelter and she really really needed some TLC. She was all matted up and just crusty looking. Renee took me last minute even though she was already booked for the day. She was for friendly and personable. She did an amazing job and I would highly recommend her go anyone looking for high quality groom at an affordable price.

Called ahead before making an appointment to ask for the pricing. Made an appointment and took my dog in. Renee charged me more than what she initially asked on the phone. Charged me the price of full groom for a mini groom. The reason she gave me was my dog has a lot of hair but all she did was mini groom. I didn't want to make a deal so I paid and left. Later I found out that she cut my dog tail hair which I love about him because he has different colored tail. I never told her to do it. Cut nails very deep and didn't really trim the excess which she charged me more for. If I knew she was gonna charge me more, I would've gone to a different high end grooming place.

Brought our shih tzu to Renee’s after letting his hair get too long. We moved recently and coupled with the holidays and some laziness, he was past due for a good cut and had also accumulated some matting. Renee was very sweet with him even though he can be pretty headstrong. His cut came out perfectly which must’ve been a task given his matting and his attitude about being groomed. Highly recommend!

She was so rude from the initial phone call to me bringing her in and not allowing me to ask questions and to just shave my dog was her solution. I would not recommend anyone to take their dog here.. she was cold and rude. Horrible customer service.

Renee is amazing ! She is so sweet and does an amazing job every time. She is the only groomer my 4 year old cavalier has ever been to. brought her my new dog who is a schnoodle and she did a fantastic job with his coat as well. I always recommend her !

I have been taking my dog to Renee for the last year. She is always accommodating and willing to work around my employment schedule. Her grooming skills are top notch and her equipment makes the experience enjoyable for my dog. Renee is very knowledgeable and a great resource to someone that is new to the area. My Shetland Sheepdog always looks beautiful when I pick her up.

My dogs (Standard Poodle and Lab with skin issues) have been at Renees every 2 weeks for years. I first met Renee when she had a shop on Curry Ford Rd and followed her to her current location. She is a great groomer, very conscientious and kind to the dogs. My 4 girls love her. I am very particular about how my poodle is groomed and Renee does a great job!

Renee loves her animals and cares deeply about her business. I would recommend anyone to her grooming salon, she is fast, polite, sweet, and she does an amazing jobs. She even has a bathtub that lowers for dogs with bad legs or hips. Everything is thought out here and it shows thank you Renee!
